this wasn't available on spotify, so I listened to their next album, "The Real Ramona" instead - and it was great! Poppy, angsty, varied, a bit tortured and discordant

Steady, sing-to-the-mic 90s rock. I kinda enjoyed it, but it didn't really touch me.
Ugh, rap.
They sound like a mediocre garage band down the street; I don't see the appeal.
Simple, classic flower child music
Fun, upbeat, dated
wistful, yet upbeat - the vocals somehow blend into the music as just another instrument. At the same time, there is a coldness and distance to the sounds...
Half rock, half Country. It was ok, lightly enjoyable but uninteresting.
What was that? Jamaican electronic dance music? It was great.
I am beginning to appreciate hip-hop
A good 70s rock album: fun, enjoyable, not memorable.
Easy metal
Breathy, simple, kinda boring.
Meh - mediocre 80s rock.
Archetypal Western music, beautifully done
Ok singer-songwriter
Fun 80s pop, but by a ver creepy Prince. ick.
Meh.
Interesting - indie with touches of... other things. Haunting and beautiful.
Simplistic; didn't touch me.
Simple, enjoyable, flowing 70s music. Nostalgic for a time I wasn't part of.
Fun electronica
Classic hard rock
something different, fun and cheerful
A lovely, nostalgic siger-songwirter, with a grandiosity of sound
sings like he's having sex right there in the recording studio - it's a bit much
A good voice, otherwise ok
Lovely country tones with a genuine voice
fun!
that was weird but kinda neat
I don't enjoy angry rap
Fun, unique!
Fun pop
A real american twang
That was fun!
weird, interesting...
Sexy 70s
oh so country - oldie classic country
Meh slightly punky croons
If I try hard, I can see why my grandparents would have been moved by this. But its a stretch for me.

Fun!
enjoyable, moody
Fun, unusual albub!
Fun, light
Classical Indian meets Rock - lovely!
Fun, interesting mix
Fun, simple glam rock
Melancholy folky
Very.... electronic. OK.
beautiful, nostalgic melancholy
Fun!
Interesting - Jamaican Reggae (maybe?) with some hip-hop/light rap.
Fun, light oldie-ish
Feels a little cold and emotionless somehow
Ok britpop
Fun brit-pop
It goes on and on, but captures that weird mixture of persistent drive and ennui. Beautiful in its own way.
Great, fun classic Jazz
run of the mill Brit-pop
yeah, yeah, brit alt-rock. good example, uninspiring to me.
beck is beck
tired classics
meh
Beautiful, flowing classic rock... like a waterfall.
light and fun!
interestingly weird, like a modern art museum piece, but didn't speak to me
Good jazz, very classic stype
Intimate and melancholy - I had a good cathartic cry triggered by this album. Thanks, Nick Drake.
Haunting, beautiful, intimate
Interesting and unusual, although it didn't speak to me
4 - nice easy listen
80sish rock/singer-songwriter/Country
He may have been a cultural icon for his time... but I'm not of his time.
