Great album. Stays on one tone all the way through, though.

Too much theremin and other warbling effects, too little singing ability. Deserved to be a 1-star album but saved by a couple surprise gems.

I was expecting this to be better, based on reputation, but it was still very good. The guitar reminds me of Eric Clapton.

I had no idea what to expect from this album, but it delivered a little bit of everything 1969.

I don't think Joni Mitchell understood melody. Just took a shotgun approach to these high notes. I'm predisposed to liking a pleasant voice and an acoustic guitar, but this was not it.

The music is okay, the singing is not very good, it feels more like Leonard Cohen wanted to write poems and someone forced him to make them into songs.

This is probably the first 4 I'm giving to an album I'm unlikely to listen to again. It's not for me, but the music was just undeniable.

Heroes is the only truly great track on this album. Some others are decent. A couple are not good at all.

I was surprised by how good this album was. Obviously surf rock, but a little punk, a little bit of a few different things.

A cop has a man in handcuffs outside a club. The cop goes to take a statement. The man says, "first they played 'Jump', so I jumped. Then they played 'Twist and Shout', so I twisted and I shouted. I guess all the trouble started when they played 'Come On Eileen'". Anyway this album kinda sucks lmao.

Yeah just make the same song 12 times and it'll fundamentally shape the punk genre. Good job.
