Not a lot of hits but still rocking! Halfway through we’re at a 7-8. Not a full 8 but it’s better than good..7.5 it can otherwise 7.
I was excited for this one and I have to say I understand why the hits from it are the hits. There was a few other songs that I think deserved more hype, otherwise this one didn’t live up to my expectations fully. Still an enjoyable listen overall!
When I saw this I wondered “why do I get so many strange albums” but boy this one was a treat!
Not quite for me but I can appreciate it for what it is.
It’s Led Zeppelin so 🤷♀️ Not there best but better than expected knowing that going in!
Wanted it to be a 4…but there was some songs that couldn’t take it there for me
I hated it and loved it at the same time. Solid 3
I couldn’t listen to the whole thing as there were 4 blocked out songs on both Apple Music and Spotify. I think this album is lyrically heavy, but I listened at a time I couldn’t take time to listen to the lyrics. I think if I had the rating could be far higher
A younger me would have loved the female angst. I still do, but it just didn’t full capture me
It was perfect, but it was dang good
It was a good little jam but didn’t blow me out of the water - 3
Not every song made me wish the day was over
Kinda scary. Kinda bad. Kinda jam
Vibey but it was hard to keep my attention with it being in another language. One song gave MMJ
Would have been a star higher if Cee Lo wasn’t Cee Lo…
Good things happening instrumental but I was just waiting for captain Beef Fart to be done the whole time
This should be more accessible.
I need to preface this by saying I can acknowledge and appreciate the talent! However, this felt like watching Whiplash without the thrill of a story line and JK Simmons throwing stuff.
I like Creedence but it didn’t grasp me
I can’t believe I spent 1 hour and 1 minute of my life on this ):
Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by this one.
Message in a bottle is a 10/5. Honestly the first half was SO good but the second couldn’t grasp me in the same way… 3.5
Not nearly as good as the last album I had by them
Never wanted an album to just end more.
At first I thought “ugh, why isn’t this just You’ve Got a Friend in Me” but by the end I enjoyed it more than I thought I was going to.
The worst albums are the never ending ones
I should have hated this more
Talent no doubt, but Im not a Christmas music gal.
I feel like deluxe could have got me to a 4, but I wanted to base it off the original (first 11) and those didn’t sell me enough.
I think my expectations were too high, or I don’t like Prince as much as I thought. 3.5
This was interesting. There were creative moments that gave almost the same vibe as Pink Floyd The Wall, just not executed at the same level which were intriguing. There were also moments I thought it had to be a Mr. Krabs AI. Somewhere between a 2 and 3 for me realistically.
“What the hell” said like Tim Robinson
The 5 may be the nostalgia taking over, but I had a good time
Was mostly really good! But Comfortably Numb was violently offensive.
I did this one a disservice as I got busy and listened to it over multiple days..may have been a 4
It was an easy listen! Reminded me of school of rock.
