-oh dear lord its a christmas album
-i’m sorry but i don’t like christmas music

-favorites are definitely dirty work and change of the guard
-its not super my thing but its good!!!! and i can tell why this was and still is a big deal of an album!!!!! makes me interested in listening to steely dans other albums

-some of these songs are really good and some are not hitting the mark for me

-funny enough i haven’t listened to this album, so i’m excited
-this feels so CHILL compared to the later gorillaz stuff i know
-which makes sense because this is their early stuff
-some of these songs sound and feel DULL
-even clint eastwood although that is the best of them so far
-like the funny sounds in double bass
-also love that theres a spanish song on here
-left hand suzuki method is really interesting
-like specifically the background instrumentals
-like the japanese is SO COOL!
-overall is this their best album? no. would i listen to it again? probably no. was it bad? no!

-a hard days night is literally one of their most iconic well known songs
-what a GREAT way to start the album is with the title track
-and i love her is SUCH a beautiful song i love it
-this is such a good album. like early beatles is top tier
-yeah john lennon sucks!!!!!!!! we can literally ignore him paul mccartney is a legend and so is george harrison and ringo starr
-can’t buy me love is another ICONIC song, but not my favorite on this album
