Dookie by Green Day
Mar 24 2026

Great run from longview to when i come around. Couple of skips for me outside of that

Blackstar by David Bowie
Mar 25 2026

Sue was a highlight with some very tasty drums and riffs. Really like how Lazarus builds as well. Overall a bit too experimental for me, but can appreciate the musicianship and obvs Bowie is straight-up ledge

Smash by The Offspring
Mar 26 2026

Never listened to this before. Loved bad habit, come out and play and self esteem. Found myself foot-tapping the whole way through and thinking about how cool it would be to be a skater in 90s California "/

Tres Hombres by ZZ Top
Mar 27 2026

Pretty decent, some good tracks but a bit repetitive.

Graceland by Paul Simon
Mar 30 2026

Good vibes only. Absolutely timeless

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Mar 31 2026

Phenomenal album and so well paced. Loved how planet caravan breaks up the harder songs in the first half. The songs are so loose and raw. I watched a massive ship leave port listening to Iron Man =D

Urban Hymns by The Verve
Apr 03 2026

Nice soundscapes throughout but bittersweet symphony and lucky man are the only songs I really enjoyed

Harvest by Neil Young
Apr 06 2026

Some classics like old man and heart of gold but a bit dull otherwise

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
Apr 07 2026

I'd never heard of Harry Nilsson but really enjoyed this.

Back To Black by Amy Winehouse
Apr 08 2026

Great album. One or two songs I didn't love otherwise it would be a 5 star

Manassas by Stephen Stills
Apr 09 2026

Really did not like this.

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Apr 10 2026

I liked this overall. I enjoyed the first few songs in particular. There were some pretty random ones sprinkled in throughout but I think they are interesting to listen to.

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Apr 13 2026

Loved this, must have listened 3 times over. Would be 5 star but I took one away because of how lame "the girl is mine" is

The Fat Of The Land by The Prodigy
Apr 14 2026

Some amazing songs on this but also a few I wasn't massively into.

Django Django by Django Django
Apr 15 2026

Loved this, takes me right back to uni!! =D

Lost In The Dream by The War On Drugs
Apr 20 2026

Not a big fan of this genre of rock.

Vulnicura by Björk
Apr 22 2026

not really for me

Apr 23 2026

I loved this. Great, timeless production that despite being made over 20 years ago still sounds fresh. Andre 3000 is so unique in his flow and lyricism. Slightly long at times with a couple of filler tracks but otherwise fantastic.

Blur by Blur
Apr 24 2026

Started strongly but I wasn't into their more melancholic tracks

Born To Run by Bruce Springsteen
Apr 28 2026

Not typically a Springsteen or anthemic rock enjoyer but I bought into the raw energy in the tracks, even if the songs are a bit repetitive.

Swordfishtrombones by Tom Waits
Apr 29 2026

I really enjoyed the uniquely empty, percussive sound. I also think Tom Waits' voice could make anything sound good!

School's Out by Alice Cooper
May 01 2026

I have never listened to any Alice Cooper other than the song "Schools Out" so I had always associated him with classic rock so I was pretty blown away by the range on this album. Not just in genre terms but the songs are also mostly interesting as well.

Here's Little Richard by Little Richard
May 04 2026

Perfect music to cook to, absolutely slapped. What a voice and so innovative

Machine Head by Deep Purple
May 05 2026

Really enjoyed listening to highway star on my way to Tesco's in my 2012 ford fiesta.

May 06 2026

The lyrics have not aged well on this and it's pretty tough to listen to at times.

May 07 2026

Great story telling and a unique sound. Some great songs but a lot of okay ones.

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg
May 11 2026

Love the G-funk production through this whole album. So many classics and almost no filler.

Figure 8 by Elliott Smith
May 12 2026

I thought the songs were well produced but just found them a bit dull!

Stripped by Christina Aguilera
May 13 2026

I really enjoyed this. Not sure if it just coincided with me feeling a sassy queen that day but it was exactly what I was in the mood for.

Sea Change by Beck
May 14 2026

Such a relaxed album. Sat on the floor playing with my dog to it having a really swell time.

Peter Gabriel 3 by Peter Gabriel
May 15 2026

I thought that this is such an interesting album. Peter Gabriel really experimented with alternative motifs and song structure while still being catchy. When I was listening to it there were several times I thought to myself how creative you must be to craft a song some random sounds.

Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix
May 18 2026

So many great tracks on this and all just so raw. Just an iconic album, what a legend. Generational run of are we experienced, axis bold of love and this.

With The Beatles by Beatles
May 19 2026

Consistently good songs with some variation. The songs and the overall album are short enough that it doesn't get too repetitive.

Odelay by Beck
May 20 2026

While appreciating the experimental side of this, it's not really for me and I found the album mostly quite jarring.

Now I Got Worry by The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion
May 21 2026

What a bloody racket! Honestly the mixing made this unlistenable for me.

Be by Common
May 22 2026

Common is such a great lyricist with some of the best delivery in rap. The early Kanye production still sounds so fresh. Overall almost faultless.

Innervisions by Stevie Wonder
May 26 2026

Really enjoyed the variety of the tracks on this, such a chill vibe. Love big Stevie!!!

Searching For The Young Soul Rebels by Dexys Midnight Runners
May 27 2026

Not sure why so many British pop artists in the 80s thought it would be cool to sing without using their lips.

Too Rye Ay by Dexys Midnight Runners
May 28 2026

Unfortunate that we've had double dexys as I think it put me off the album more than I otherwise would have been!/.

The Poet by Bobby Womack
May 29 2026

So much soul, so much funk, so much cocaine.

War by U2
Jun 01 2026

It was okay. I found it droned on a bit.

Jun 02 2026

some generational songs on this. cool to think if some of these songs were played in almost any room every single person would sing along LB x

Post Orgasmic Chill by Skunk Anansie
Jun 03 2026

Really enjoyed the first half of this but trailed off. Never heard of them so was a pleasant surprise.

Future Days by Can
Jun 04 2026

Just a few German guys getting silly - what's not to like :)

Rapture by Anita Baker
Jun 05 2026

Anita baker? More like I-need-a break-from-her! This is the music they play in 80s movies during sex scenes that go on longer than they need to. A bit dull.

Kid A by Radiohead
Jun 10 2026

Really enjoyed the first song and none of the ones after

Heavy Weather by Weather Report
Jun 11 2026

some of the drums on this had me getting STANKY. enjoyed it overall and made me want to solve crimes as a PI in the 80s?

xx by The xx
Jun 16 2026

First 3 songs are all timers. Falls off a bit after then though

Low by David Bowie
Jun 17 2026
The Velvet Underground by The Velvet Underground
Jun 19 2026

A nice and relaxing one. Pale blue eyes was lovely. There's a certain je ne sais quoi with the velvet underground where I just find them very cool???

Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath
Jun 22 2026

I like it but not as strong as other Sabbath albums we've had

At Fillmore East by The Allman Brothers Band
Jun 23 2026

Great background music for working. Great musicianship and especially enjoyed two drummers

Jun 26 2026

a new how this was going to sound when I saw 80s British synth pop and I wasn't wrong. increasingly not for me. Tainted love is a banger though

Off The Wall by Michael Jackson
Jun 29 2026

One of my main takeaways from doing this is that I am a big fan of Michael Jackson's music. So FUNKY.

...And Justice For All by Metallica
Jun 30 2026

Found it a bit repetitive tbh and the vocals we're a bit too quiet.

Jul 02 2026

Pretty interesting - you can see how artists like this inspired modern bands like Geese. Definitely appreciated the variety

Lam Toro by Baaba Maal
Jul 10 2026

Enjoyed this a lot. Really different but not sure how much the electrician working in the house appreciated it lol

Bluesbreakers by John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers
Jul 30 2026

boring and fuck Eric clapton
