Power In Numbers
Jurassic 5
Production on this is crazy good, doesn't really feel dated at all. Runs out of steam a little bit near the end but there's 7-8 certified bangers in this.

Electric Warrior
T. Rex
Wasn't mostly unfamiliar with T. Rex besides just knowing they are a rock band so it was exciting when Get It On came on and I thought "oh duh I know this one." Guitars and drums rip on this album (obviously) and I can definitely see myself listening to this again.
Liked songs: Mambo Sun, Lean Woman Blues, Get It On, Life's A Gas (loved), and Hot Love.

Black Holes and Revelations
Muse
Starts off hot and Knights of Cydonia is an all-time rock song, but I ended up finding the album just okay as a whole. I probably did it a disservice not listening on the loudest possible speakers. Shout out to Chris Wolstenholme for absolutely ripping on the bass.

You've Come a Long Way Baby
Fatboy Slim
I honestly loved this. Part of the reason I wanted to do this exercise it to broaden my taste in genres and I definitely want to give more big beat music a try. Is every song 20% longer than it needs to be? Sure but I had to stop myself from dancing along to all of them on my walk.

Achtung Baby
U2
I don't know if this one is a "had to be there" but I found it kind of dull. Still has some great sound (I'm sure this is much better live) but it wasn't quite the loud stadium rock I guess I expected from U2 after them being omnipresent for my entire life... Perhaps that's what people like about this one?
Mysterious Ways definitely was a highlight but overall the album just didn't catch my attention. Maybe I'll give it another try eventually in the context of their other albums.

Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs
Derek & The Dominos
Men will make a whole album about their friend's wife rather than go to therapy.
This was perfect for a Friday afternoon. Love how the guitar is essentially the lead vocals on this with Clapton's voice turned way down.
