Immediately recognized the opening riff despite not knowing the album or band name. Great music to chill to while working

A flawless album. Can leave it on repeat all day. Lyrics each enough to sing along to. Instruments layered in nicely to make each song sound unique.

Foreign language but the music is upbeat with some nice backup instruments. Great listen, especially when trying to concentrate since I wasn't distracted by the lyrics.

It was alright. Nothing too notable.

Maximal quality per minute, however the album is short. Gets repetitive after a few listens.

Style is unique but themes are repetitive (smoking weed and sex with women) it's not all that great as an overall album.

Didn't know Faith No More is the band who played "Epic" so that was nice to learn. War pigs cover was.. fine?

Thought I would love this because of the song Aqualung, but the album as a hole is nothing particularly special and I won't be returning to it.

If this album came out 40 years prior it might have been ground breaking. Not sure what it offered in 1999

Thought I'd enjoy this more but every song feels like "Yup, that's the police alright." without anything really standing out as interesting or worth another listen.

A lot of the songs sounded the same. "Conversation" ended and lead into "Cars" (the hit song on the album). I had to stop what I was doing to make sure the same song didn't repeat itself.

Track #4 "To Here Knows When" is some experimental noise situation which might have been ok at the end of the album. Instead if breaks up the flow forcing me out of the moment. Otherwise tolerable music.

I feel like every song has this long intro but just as it builds up to almost the hook it ends leaving me unsatisfied.

It's Queen, but not peak Queen. When you listen to Queen the only group you can rate them against is themselves.
