Beautiful - I have heard bits and pieces of Nick Drake but never gone through an entire album - so nice to have this in my world now..will def be going back - such a smooth and soothing voice, and simple but effective arrangement

totally ripped off the doors on the first song - i do like 70s psych rock, but it seems pretty dated. my confession - I skipped to the 17min opus!

starts off strong - some of it is really out there (War of Armageddeon) or what sounds like filler (Whole lot of BS) and then an amazing soul song (I miss my baby)... i do like it though - great stuff. Bootsy is so cool.

meh - so 80s. I like devo much better than this...nothing special to me here...

so happy to have this one on the list today - one of my all time top albums. I remember sitting in my friend's room in front of 3-foot speakers blasting this until our ears bled. (it was actually the box set, but you get the point)...metallica MoP was also in the rotation...prolly part of the reason my ears ring today...along with you fuckers.

pretty cool - had to skip the "crying child" and to be honest I dont particularly like the falsetto in parts, but I know it was a time and place. some great stuff

meh - i can see how this was likely revolutionary folk but I am not a huge fan...strange that the subject matter is so dark given how happy he looks on the cover!

oooh - nice - love me some Miles Davis! and 2 tracks...i assume side A and Side B are just a single track on vinyl...so cool

saw these guys supporting Beck in the early 2000s in London. symphonic sound and his voice is incredible. Highlight of the album is "If..."

I like these guys - heard them for the first time years ago when watching that Foo Fighters documentary that tracked roots of music.
