1001 Albums Summary

I did not realize this is actually more folk music than early rock. A pleasant album to listen to although vocals are generally a little anemic. Was pleasantly surprised I must say. I now regret not listening earlier.

Great album of young Allman Brothers band. Great jam album. Classic blues

Fantastic blues album. All of the players were rock solid.

Beautiful sultry voice. She sounds amazing when in her own style and range but some songs on this album seem not a fit for these. Maybe needed a better producer or manager.

Tough listen. Sometimes the guitar wasn't in tune. Detracts from the writing, which he is known for.
