Sounds good. The instrumentals were pleasant. Not really my type of music but I can appreciate it.

Enjoyed some songs more than others. Album flowed well. Would not say I loved it but will revisit a few songs in the future.

I am definitely going to revisit again. I would say the album itself was great as a unit but not sure if any specific song stood out on first listen. Still very enjoyable.

First time listening to Celtic folk rock. The album was great, it was a fun listen. The instrumentation was beautiful and upbeat. Definitely going to come back to this album in the future.

First time listening to anything like this. While some of the more explicitly political songs were less enjoyable the album as a whole was solid. I enjoyed the flow despite the length and the samples chosen gave the songs a unique twist.

First time ever listening to Ska. Also researched that is considered the best Ska album of the First Wave. Completely unimpressed by the whole project. Feels unserious but not in a fun way. Sounds like a parody of Yacht Rock. Stupid Marriage was the best moment for me. Overall not looking forward to the other Ska albums on this journey.

Nothing memorable off the album. A unique sound but nothing stuck out.

An overall solid project with some standout songs.

Already had listened to a majority of songs on the album in the past but listening all the way through was great. Bruce is an amazing artist and the instruments on his albums always add so much.

Was not impressed by anything on this record. Felt soulless. The guitar/bass was fine but nothing that has me wanting to revisit it.

Have heard of them previously but never listened to any of their music, but I get the hype now. Each song sounded great and the guitar play stood out. Will definitely revisit the album and can see it growing on me.

Sunday Bloody Sunday was the obvious high point on this album, but I am not much of a U2 fan and this album was perfectly ok.

A one note album. Felt like 40 minutes of the same song.

Solid Christmas album, learned that Phil Spector is a murderer too so that was interesting as well.

It sounded good but a bit too long for a concept album. Better than the last project I listened to featuring Clapton.

Karma Chameleon was the high point. The rest is the type of music they’d play for elementary school kids that adults think is ‘cool’.

No song stood out which made a 20 song album feel more like a chore than an enjoying experience.

A rootsy album that pleased instrumentally throughout.

Would have gotten 1 star if not for Two Doves. I don’t know how this album got on this list. Maybe I am too young to appreciate its relevance at the time but I have never heard of this group before today.

The album was good. Too bad he went off the deep end.

I enjoyed listening to it despite never really having listened to a full piano recital before. Feels like really upscale lounge music. Makes great background music to me which is a great alternative to what is typically considered background music.

A great album. First listen just made me appreciate more how Queen crafted the sound they did.

Arguably one of my favorite rock albums ever. Such a strong 1-2 punch to start the album. The final 7 songs would be an elite album on its own, as well. The sound is killer, the sense of place in each of these songs makes you feel like you’re there. Hits notes of nostalgia without it being overpowering. Easily my first 5 star album.

The album was not as good as the other R.E.M. album I’ve listened to but the project as a whole was solid.

One of my favorite bands ever and their arguably greatest work. The songs are beautiful yet go down easy. Will listen to this album forever.

Beastie Boys are always a fun listen even if every song isn’t a banger.

Nothing impressive and nothing awful on this project

The electronic music didn’t do much for me. As a whole was not a bad listen but ko track was all too memorable.

Was not expecting some of the more country forward songs on this album and they were very pleasant sounding.

Late career Cash delivered some beautiful albums and did the covers he choose a lot of justice.

While some songs do not stand out, the whole project is a great listen. I am not the biggest prog rock guy but this is the best album I have heard in this genre so far.

Beautiful voice and great songs

Fine, I guess. 2 hours runtime was a bit unnecessary. The sound was a bit all over the place, sometimes in a good way while other times just felt out of place. As with any 2 hour album there was a bit of filler in here.

Another electronic record that did not do much for me. Definitely one of the better-sounding ones so far.

I enjoyed the instrumentation on this album. A bit better than On The Beach.

The music on this album sounded great, do not speak the language but from reading their sentiments are hopeful and worth a listen.

Awesome sound. Money for Nothing and Walk of Life are great back to back to start the album.

Punk is not for me and outside of Six Pack and TV Party this was really not for me.

Honestly was surprised by how much I enjoyed this one. Flowed great throughout and the music was energetic.

Never gave this album a chance just had listened to Mr. Brightside. I have to say this is way more than I expected for an album with one song becoming mega-viral. Everything you want in a 2000s alt rock album.

Having heard only the title track previously, I did not know what to expect for the rest of the album, but it was not what followed. I did like it, some songs really stood out like Everybody Loves Me, Baby. Just a solid rock album in my book.

I know people have strong opinions on Petty, but I am a fan, and this album is a great example of why. The sounds are great and I can listen to Breakdown and American Girl all day.

Did not love the album, but it had a good sound and stayed there the whole time. Buzzkill and Lemonworld were a great little back-to-back in the middle of the album.

Why is this on here?

Ole Hagg never misses. Love the breezy guitar that he features in a lot of his songs. His songwriting is arguably the best of his era, always raw and real. He’s the working man’s poet for a reason.

First time listening to a Prince album, and I was surprised how much I liked it. Such a fun sound.

Really like Zeppelin's sound, and this album is no different. This is not one of my favorites by them but Immigrant Song is a great start to this album.

I thought it was a good listen, not exactly what I expected, but a good Nu Metal album for someone not familiar with the genre
