Go Farther In Lightness
Gang of YouthsI really enjoyed this. Heard so Maccabees in there, and if you squint, some Divine Comedy. A lovely little Thursday surprise.

Long, but quite charming.
I feel I should know Tame Impala but I didn’t immediately recognise any of the music. Not too bad though.
I am female, Middle Aged, and as white as can be. I’m not quite at Ugg boot wearing level but I do love me a Starbucks. Yet give me some reggae and I feel something different. The feet tap, the head bobs, I feel warm inside. Still not sure when I’d put this music on though.
It was an interesting mix and not unpleasant.
None of the tracks packed the punch of This is America, but boy is this person talented.
Mercifully short. I’ve never been a huge fan of this kind of music, but that’s on me and no reflection of the talent and effort that has gone into this album.
Sorry chet, you’re not the one for me.
Still obvious talent but not for me this one.
What WAS this? I kinda enjoyed it…
A surprising little gem nestled in here. Very much enjoyed. Vocals akin to manic street preachers front man, but lyrics very different.
Is this a joke artist? Because if it is, they have an awful lot of talent. I was intrigued from the moment I opened the album.
I only know the Marillion songs I hear on absolute radio 80s. This was a different album and I very much enjoyed it.
I actually rather enjoyed this. Felt very unpolished but that was part of its charm, like listening to a talented neighbour play in their back garden.
I bought this album off the back of cannonball but it never quite hit the mark for me. Still doesn’t.
Meh. Was ok but didn’t set my world on fire.
What an absolutely terrible album. As pretentious as they get, the only thing more pretentious is the review/description of it in Apple Music.

Absolutely not. Get out.
I really enjoyed this album and had apparently heard at least one of the tracks before. Who knew.
It was ok. Like Kiss from Temu.
A solid offering from Mr Seger. Hollywood Nights and We’ve Got Tonight are classics. The rest were a lil vanilla.
I coped with the MF Doom album but this one was too much, or too little, or whatever.
Love love love. I know people are saying that this is too new to be included, but sometimes you can tell that an album is going to be a classic. And to those that say that there is nothing original here, you need to have a good long look at the world and try to find ANYTHING original….and good. And while you’re at it stop being a d**k. This album stands out, it has the X Factor, like Taylor Swift. Can’t put your finger on it but there’s just something about it. Pink Pony Club lives in my head rent free, and it is welcome.
Not as stuffy as the album cover suggests.
I did enjoy. The Gun Song was a little off centre, but then it’s the only one I can remember so it has succeeded in some ways.
Nondescript yet annoying. Best way to describe it.
If a low lying headache was an album. This was painful and in no way enjoyable.
I don’t get it, what am I missing?
Not for me. I think I’m old.
