Scream, Dracula, Scream by Rocket From The Crypt

Never heard of this band before and they bring the ENERGY. I thought it would fall off as the album progressed but its filled with bangers. And On A Rope was genuinely stuck in head. Dope.

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet

Honestly I don’t know much about jazz but MAN this has gotta be one of the best jazz albums of all time. What an absolute delight to listen to. Beyond smooth. Never boring. When Take Five came on, I was taken aback for a second because I recognized the song. I quickly remembered that it was because my friend that passed away had shown it to me as one of his favorites. Nearly made me cry, the man had excellent taste. Rest in peace Doza love you man.

In Our Heads by Hot Chip

Honestly a lot of bangers, great beats. Good listen. Some hits. Knew some of their stuff already but makes me wanna check out more.

Long live FUNK! Funky, groovy, and gritty. There are some awesome guitar licks, catchy melodies, every track has something to offer. Definitely will be re-listening and will be looking for it on vinyl as it’s only downside is that this album isn’t available almost anywhere due to copyright issues.

Who's Next by The Who
Jan 03 2026

Great album with many classics. The live versions are repetitive and make the album way too long but are still fun additions. Filled with bangers, definitely one of my favorite Who albums.

Red Headed Stranger by Willie Nelson
Jan 04 2026

very chill, songs flow into each other so nicely. Short and sweet

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jan 05 2026

Brutal listen, not my genre but it’s so repetitive and nothing is remotely catchy. Don’t see myself revisiting either the whole album or even any one individual song. 🚮

Fleet Foxes by Fleet Foxes
Jan 06 2026

Quite boring but I can appreciate the musicianship in the tracks. Album is at least listenable. I won’t be revisiting any of these songs, too folky for me. Lead singer has a decent voice too. Despite the sleepy and uninteresting lyrics I’ll bump it up one from 2/5.

Beauty And The Beat by The Go-Go's
Jan 07 2026

Fun, upbeat album. Lost to Love was the standout for me. 3.4/5 but I’ll round up just for Lust to Love.

Jan 08 2026

Long live FUNK! Funky, groovy, and gritty. There are some awesome guitar licks, catchy melodies, every track has something to offer. Definitely will be re-listening and will be looking for it on vinyl as it’s only downside is that this album isn’t available almost anywhere due to copyright issues.

Eternally Yours by The Saints
Jan 09 2026

Tough listen on this one. So brit rock sounding (its australiam) but just misses the mark. As a wise woman once said “the stones and the kinks but 10 years too late”. Zero tracks saved. It also repeats a lot of songs.

Jan 10 2026

Fantastic album with a slew of hits you’ll probably recognize. Great production and vocals. Will definitely be listening again. Staples like Knights of Cydonia, Supermassive Black Hole, and Starlight. Hits.

Jan 11 2026

Rock album with clear dance music influences that makes for some unique sounds. Nothing outstanding but a decent listen nonetheless.

It's Blitz! by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Jan 12 2026

Excellent album with a lot of diversity to the sound of the songs. Hard to get tired of her voice. Obvious banger is Heads Will Roll. Nice switch up with the acoustic versions at the end as well.

Pretenders by Pretenders
Jan 13 2026

Actually turned out to be a pretty good album, would listen back to a few songs. Great voice, fun melodies and riffs

90 by 808 State
Jan 14 2026

House beats, nothing outstanding. Ok as background noise

Nilsson Schmilsson by Harry Nilsson
Jan 16 2026

Excellent, very well produced album. Harry has an incredible sultry voice, would definitely listen thru again

Everything Must Go by Manic Street Preachers
Jan 18 2026

pretty good, never heard of them before. Not a very risky album but a nice listen

Exile On Main Street by The Rolling Stones
Jan 19 2026

Fantastic album, classic stones sound. Will listen thru again. Was cool to hear the not mega hits.

Raw Power by The Stooges
Jan 20 2026

Vocals sound like they’re recorded on a microwave. Not horrific but definitely not great

Make Yourself by Incubus
Jan 21 2026

Incredible vocals, honestly some real hits not just Drive. Good album

System Of A Down by System Of A Down
Jan 22 2026

Big boy mosh pit music. Some real bangers, some are just okay but all are very high energy, makes ya wanna MOSH

Kid A by Radiohead
Jan 23 2026

Chill and vibey but not sure I fully get the hype

Pearl by Janis Joplin
Jan 24 2026

Pretty good

In Our Heads by Hot Chip
Jan 26 2026

Honestly a lot of bangers, great beats. Good listen. Some hits. Knew some of their stuff already but makes me wanna check out more.

Sunday At The Village Vanguard by Bill Evans Trio
Jan 27 2026

It’s a jazz album. Chill background music. Not much for me to compare it too so I’ll give it a neutral score.

The Modern Dance by Pere Ubu
Jan 29 2026

This feels like it’s TRYING to piss you off, and I kind of love it. It’s chaotic and super weird and interesting and a bit scary. I love that it’s NOT for everyone and yet still has a beating heart to it. Will be great to torture friends with in the car.

Astral Weeks by Van Morrison
Jan 30 2026

Really nice listen. Jazzy folky classical and blues

You Want It Darker by Leonard Cohen
Feb 02 2026

I get it, it’s about the lyrics and the meaning is deeply profound written and recorded in his house shortly before his death as a sort of farewell and acceptance of his passing. Coulda been an email.

Violator by Depeche Mode
Feb 03 2026

All around meh

Elephant by The White Stripes
Feb 07 2026

Gritty, raw garage rock with the iconic Seven Nation Army. Real good songwriting.

The United States Of America by The United States Of America
Feb 08 2026

Genuinely awful. Psychedelic rock, her voice isn’t bad at all but the production is absolutely dog shit

Rocks by Aerosmith
Feb 09 2026

Iconic album. Tremendous.

From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley
Feb 10 2026

It’s elvis, definitely a nice listen. Suspicious minds! 3.5

Get Behind Me Satan by The White Stripes
Feb 11 2026

Decent but definitely not a must hear before you die

16 Lovers Lane by The Go-Betweens
Feb 12 2026

4.5 I genuinely really liked this album. Bright poppy guitar nice indie pop band

Peter Gabriel by Peter Gabriel
Feb 13 2026

Feels really well produced to me and I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. Catchy hooks, seems to be a bit all over the place and some of the sounds are kinda epic/movie sounding. Fun listen 4.5

Kind Of Blue by Miles Davis
Feb 14 2026

I don’t know the first thing about jazz but good god this is an absolute MASTERPIECE. This is true art.

Maggot Brain by Funkadelic
Feb 15 2026

A genre defining gold mine of guitar and sick prog funk beats. Need this on vinyl. So so good

Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix
Feb 16 2026

It’s over rover, let Jimi take over! All Along the Watchtower is king here but the whole album is great, for sure a bit jammy, but god damn he’s one of the absolute greats of guitar playing.

I Should Coco by Supergrass
Feb 18 2026

4.5 Super fun britpop high energy. While the album cover is absolutely atrocious, the music is jammin

Shaft by Isaac Hayes
Feb 20 2026

SUUUUPER chill jams, genuinely relaxing. Even the 20 min jam sesh is a nice listen

good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar
Feb 22 2026

A bit long but tells a story that enthralled me and the production is WAY better than I expected.

Only By The Night by Kings of Leon
Feb 23 2026

3.6 hard carried by Sex on Fire and Use Somebody

Feb 24 2026

Yeaaaaaah boiiiiii, absolutely atrocious production. It’s just not that good, not sure how people like this. Was cool hearing where the sample comes from in Show ‘Em Whatcha Got, only reason I’m rounding this 1.1 to a 2

L'Eau Rouge by The Young Gods
Feb 25 2026

Angry french man over the sounds of a blender with a brick in it. Miserable to listen to

Odessey And Oracle by The Zombies
Feb 26 2026

Easily one of the greatest albums of all time, this 60s rock album is truly a must listen. It’s such a criminally underrated album, the harmonies are amazing. I love Colin. Their story is also insane, with the album initially flopping and the band breaking up, and then a fake Zombies took their place, they were robbed of payments from huge shows, and never got the attention they deserved in their hay day. Go watch their documentary/movie, it’s very very well made and interesting as hell, it’s a real rollercoaster of a story. So many hits on this album including Time of the Season and Care of Cell 44. Incredible.

The Madcap Laughs by Syd Barrett
Feb 27 2026

Genuinely horrific songwriting AND his voice is awful. If you put all that aside, everything else is also bad.

Berlin by Lou Reed
Mar 02 2026

Extremely boring with zero redeeming qualities, and his voice isn’t that great?? 1.5

Dirt by Alice In Chains
Mar 03 2026

Pretty good, 3.4

Nowhere by Ride
Mar 04 2026

Yet another mediocre depressed British man album. 1001 albums you have to hear before you die? Go fuck yourself, this is so mid. But congratulations now I’ve heard it, and I’ve been played. It’s like okay at best. Muddy rock noise heavy, repetitive, definitely skippable.

Rio by Duran Duran
Mar 05 2026

Not bad! Kinda carried by Hungry Like the Wolf

Third/Sister Lovers by Big Star
Mar 06 2026

Meh. Finished and instantly forgot all about it, instantly forgettable.

Vento De Maio by Elis Regina
Mar 08 2026

Can I understand any of the words? No! Does it matter? No! But lemme tell ya, great vibes and her voice is amazing. This is the kind of music discovery I was hoping for on this site.

Paul's Boutique by Beastie Boys
Mar 10 2026

Unapologetically New York sounding, this is the Beastie’s best album. The INSANE level of innovative sampling is unbeatable, and has lots of fantastic lyricism. Could be slimmed down a lot however.

Talking Heads 77 by Talking Heads
Mar 11 2026

Some albums you hear, and just know they were influential as hell. His voice isn’t the strongest and it doesn’t matter! His voice blends so well with the music. Also what is this genre, it’s like if funk was in a square ass school uniform. No skips.

Yeezus by Kanye West
Mar 12 2026

Honestly one of the most creative hip hop albums imo. This has lots of catchy and creative rhymes and the beats are so insanely creative it almost listens like an electronic album is some parts. Highly recommend.

Close To You by Carpenters
Mar 13 2026

Soothing and warm sounding, beautiful vocals 4.5

At Mister Kelly's by Sarah Vaughan
Mar 14 2026

Found myself tapping along, pretty great for a live album. Some might argue it would be better as a studio album but this feels very raw and real and makes me wish I was there. Amazing jazz singer.

Pornography by The Cure
Mar 15 2026

I don’t dislike the cure but this dark depressive album genuinely sucks. So goth, like chill out. The production is also just incredibly boring. Last and titular track is completely unlistenable. Great to listen to when you wanna kill yourself.

Hot Fuss by The Killers
Mar 16 2026

impressive amount of hits for a debut album

Tea for the Tillerman by Cat Stevens
Mar 17 2026

Joyous acoustic jammers. Wild World and Father and Son hits. 4.5

Fear Of Music by Talking Heads
Mar 18 2026

3.3 plenty are bops some are kinda not it but not bad

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Mar 19 2026

Atmospheric mostly instrumental, maybe I do hate the Cure. However, some of the instrumentals are haunting and somewhat listenable.

Pump by Aerosmith
Mar 20 2026

Iconic album, so many bangers. High energy. And yes they’re horny.

Aladdin Sane by David Bowie
Mar 21 2026

Genuinely what the fuck is that off key piano solo. It’s all like ok not great

Truth by Jeff Beck
Mar 23 2026

honestly the guitar is cool and crisp but Rod’s vocals are more distracting than they are adding any value

The Stone Roses by The Stone Roses
Mar 24 2026

Very easy listen, finally a great brit rock album and a debut one at that! Catchy stuff

Exit Planet Dust by The Chemical Brothers
Mar 25 2026

3.7, doesn’t quite earn the 4 for me but has some unique sounds and beats. For sure not for everyone but this is solid, especially for a debut album.

Cheap Thrills by Big Brother & The Holding Company
Mar 26 2026

What an incredible album. Funky and gritty guitar solos with Janis Joplin’s gravelly voice fronting, just works so damn well. It’s pseudo live jawn and overall just raw, soulful, and electric. Amazing.

Cloud Nine by The Temptations
Mar 29 2026

Good vibes! Funky motown action

GI by Germs
Mar 30 2026

Honestly probably SO fun live but man despite being an influential punk album, this just does not hold up. Old but mold. Can’t understand any of the lyrics, and that’s ok its thrashy and raw but it’s just hard to listen through, not entertaining.

Mar 31 2026

This album is the BEST… at being boring. Man even the highest highs of this album was at best a small hill. Jesus, Etc. is alright

Diamond Life by Sade
Apr 01 2026

So smooooooooth, dreamy smooth vocals, sexy smooth sax

Electric Warrior by T. Rex
Apr 02 2026

So slick! Honestly took me by surprise, this is incredible. Glam-rock but better than Bowie. There, I said it. It just works.

Yank Crime by Drive Like Jehu
Apr 03 2026

Ok I was really really expecting to hate this album because punk ain’t really my thing but holy shit was I surprised by this one. Would be so fun to hear live. The jams.

Apr 04 2026

Right Here Right Now, The Rockefeller Skank, and Praise You are SO unbelievably iconic it gives me chills. The album is masterfully infectious and makes me wanna DANCE. It’s such a pure taste of house music. Not all the tracks are great like Fucking in Heaven is actually ass. I love the 90s. This album fucks. 4.6

Whatever by Aimee Mann
Apr 05 2026

3.7 really cool and smooth, her lyrics are probly pretty deep and meaningful but I wasn’t paying enough attention. Still a nice listen

Electric by The Cult
Apr 08 2026

Man this is what this site all about, insane finds like this. So SO good, super high energy. Awesome jams, super catchy, will be listening again!

Entertainment by Gang Of Four
Apr 09 2026

Bright punchy post punk, not really my style but I can totally appreciate it for what it is

Bug by Dinosaur Jr.
Apr 10 2026

Kinda annoying. 2 is generous but its semi listenable

A Love Supreme by John Coltrane
Apr 11 2026

I’m not sure I truly get it but I definitely appreciate the musicianship, I can feel how genuinely masterful this is although at times it feels like random playing (a me issue)

Hearts And Bones by Paul Simon
Apr 13 2026

Catchy and smooth, I am a fan of Simon’s voice. Now… Cars are Cars actively made me wanna blow my brains out. Genuinely what the fuck. Other than that I kinda love that the album never takes itself too seriously.

Meat Is Murder by The Smiths
Apr 14 2026

Genuinely ass. Get some meat on your bones. The only redeeming song was Well I Wonder. 1

Apr 15 2026

Phenomenal album, fun and interesting. Definitely an influential album, really stands out among the other British Invasion slop that was pumped out. I even listened thru twice!

All Things Must Pass by George Harrison
Apr 17 2026

Ok honestly love this album but I have to remove 1 point for the length. It’s ridiculous. You know what the perfect way to follow up a 3 and a 5.5 minute instrumental solo is? With an 8 minute instrumental solo followed by an 11 minute instrumental solo all consecutively. Great. All Things Must Pass Quality Control. My Sweet Lord and If Not For You are ALL TIMERS.

The Fat Of The Land by The Prodigy
Apr 18 2026

I like electronic and I like rock but I just don’t like this. Maybe ill try again another time

Apr 19 2026

Has all types of themes including sad/serious tone songs. Overall great production and good beats. Definitely did not need the 12 minute outro, you aint tecahers by daft punk. Favorite song: Kick, Push

Scream, Dracula, Scream by Rocket From The Crypt
Apr 20 2026

Never heard of this band before and they bring the ENERGY. I thought it would fall off as the album progressed but its filled with bangers. And On A Rope was genuinely stuck in head. Dope.

The Chronic by Dr. Dre
Apr 21 2026

Way too much rapping about dicks. Aged very poorly and the lyrical contents of this ganger-rap album are just steaming trash. Give me lyrics with real meaning not this misogynistic shit. The beats aren’t even that good and he relies on Snoop a lot.

After The Gold Rush by Neil Young
Apr 22 2026

A swell listen but something about his voice lol

Out of Step by Minor Threat
Apr 23 2026

Was gonna give this a 2 but this would go so hard live, it’s mosh pit fighting music! Streaming it just ain’t the same sometimes. Someone making this list really likes hardcore punk

Led Zeppelin IV by Led Zeppelin
Apr 24 2026

An absolute masterpiece and it’s hard to argue otherwise. So many huge hits including Black Dog, Levee, and possibly one of the greatest songs ever written- Stairway to Heaven. A true must listen. Brilliance.

Apr 25 2026

Bars. Beats. Fun. Funky. Lyrical. The rhymes are top tier. Really good production. Knew a couple of these, but Express Yourself really surprised me, catchy and funky.

The Velvet Underground & Nico by The Velvet Underground
Apr 26 2026

It has its moments but man this is suuuuper overrated. Definitely cool for it’s time and was a rare success as an avant garde album but it struggles holding up today. As the album progressed it got more grating and miserable lowering it from 2 to a 1. Hardly even singing.

Buena Vista Social Club by Buena Vista Social Club
Apr 27 2026

3.7 very fun, pleasant, and bright sounding album. Starts off very strong and peters off toward the second half becoming a bit average and monotonous. Makes me wanna dance n groove

Apr 28 2026

Killer. Surprisingly intimate and the songs work surprisingly well for an acoustic set.

Music by Madonna
Apr 29 2026

Just so standard and boring, did not age well. Someone called her cover of American Pie a war crime and a human rights violation and that could not be more accurate YEESH

Sign 'O' The Times by Prince
Apr 30 2026

I really want to like this but it just drags out and is a bit boring. Nothing necessarily bad but like does Prince have good albums? Really doesn’t seem like it. Just listen to It’s Gonna Be A Beautiful Night and that’s all ya need. I liked Adore too.

May 03 2026

background music. Sometimes you never really listened to a specific artist, and sometimes there’s a very valid reason why you never did. Meh.

Parklife by Blur
May 04 2026

Oh yay another britpop album. This one is like sifting thru mud and sometimes you find a rock that’s kinda alright. By the second half ur drowning in mud and there are no more cool rocks

The Wildest! by Louis Prima
May 05 2026

Monkey man made fun danceable jazz. Rocks for the 50s. Dat sax hits

Kenza by Khaled
May 06 2026

No idea how to rate this because I have no frame of reference, doesn’t seem bad tho some are kinda groovy.

Odelay by Beck
May 07 2026

ye ol genre hopper

Songs In The Key Of Life by Stevie Wonder
May 09 2026

Hey man, 18 albums and you still put out an almost 2 hour album! Honestly… that’s just impressive. Magnificent album nonetheless, many bangers especially Sir Duke (and obviously Isn’t She Lovely).

I See A Darkness by Bonnie "Prince" Billy
May 10 2026

I ain’t depressed enough for this shit

May 12 2026

Great voice and holds up, a bit long and drags a bit. I enjoyed the classroom bits but after one time they could get annoying for sure.

Guitar Town by Steve Earle
May 13 2026

cornball country

21 by Adele
May 14 2026

Stellar album with many incredible songs

Inspiration Information by Shuggie Otis
May 15 2026

Really chill, kinda perfect as background music and a headache soother.

Rumours by Fleetwood Mac
May 29 2026

No argument one of the greatest albums of all time. Truly unbeatable.

Ten by Pearl Jam
May 30 2026

A pillar of grunge, really dope debut album. Lots of hits

Post Orgasmic Chill by Skunk Anansie
May 31 2026

Pretty awesome, incredible vocals. Never heard of them but actually way sick and the tracks ain’t boring. Kinda Evanescence coded

Sincere by Mj Cole
Jun 01 2026

Absolutely nothing redeemable about this sewage. Boring and repetitive generic slop.

Sea Change by Beck
Jun 04 2026

Sad. Listenable but just not great. 1.4

Ready To Die by The Notorious B.I.G.
Jun 05 2026

the flow, the word play, the lyrical dexterity, simply ingenious. Love that several of these hits have been reworked into different genres. Could do without the entire track of sex or the literal blowjob.

Endtroducing..... by DJ Shadow
Jun 06 2026

An album you feel. Some really cool use of so so many samples, cool shit

Tidal by Fiona Apple
Jun 07 2026

4.5 maybe a 5, fantastic songwriting, amazing vocals, production is nice!

Take Me Apart by Kelela
Jun 08 2026

Honestly an amazing contender for the most boring album of all time! The production is SO lame, and every song sounds exactly the same. Not unpleasant on the ears, but damn.

My Aim Is True by Elvis Costello
Jun 13 2026

Decent rockabilly jawn with good vibes

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Jun 16 2026

Truly a stellar album with so many hits it feels like a greatest hits album. There’s no way you’re a human on earth and haven’t heard these bangers. Having DJ’d many weddings, thank you MJ

Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd
Jun 17 2026

The vibes? Immaculate. I need not explain myself further. Perfection and its not even my favorite Floyd album

Jun 18 2026

Never heard the rest of this album besides Tainted Love and… well now I know why. Not even tainted love can redeem this slop.

The Contino Sessions by Death In Vegas
Jun 19 2026

Honestly I kinda really liked this. Was perfect for the headspace I was in, and is really awesome as background music. Very gradual builds. Interesting 3.6

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Jun 20 2026

Oh! We got acoustic punk

KE*A*H** (Psalm 69) by Ministry
Jun 21 2026

You totally gotta be in the mood for this. Jesus Built My Hotrod gives this a whole extra point lol

The Band by The Band
Jun 22 2026

Dad music for drinking beers at a bbq. Not bad. But shoulda named it The Album 3.4

The Queen Is Dead by The Smiths
Jun 23 2026

Morrissey, I despise you. Every song is the same and lame

Unhalfbricking by Fairport Convention
Jun 24 2026

its like a french fleetwood mac, honestly really good

Darklands by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Jun 25 2026

2.2 at least its not too long, listenable but not memorable at all

The Who Sell Out by The Who
Jun 28 2026

Bizarrely bad album considering its the who, I Can See For Miles is the only reason it’s a 2 instead of a 1. Weird and annoying.

Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
Jun 30 2026

Boring indie slop, lyrics are awful, just uninspired and super forgettable. Like its fine?

Orbital 2 by Orbital
Jul 01 2026

Couldn’t get through it. Yeesh

Run-D.M.C. by Run-D.M.C.
Jul 02 2026

The synchronized/alternating rapping is kinda dope but it’s still outdated as shit and the beats are extremely lame and as a whole is a very boring listen.

Here's Little Richard by Little Richard
Jul 05 2026

Fun, high energy, innovative bops, big time blues. Better in small doses

Be by Common
Jul 06 2026

Gotta be his magnum opus, smooth ass bars with intelligent lyrics and lots of kanye features. Baller. That last track is amazingly moving 4.6

In Rainbows by Radiohead
Jul 07 2026

This album really made me “get” radiohead. Wow. You can just feel it.

Jul 08 2026

Crass British man. Good lord this is fucking awful. WHY is this on the list. What the fuck England.

Tom Tom Club by Tom Tom Club
Jul 09 2026

Funky strange and fun in all the right ways. Genius of Love is an absolute all timer that makes you wanna dance 4.5

American Pie by Don McLean
Jul 13 2026

Carried by Pie, the rest are nice warm and sad tracks. And one wannabe Pie. Not horrible but definitely can just listen to track 1 and be done, as it is indeed timeless. I also liked that it was shorter and digestible. 3.5

Are You Experienced by Jimi Hendrix
Jul 14 2026

Purely peak, the man had completely redefined how guitar can be played. A TRUE influential artist who innovated in a way that brought sounds and genres together in a new unique way. Every note feels purely intentional like it’s flowing out of his body like blood and water. Truly one of the greatest guitarists to ever live. Let Jimi take over!

Le Tigre by Le Tigre
Jul 15 2026

Woah an actual fun and unique punk album, was genuinely surprised by this. Punk + 60s + 80 + electronic sounds. Loved the metrocard song lol

Veckatimest by Grizzly Bear
Jul 16 2026

pleasant padded drums and meaningless lyrics. Drags and its boring.

Fear Of A Black Planet by Public Enemy

They’re basically from my hometown but I didn’t love this

The Wall by Pink Floyd
Jul 18 2026

My mom bought me this cd as a kid because of the song Mother, and my dad is a big Floyd fan. My parents weren’t big music geeks so this is one of my very few cool music memories with my parents. Even tho Mother is actually about an overbearing mother lol. But this album is just incredible start to finish. It’s completely cyclical and tells a story of Pink building up a metaphorical wall from all his life experiences. It flows amazingly from track to track and many of them are huge hits on their own like Comfortably Numb, and Another Brick In The Wall Pt. 2. Will be listening many more times.

It's Too Late to Stop Now by Van Morrison

A live double album is a surefire recipe for disaster, but I quite like VM and this is a pleasant listen although his voice doesn’t have enough variation for this to not drag and get a bit monotonous 3.2 BUT his band is absolutely awesome

Man this is peak soulful live performance full of energy and awesome crowd encouragement. Absolutely electrifying and Sam Cooke is goated. Will be listening again!

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin

In 1969 Led Zeppelin spawned in and changed musical history forever. For sure not my favorite zep album tho 4.7

Songs Of Leonard Cohen by Leonard Cohen
Jul 24 2026

Yes he’s great at writing music and I want to love this album but I just don’t love it. The songs are just too similar for me despite the brilliant lyrics. I think I’m just not much of a lyrics ONLY person. His voice is also great in this.

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Jul 25 2026

It’s cool but falls a bit flat for me, this one just doesn’t shine man. Would not consider this groundbreaking, just chill jazz 3.6

LP1 by FKA twigs
Jul 26 2026

Souless and harsh sounding only buttered up by her decent vocals but its not enough to not make this miserable. Two Weeks is the only reason this aint a 1. Doesn’t deserve a spot on this list.

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jul 27 2026

Given how much I absolutely DESPISED catch a fire, this was a nice surprise! I enjoyed the feel good vibes in this

Jul 28 2026

Great album, is chill but somehow not boring. Obviously people hate on Coldplay just cus they’re Coldplay but despite a few too many songs, I quite enjoyed this album and I think it’s great. 4.5

Horny but bars. An extra star just for the lumpy oatmeal rhyme

If You Can Believe Your Eyes & Ears by The Mamas & The Papas

Legendary vocals, amazing harmonies. The music is awesome. A work of art. Very 60s! Best track: California Dreamin’. Absolutely atrocious band name.

Listening with fresh ears, it’s great but not perfect? Maybe it’s just way too overhyped in my head which always leads to a letdown. Definitely loses a star for the desert song. Big ups to the chord heard round the world tho, awesome. A few all timers on here.

Bayou Country by Creedence Clearwater Revival

Toe tappin, swampy goodness

Tommy by The Who
Aug 08 2026

3.5 it’s fine but nothing super memorable. Just stick to Pinball Wizard and call it a day day, this definitely overstays it’s welcome although I do appreciate the story it tries to tell

Blur by Blur

Man the first two tracks started off so strong and then it droned on into a forgettable boring atrocity. Shame.

Masterpiece! You Can Call Me Al is goated, best track. Amazing listen with so many genres.

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Aug 12 2026

Honestly I don’t know much about jazz but MAN this has gotta be one of the best jazz albums of all time. What an absolute delight to listen to. Beyond smooth. Never boring. When Take Five came on, I was taken aback for a second because I recognized the song. I quickly remembered that it was because my friend that passed away had shown it to me as one of his favorites. Nearly made me cry, the man had excellent taste. Rest in peace Doza love you man.
