Sounds good. The instrumentals were pleasant. Not really my type of music but I can appreciate it.
Enjoyed some songs more than others. Album flowed well. Would not say I loved it but will revisit a few songs in the future.
I am definitely going to revisit again. I would say the album itself was great as a unit but not sure if any specific song stood out on first listen. Still very enjoyable.
First time listening to Celtic folk rock. The album was great, it was a fun listen. The instrumentation was beautiful and upbeat. Definitely going to come back to this album in the future.
First time listening to anything like this. While some of the more explicitly political songs were less enjoyable the album as a whole was solid. I enjoyed the flow despite the length and the samples chosen gave the songs a unique twist.
First time ever listening to Ska. Also researched that is considered the best Ska album of the First Wave. Completely unimpressed by the whole project. Feels unserious but not in a fun way. Sounds like a parody of Yacht Rock. Stupid Marriage was the best moment for me. Overall not looking forward to the other Ska albums on this journey.
Nothing memorable off the album. A unique sound but nothing stuck out.
An overall solid project with some standout songs.
Already had listened to a majority of songs on the album in the past but listening all the way through was great. Bruce is an amazing artist and the instruments on his albums always add so much.
Was not impressed by anything on this record. Felt soulless. The guitar/bass was fine but nothing that has me wanting to revisit it.
Have heard of them previously but never listened to any of their music, but I get the hype now. Each song sounded great and the guitar play stood out. Will definitely revisit the album and can see it growing on me.
Nothing memorable on this album. Nothing stood out and nothing was awful.
A few stand out songs on this album but for the most part nothing that stuck out too much but was an enjoyable listen.
Not my type of music, but there were some songs that sounded very pleasant.
Really solid album. It’s a quintessential 80s rock album, something I grew up on.
Didn’t enjoy this and cannot appreciate the music, as well. Maybe I’m too young and this music hit different in the 90s but first album I really wanted to end before it was over.
Nothing spectacular to me.
A typically solid late 80s alt rock album.
Sunday Bloody Sunday was the obvious high point on this album, but I am not much of a U2 fan and this album was perfectly ok.
A one note album. Felt like 40 minutes of the same song.
Solid Christmas album, learned that Phil Spector is a murderer too so that was interesting as well.
It sounded good but a bit too long for a concept album. Better than the last project I listened to featuring Clapton.
Karma Chameleon was the high point. The rest is the type of music they’d play for elementary school kids that adults think is ‘cool’.
No song stood out which made a 20 song album feel more like a chore than an enjoying experience.
A rootsy album that pleased instrumentally throughout.
Would have gotten 1 star if not for Two Doves. I don’t know how this album got on this list. Maybe I am too young to appreciate its relevance at the time but I have never heard of this group before today.
The album was good. Too bad he went off the deep end.
I enjoyed listening to it despite never really having listened to a full piano recital before. Feels like really upscale lounge music. Makes great background music to me which is a great alternative to what is typically considered background music.
A great album. First listen just made me appreciate more how Queen crafted the sound they did.
Album was not overly memorable in one way or another. Was honestly expecting a different sound for a punk album.
Not for me but also not bad. Was not expecting so much guitar on this album but it worked.
Arguably one of my favorite rock albums ever. Such a strong 1-2 punch to start the album. The final 7 songs would be an elite album on its own, as well. The sound is killer, the sense of place in each of these songs makes you feel like you’re there. Hits notes of nostalgia without it being overpowering. Easily my first 5 star album.
A solid collection of songs for a live album.
The album was not as good as the other R.E.M. album I’ve listened to but the project as a whole was solid.
One of my favorite bands ever and their arguably greatest work. The songs are beautiful yet go down easy. Will listen to this album forever.
Just wasn’t really interested in this one. The album didn’t stand out anywhere sonically.
Felt like 40 minutes of the same guitar riff.
Where Is My Mind? was a stand out. The rest just was not working for me.
A couple really good songs that carried the album.
Nothing too memorable. Sounded fine but not impressed.
Despite the name it sounded alright.
Brief Candles is an earworm. Album sounds cohesive and has great instrumentals.
Was an ok album at first but the back half was not good at all. It’s a cross between background music for a tech review on YouTube and 90s tech movie background sounds.
Another Queen masterpiece. The albums are so cohesive and every song has so much life. What an amazing band.
A down the middle 90s rock album.
Overall sounds fine. The lyrics brought it down a bit but was not a bad listen.
Beastie Boys are always a fun listen even if every song isn’t a banger.
Nothing impressive and nothing awful on this project
The electronic music didn’t do much for me. As a whole was not a bad listen but ko track was all too memorable.
Was not expecting some of the more country forward songs on this album and they were very pleasant sounding.
Late career Cash delivered some beautiful albums and did the covers he choose a lot of justice.
Soulful and fun. Heard of a couple songs before but the album as a whole was just as strong as their most popular singles.
Normally enjoy Pink Floyd but this album was not it for me.
I don’t consider myself much of an experimental rock fan but this album was a great listen.
Meh album, nothing piqued my interest here.
Nothing particularly stood out, was not bad however.
Nice to listen to once, not a project I’ll revisit.
Enjoyed his music already was a solid rock album all throughout.
Sounded awesome, not a big fan of jazz but 40 minutes of this was very pleasant.
The instrumentals were ok but could not save the lyrics in my opinion.
A nice and simple album but nothing really stood out.
Electronic/House just isn’t for me most of the time. This is one of this cases.
Will give a 3 star because I enjoyed the first few songs but the back half of the album didn’t do much for me.
Amazing voice, every song it is so powerful and easy to listen to.
Middle of the road alt rock album. No track really stood out but not a bad album either.
