Going into this having read two reviews which are very polarising. Don't know what to expect so hopefully this will be fun Broken Witch: A little odd but honestly I quite like it. Scratches my brain nicely. It's a little too repetitive for me though so I'll give it a 3/5 Steam Rose From the Lifeless Cloak: Kinda just noise. It's nothing amazing. Just noise getting louder. 1/5 There's Always Room on the Broom: I like the witch/witchcraft imagery on this record. And we get vocals this time!! Exciting! It's scratching my brain aaaa 3/5 If Your a Lizard Then Why Do You Wear Glasses?: 1/5 just for the incorrect pronoun. Also this noise isn't even nice noise its just too loud. We Fenced Other Gardens With the Bones of Our Own: Long title damn... I found it very boring so I skipped it They Don't Want Your Corn, They Want Your Kids: The noises in the back remind me of video games. Weird title. My opinion on this is going down. Honestly, I don't want to finish this album. The songs are very similar to one another and I'm not enjoying it as much as I expected to at the start, as my ratings are just going down and down. From what I've listened to, it gets a 2/5, which is generous honestly

Wow this is pretty good. I like this style of music honestly, really guitar heavy and great drums. Good reason to finally listen to motorhead songs that aren't just Ace of Spades. I also like being able to hear their accents haha Ok so all the songs sound so similar but theyre pretty good. Don't love some of the lyrics but I think it's good. Overall: 4/5

So many people want to rate this album low just because they think Bono has a bit of an ego, and it's so silly to do. I’m sure plenty of the people they listen to are far far far far worse than a man who is a bit full of himself, and I imagine some of them are the same who say 'separate art from the artist'. Also, the free album (that they could have just ignored) was 11 years ago. Get over it. Find a better criticism that just that if they don't like the music. And don't go into it thinking you'll hate it is something I've learnt. Some of the albums I expected to dislike were actually amazing. Anyway, rant over. U2 are a great band. I acknowledge their newer material isn't as good as their old, but this album is genuinely enjoyable. It has so many well known songs on it, and they're all awesome. My favourite is definitely One, it's such a pretty song

It's pretty good. Probably nothing I'd come back to, but I don't think it's a bad album. I don't think it's his best work, but still. They did all begin to blend together in the end though...

Off to a bad start. This is such a boring album and I just can't enjoy it no matter how hard I try. Sex Pistols are better

Into My Arms: First track is nice. I like the piano. His voice is pretty relaxing too. A little repetitive though, gets old after a while 3/5 Lime Tree Arbour: Wow a little jazzy with those drums. It's pretty similar to the last song though. I hope it's not all this slow, I'm not too keen on this style. Still. 3/5, mainly because it has a crescendo in some places People Ain't No Good: Okay so i didn't notice it had moved on because it sounds REALLY similar to the last song... very repetitive and slow, had to skip. 2/5 Brompton Oratory: High hopes with the drums at the start. However, another slow song, not just drums and piano now though! Takes a while to get started but its alright. Not really something I'd choose to listen to but his voice sounds really nice so I'll give it a 3/5 There is a Kingdom: Why does the piano sound like stand by me. Anyway, sounds the same as the rest of the songs. I will give it to him, his voice is relaxing. But I wish the music was more exciting aaaa. 3/5 (Are you) the One That I've Been Waiting For?: wow starts with some guitar awesome. Still, not the most exciting piece ever... 2/5 Where Do We Go Now But Nowhere: wow an explicit song omg naughty anyway gosh this is slow again I can't be bothered to listen to the rest of this album I'm sorry nick it's so boring

WOO A BAND I LIKE YAY Sunday Bloody Sunday: 5/5 gosh I love this song Seconds: I like the intro. The bass line is cool though. Little repetitive but I quite like it. 3/5 New Year's Day: yeah 5/5 Like A Song: Pretty good! I like the drums a lot on this album, really stand out to me on this song. 4/5 Drowning Man: 3/5 a little slower and less drums so I don't like it as much but still good! The Refugee: Kinda funky. My least favourite so far though. 2/5 Two Hearts Beat As One: wow another song that I know and like 5/5 Red Light: Pretty good, not my favourite but wow brass instruments. I do like it so 3/5 Surrender: Alright song yeah. The guitar sounds cool. 3/5 "40": A little slower. Nice. 4/5 Overall, 4/5

Never heard of this band so this is gonna be interesting. The cover is certainly something... A Girl Like You: ooh a little jazzy with the brass and some harmonies. pretty nice. 4/5 Find Somebody: This is very Beatles core ngl with the guitar it reminds me of ticket to ride. I don't love it just because I can't really hear the vocals so 2/5 I'm so Happy Now: ooo crescendo to start pretty nice honestly 3/5 Sueno: Wow a little spanish to start fancy. I quite like this honestly. 4/5 How Can I Be Sure?: A little slower. Nice. A little boring. 3/5 Groovin': Wow title track. Some harmonies. Nice. 3/5 If You Knew: Harmonies. A little repetitive. Don't love it so 2/5 I Don't Love You Anymore: Typical 60s stuff tbf so 2/5 You Better Run: okay going off the title this is kinda creepy sort of run for your life. Nah I don't like it 1/5 A Place In The Sun: so repetitive and kinda boring 2/5 It's Love: It's alright. I don't love it but don't hate it. Pretty average. The wailing in the back doesn't do much for me 2/5 Overall: 2/5.

Absolutely no idea what to expect so this will be exciting! From what I can see, most of the songs appear to be covers? Not sure how much content is theirs, but I'll see! Variations on a Theme by Erik Satie: Starts pretty boring but gets pretty exciting. Remind me of Star Wars actually haha 3/5 Smiling Phases: I'm glad this isn't an instrumental album as I don't love them (unless it's videogame soundtracks). Honestly I quite like this, more than I expected 4/5 Sometimes In Winter: Slow. Nice. A little boring but I do like it. 3/5 More and More: OOOO jazzy I like this the vocals are cool too. 4/5 And When I Die: relaxing after the more upbeat last song. And it gets jazzier oh this is nice 5/5 God Bless the Child: Don't love this. Least favourite along with the first song so far. 4/5 Spinning Wheel: I think I know this song... but I don't know if I do. Anyway, I like it. I found the last section really boring though. 4/5 You've Made Me So Very Happy: Slow. Pretty nice. Don't love it but don't hate it. 3/5 Blues, Pt 2: Found it very boring 2/5 Variations on a Theme by Erik Satie: Same as the first song. 3/5 I really liked the drums on this album. Jazz drums are so interesting. One of the better albums I've had so far which I'm happy about. Overall Score: 4/5

Don't know what to expect but gosh this is a long album... don't have time to listen to all of it so I'll listen to the first few songs and see how I feel about it

I like this. It's a very relaxing album. Kinda depressing though. I'd give this a 5/5. I liked the story telling aspect of it.

Honestly I like this a lot I know more songs (three) than I expected to so thats good! I liked this album. It's pretty funny. I enjoyed listening to it. Overall: 4/5

YES YES YES YES YES YES I LOVE THIS ALBUM!!! Arctic Monkeys are one of my favourite bands, so this is a straight 5/5. I wasn't enjoying today so getting this album has made me much much happier :] what a coincidence!! Banger after banger after banger honestly. I was really obsessed with From the Ritz to the Rubble a couple of years ago and it's still as good as I remember. Riot Van is probably my least favourite but it still gets a 3/5 so otherwise i love it so much overall: 5/5

I quite liked it. I didn't find it very memorable but I did enjoy it whilst listening to it. Not like anything I'd heard before so didn't know what to expect. I'm gonna give it a 4/5 because I liked it and probably would listen to it again

Not sure what to expect. I put this on my queue on Spotify and it was quite a jump from One Direction to... this. It's good until theres any lyrics. And it's far far far too long. Okay as it goes on I'm hating it less but the first song I didn't like at all. I don't want to finish it as I'm short on time and want to listen to music I like since I gave this a good shot. From what I've heard, I think it's a 2.5. Since I can't give half, I'm going to round down to 2/5 overall

oh this album has a few songs I know! I only know Desolation Row because of MCR though Overall, this is a good album. I can imagine listening to it again. I found some of the songs dragged on a bit, and were a little repetitive, but otherwise I enjoyed it. His lyrics are great, I can see why he won a Nobel Prize for Literature. 4/5

I really needed an album I knew today after getting an absolutely horrific album yesterday, and I was so hyped when I saw this album. It is such a STUNNING album omg I've always liked REM but finally listening to one of their albums is pretty cool! I like their style a lot, and this album is really good. Plus it has loads of songs I was already aware of so thats a bonus. It even has songs I didn't realise I knew like The Sidewiner Sleeps Tonite because I didn't know the title of it even though they always play it on the radio. Truly is banger after banger. One of the first songs I ever learnt on the drums was Everybody Hurts when I was seven so that song is pretty important to me, and its really pretty, especially with the strings. before even finishing, i know that this is overall: 5/5 I LOVE THIS

I liked this! His voice is really good, and the music is great. The drums are especially good. I don't know if I'd give it 5 as I'm not sure if I'd listen to it much again, but I really did enjoy it whilst it was on. Overall: 4/5

They all sound so similar to one another and I didn't enjoy it very much. I know theres some "classic" songs on here, but classic doesn't necessarily mean good... Still, there were a few songs I liked. Armageddon was relavtively good, but this definitely isn't something I'll come back to Overall: 3/5

skipped the first song because my attention span is too short and long songs are generally just way too self indulgent. otherwise i quite liked this. the singer sounded like john lennon doing pink floyd on some of the songs. i dont think ill come back to this overall: 3/5

I gasped when I got this I’m so happy to have this album since I LOVE California Dreaming. It really is the highlight on this album. The other songs kinda blended together whilst I was listening. I didn’t love it, nor did I hate it. The In Crowd was pretty good too. This was my second album to feature female voices on it which is a shame how few they are. Overall: 3/5
