Any album this long will eventually tire me out. This one especially tired me out. But there can be no denying this is some kick as music.

It's certainly a subgenre of music... maybe it'll grow on me someday but today ain't the day.

I cannot stand her voice/singing...

Needs a relisten but it's Little Richard

I guess I'm not a fan of Radiohead "experimenting" because some of the songs here (Spinning Blades - Revolving Doors) just sound horrendous. I couldn't hear anything from other Radiohead songs I liked. Knives Out was the only salvagable track here and even that sounds very uninspired. But then *Life in a Glass House* came at the last minute and by no means saved this album but at least left a nice taste in my mouth.

Say Yes / Pictures of Me I really like Elliot Smith's vibes, feels somber but also very light at the same time. Like when you eat too much, so much that you feel you'd explode if you eat anything else except a little piece of candy. It's that piece of candy.

Seems like one of those albums that need to hit you in the right moment to enjoy, I wasn't in that moment.

Talking Heads really put the fear of music in me after this one. Oof talk about a one-hit wonder band.

Deeply somber album with great tracks. Might deserve a deeper look at the lyrics.

It barely passes for me because it has an undeniably unique sound but aside from the first few tracks the album doesn't do it for me.

Teenager hipster shit. Unbearable.

Not bad music by any means, they have a pretty good blues sound going but it feels very unremarkable.

If I wanted to hear shitty music, I'd go take a shit.

Amazing jazz-rock album. Sure, the last track overstays its welcome by a lot but it does not degrade an album filled with such a groovy sound.

A pretty standard classic rock album from the 50s. Reliable. Maybe Baby / Oh Boy / That'll Be The Day / It's Too Late

Is This It / Someday / Last Nite / Hard to Explain Pretty cool. The band seems promising. Cohesive album, there wasn't a single track that pulled the album down for me.

I appreciate their style but it's not for me. Spend, Spend, Spend and Newtown was good. I didn't like their Grapevine cover which was when I realized The Slits is not for me.

My first true exposure to Metallica. Electricfying live performance.

B-side was a drag but that A-side, oh man. Some fine hiphop.

Androgynous French Taylor Swift with a British accent. 1.5 hour album. Get the fuck outta here.

An album synonymous with the 60s. The covers here while don't surpass the originals by any margin carry the band's iconic sound. Always felt "Straight Shooter" was heavily underrated, that bass line is cold. "Go Where You Wanna Go" aka "Michelle Phillips wants to fuck around" is also a heavy hitter to me.

Alright I guess...

Jealous Guy's pretty cool. Oh My Love is a criminally underrated track. The album, mostly but not wholly feels very soothing, Gimme Some Truth is the outlier here but it's not a bad track by any means. How Do You Sleep? aka Fuck You Paul is interesting to listen to. It's so full of anger and jealously and sounds funny in an album that features Imagine. Speaking of which, no words necessary. Hard to rate the album featuring one of the greatest songs of all time lover than 4.

Not that I think it's amazing but this stuff's way better than any shit The Smiths and their types have produced..

I guess it's important and all but really couldn't dig it.

I still don't see the appeal but this is a good album. I like the A-side better as it feels more Tom Waits whereas the B-side feels like a Tom Waits spin on a different style of music. I don't like the juxatoposition of his raspy voice with soft instrumentals.

Might relisten to figure out why I liked it so much.

My least favorite Roxy Music album. Praire Rose is a banger, the rest are very hit or miss, mostly miss.

Tina Turner

It's got a very 80s, but at the same time jazzy sound to it.

Unique mix of sounds (that reminds me of) India, blues, latin.

Jigsaw Puzzle / Sympathy for the Devil Hard to ignore the juggernaut here but the album itself is mostly forgettable

I was enjoying the tender melodies sung by Neil Young on one dreary night, it was sort of moody but just about what I need at the time. Until Sedan Delivery came up and hit me like a fucking truck. Worst song ordering since Yesterday to Dizzy Miss Lizzy.

Gimme Shelther and You Can't Always Get What You Want do incredible heavy lifting on this album by being killer opener and closers

Best of ABBA. There are a few potholes here and there but when it gets you, it gets you. Hard to keep yourself from singing. That's Me, Tiger and the title track are very underrated here. Anni-Frid does not get enough credit for her vocals in Money Money Money.

Peak of hillbilly music. It also features a song that'd later enter the Beatles canon.

The music does not deliver the expectations created by the cover. Good album but a tad bit long.

Not without its low points, but this might one of the most diverse albums I've heard. Bless.

Horses opens with Patti Smith's version of Gloria, an instant charmer oozing with her own style of music. Then the album takes you to Redondo Beach to chill for a while and from then on it's mostly filler songs until the Land "trilogy" which is supposedly the album's magnum opus but far inferior to the aforementioned songs. Still, Horses is a unique album from a unique artist. I liked it a little less upon my second listening. Nevertheless, a must listen.

Dirty Work / Only A Fool Would Say That / Fire in the Hole / Reelin' In The Years / Do It Again (Barely) A soft rock album with diverse sounds. The last few tracks were dull but all around great songs.

A not-so-short but sweet album.

Peak Radiohead. Songs that are just the right amount of experimental and every experiment works. Paranoid Android is comparable to Bohemian Rhapsody. No Surprises is the most hauntingly beautiful songs I've ever heard. It's not an album without dullers but it's near perfect.

Can't go wrong with Depeche Mode and can't go any lower with an album that features Personal Jesus and Enjoy the Silence. Dangerous and Halo are my other favorites here, rest of the tracks are unforgetabble for the most part. Policy of Truth never really hit me.

Frontier Psychiatrist was the peak of the album, I liked that most songs transition into each other. Generally like the sound but felt too incohesive at times.

I find this overall more cohesive than There's A Riot Goin On. "Stand!" the song is just too good.

Pretty cool.

Just no good... His voice sounds worse in this one and the music is just regular blues that offers nothing new and somehow at the same time feels unfamiliar.

This album is very underappreciated just like the entireity of T.Rex. Life's A Gas / Mambo Sun / Get It On / Cosmic Danger / Girl

Not bad but not for me.

I had very low expectations of Bauhaus so perhaps that's why I liked it as much as I did, they just feel like the type of band I'd dislike but there's certainly something there.

As angsty as The Cure can get, they make good music and have a captured their own sound among other bands from the 80s.

Alright, Sweet Emotion and Walk This Way was cool other than that doesn't sound like the Aerosmith I like.

Heart of Gold. Sounds a bit different than regular Neil Young but still carries his charms and sound.

Have no intention of listening to Todd Rundgren again, won't relisten.

Her singing is downright annoying at times and perfectly soothing at others. The instrumentals are sometimes ecstatic and sometimes dreadful. Interesting album.

Goes slightly harder than other albums that I'd consider "not my taste"
