Judging from the other comments, I am lucky that I don't now Ryan Adams at all. So purely based on the music it is 4/5 for me. The album is too long though, not possible to listen in one day.

Had to listen multiple times to decide on this album. Rap and jazz is an interesting combo, but some of the songs were a bit too much.

Based on the artist and album name I did not expect a soul funk jazz album. It surprised me a lot, and I will definitely come back to this album later. I feel like this album is the essence of an album you must hear before you die.

I don't enjoy shouting rap to heavy beats, and this was repeated throughout the album.

I am a Muse fan, but after a thorough listen, I must admit this album has not aged as well as I remembered. I give it 4 stars because there are some really great songs in between.

I am not a jazz guy, but I enjoyed the impressive playing and composition.

A sweet album, with a crazy song in "Electronic Renaissance" - I would love if the whole album sounded like that song instead.

Only "Walk This Way" and "Sweet Emotion" are good. Rest of the album was forgettable.

On a first listen it takes time to get used to the sound of Talking Heads, but as the album went on I enjoyed it more and more.

It's hard to pinpoint why, but this album just instantly makes me happy when I hear it.

Roundabout is incredible, great lyrics, interesting instrumentation, long play time with development over the song. Rest of the songs are more a mixed bag. I would have rated this album higher if 3-4 of the duds were left out of the album and it was just a tad more cohesive between songs.

Iron Maiden has done a lot of cool shit. While this album is also cool it could be ever so slightly more cool.
