I do hazily remember Leftfield as the music to come down with (with a touch of Primal Scream in the mix of course). It's still a worthy album with nots of interesting sounds and layers - I've enjoyed the Thursday afternoon time travel to the early 1990s !

I did enjoy this, not every track but what it represents. Slim Shady captures a specific time when young white disenfranchised men plus an epidemic of heroin brought the trailer park reality of America to the world stage. I think it's a really important album.

This album is the reason I joined 1001, to extend my listening to albums I steered clear of due to assumptions I'd hate it! I actually really liked a lot of these tracks. Old mates a Trump supporter so I'm not going to pay to see him but enjoyed the listen.

Never heard of this band - but was excited to see they are an offshoot of the Buzzcocks. That first riff hooked me - it's rad !!! As it went on it was ok ... not earth shattering but pleasantly different
