Chore of Enchantment
Giant Sand4. I enjoyed it. Loved the different genres that were sprinkled into it and was overall a chill listen
4. I enjoyed it. Loved the different genres that were sprinkled into it and was overall a chill listen
Definitely good but just missed the 5 star mark. Some things I have strife with such as the sound and some songs feeling off. Banger tho
This shit slaps. I loved dancing to it. Didn't know salsa slapped this hard
1st song is very groovy. The marimba is an interesting addition. 2nd songs intro is good. 3rd song is not bad but a bit simple. Still funky chunky. Over time it gets better. Piano solo is 🤌🤌🤌. Not sure about happy day but it still is alright. Who is it? Is a bit better. No compassion is alright. Don't really like the book I read. The ending is alright. Psycho killer is a good classic. I like pulled up a lot. Love - building on fire is alright. Alot of repetition. I wish you wouldn't say that is pretty funky in a good way. Above average. I feel it in my heart has a funky groove behind it. Instrumentation is peak. Vocal brings it down a bit, but it's not too bad. Sugar on my tongue is pretty shit. Overall 4. The filler songs brought it down
Overall 4. I find the ambience and emo feel to it very nice. Great intro as well as slowly bringing the vocals through as the songs pass. Good music for the genre
5. This live album is one of the best of all time. The first song's rift is amazing as well. Overall, it is a great mix of genres that work and you can tell that the band have honed their craft. They were ahead of their time
3/5. I would have given it 2 but the simplicity of it grew on me over time
5. It's such an amazing album. I got into it when I was looking at post rock and it didn't disappoint. This is one of the best ethereal style bands I've come across. God music is amazing
she is very talented, but the album itself feels repetitive. There are some songs with differences however. There are some nice tracks on here however
5. Wow, this is a good album. I haven't visited rap in a bit, but it does not let down.
4. As I keep listening to this album, the better it gets. None of these songs feel bad or like they're filler songs. This album has a unique dystopian sound to it that fits it well. For me, though, I have high standards for albums, and I guess it's not enough for a 5
Just started it and i already like it. I'm glad I've been finding all of this new music since starting this
3.5. This is a great example of alt rock.
4. Sounds good
Interesting album but not completely for me. Some songs saved it tho
4. It is quite a beautiful album. The way they have experimented from their last album was the right move
5. I really like this album. It is a new sound for me with jazz that I really like and wouldn't mind hearing more of
4.5/5. This album is so close to a 5 from me. It is insanely good
5. A great example of a jazz album. I'm probably biased since I'm a jazz musician, but it's still great
4. I was suprised at how much iliked it
3.5. I didn't mind it, but I never saw it as a ground-breaking thing. However, it was pretty alright
3. I didn't mind it but I prefer their other works.
4. I found this album enjoyable
4.5. The experimentation on this album is truly amazing. I especially like that they blurred some genres. Mother was definitely different from the feel of the album, but it worked out in the end
4. It was a very good track with a beautiful sound to it. There were just a few points where it brought points down for me
4. This is a great start to Cypress Hill. It has a lot of character
5. My God, this is some amazing stuff. This is the first I've heard of them, but I'll definitely have to look into more of their music.
I wasn't expecting such a nice album but I really liked the experience
4.
3. Some songs on this album slap, but a lot of them drag the album behind for me. It's still a good piece of electronic music even if it isn't my favourite genre
4
5. God, this album is good. They pulled off a 2 hour album perfectly
4. I was pleasantly suprised
4. The amount of different sounds caught me off guard pleasently and bumped it up to a 4. The ending song is also beautiful
2
3. I respect it for its instrumentation but the way they make it sound good using all of it is amazing. They made amazing soundscapes.
2
4. When I saw Kanye I had low expectations and they were quickly succeeded. This is pretty good. Can't believe he sampled from King Crimson in power tho. I was shocked
5. God this album is amazing and it starts off one of the best bands ever made. One of the best first albums ever created.
4. Teaching us what was being played was awesome to hear. The music was also very beautiful
I originally thought this was a 3 but it boosted itself up to a 4 over time
This album made me love country
5. This is a straight masterpiece and I'm not even halfway through yet
5. Beautiful album. It flows so well overall
This album Is so experimental and I love it
Some songs on here are definitely a 4 or a 5 but analysing the album as a whole it's around a 3.5.
5. A few songs aren't the best in my opinion but everything else makes up for it. Easily the best Beatles album
3. They're not great but they're not bad
What's the Reason I'm not pleasing you saved this album from a 2 to a 3.
3. I liked it. Felt zoned out. Sometimes it's the notes that you don't play that are the most beautiful
Very chill listen. I like the vibes a lot. The stories that each song bring are very nice as well as the stripped back instrumentation. Musically compared to others I've listened to, it's a respectable 3
This is an easy 4. Damn this is good
5. Damn this is good. I didn't think i would like it as much as I do
2. Better than some stuff but I don't really like it
A lot of it sounds similar but it is decent
3. I love it. It's definitely different and unique but wow
Holy shit this is good. I've only seen a few albums that go for 2 hours hold up and that's Songs In The Key Of Life - Stevie Wonder
Amazing album
4. Not my favourite but I can respect it. It's pretty good
I like it a lot. Love the experimentation sprinkled in
4. I don't mind it but it's not my favourite. Love the saxophone in this. This jazz is awesome
4/5.
4/5. I really liked the experimentation put within it aswell as the solos.
I prefer other radiohead albums but I liked this one a lot
I live jazz, but sometimes it doesn't get me, but this totally gets me. Loved it
4. I enjoyed it. Loved the different genres that were sprinkled into it and was overall a chill listen
4. I love it. Not entirely my favourite album of theirs but it's very good. Some songs and experimentation were awesome but bring the album down a little compared to their others for me
I lived some somgs on here but not sure about all of them. Still an awesome album
God I love this album. Blues hits dofferent
Definitely good but just missed the 5 star mark. Some things I have strife with such as the sound and some songs feeling off. Banger tho
Loved it but i preferred Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. However, there are some great songs on here
I really like the musical theory and soft singing that is put into this. It sounds very good
Not many albums can give me a negative physical reaction, and for that it gets a 2. I had to listen to this in two seperare listens so i could actually critique it properly instead of seeing it as music i don't like personally. The only reason it doesn't get a 1 is that there are some bearable songs on here as opposed to others albums where I have to turn it off straight away or my ears bleed. It's so simple but it being simple makes it so much worse instead of making it better like it should be. These lyrics are also questionable. I'm not against pop by any means because things like RAZZMATAZZ slaps. This just feels like semi emotional elevator music. Actually that's mean to elevator music
This was a banger of an album
I love the different approaches that are in this album. The orchestral bits are fun. It's not the greatest but I didn't hate it either. I feel it deserves a 3 at the very least so I'll give it that
3. As good as a murderer can made
This shit slaps. I loved dancing to it. Didn't know salsa slapped this hard
Fucking loved this album. I love the story and sound to it
Solo jack white is great. Was suprised at how much I liked some songs. Deserves a 4
Very chill listen. It's Pretty average to me I would say but good nonetheless
Love this album. Definitely a cult classic
3. The beginning of the album is beautiful but it's a shame that the later part of the album let's it down. If this album carried the momentum of the first couple of songs it would be an easy 4 or 5 for me but it unfortunately doesn't do that. Still decent
I liked it more than I thought
5. A classic one. God I loved it. Didn't know a lot of the songs in the middle but they were great
I loved it heaps. Very fun album. Bowie does things to me emotionally through this album. The ending is a clear representation of that
Chill listen. I like it. Not my favourite but it's good for what it is
God this album is good. The blend between vocals and instrumental is perfect. The instrumental parts of the album are gold. I love the vibe that it's giving off. Did not expect to like it as much as I did
I can respect it but I dont really like it compared to the others
Helped me calm down while my parents were fighting. Good fun
4. Some of the songs didn't tickle my fancy but most were brilliant
Love the humour and music. Great album
I liked the sounding to it but I feel like others did a better job with the genre. Still beats a lot of albums so 4
Very fun album but I thought it was alright
I didn't really like it. Some ok songs In here but it was definitely below average
This is definitely really good. Love michealangelo the most. There were some songs that I didn't really resonate with but it was good overall. Definitely above average
The more I listened to it, the more I loved it. The humour on this is also great. Didn't think I would really like it because I don't like other blur albums but this one is great. There's a fair amount if contrast and experimentation throughout the album with the album's tone changing from heavy to soft. I love it. Certainly a vibe
I like how this album's sound. The creativity in it is lovely to see and boosts it up for me. There are too many boring albums and this one made me interested. The times it didn't I was encapsulated by the soundscape
It had its ups and downs but it was pretty average for me
Wow this album is good. Only heard the popular ones from this like Sharp Dressed Man and Gimme all your lovin. I love the theme and the sound that goes with the album. The cover fits it a lot. ZZ Top's guitar is legendary as ever
It's a good album but I didn't like ot as much as a lot of my other 3's so it gets a 2. Good voice tho
Amazing album. Don't vibe with the pedo side of him tho
I was going to give this a 4 but the last few songs bumped this album up to a 5 for me. The last song especially. The juxtaposition between Silent Night and the horrors that are happening on the News is very unique. The lyrics on this album are experimental with wordplay and clever rhymes. You definitely need to be in a certain mood to listen to this album, but the pay-off for that mood is worth it
Its not the worst but it's not the best. I like the sound it has. Was going to give it a 2 but some of the songs grew on me and made me realise that i think its pretty average so 3 it is
I liked the album a lot. The jazz is really nice. I prefer the more softer side to the album such as the wedding and Song for Sathima
I didn't mind it
Loved it a lot. Overall good punk
Goated dance album. There were some songs that I wasn't that fond of such as Break & Enter but overall good dance album
Liked it a lot
Beautiful album
5. This album is amazing. It's as if Talking Heads and The Sex Pistols had a cross over. This album was so ahead of its time and influenced so many artists. Highlights were Damaged Goods, I Found That Rare Essence, and Love Like Anthrax being a great album closer
Not the worst, not the best. It's still some pretty good psychadelic rock
I didn't think I would love this album as much as I did. My first time hearing Neil Young. Side A is really fun with a happy side to it and Side B gets more sadder as it goes on but is great. Lyricism is beautiful, and the album spoke to me on a deep level. Im not rating the technicality but the emotions it gave me. 5
Some songs were great but others I didn't particularly enjoy. I think a 3 is fair
I love it. The creativity of the titles. Very chill listen. Loved it a lot. Found a new comfort album
Not my favourite but it was pretty good
Amazing album. Loved the energy
It wasn't too bad
Beautiful album
I like it. There were some good stand out songs that are a 5 but as an album I think it's a 3
Very chill album. Definitely isn't bad but not much standed out for me. I'm pretty indifferent with it
Really liked the album. Very good rock album
Loved some songs and not so much others. It's a decent album. I like the sound
It was decent but not exactly my taste tbh. Nothing against it, just didn't resonate it as much as other albums. It's planned out very good for an album tho so it gets a 3
Wasn't the worst thing but I felt it was a bit outdated and repetitive in some parts. Still some decent songs but don't like it a lot as an album
It wasn't my favourite of all time but I really liked it. I loved the experimentation with loud sounds and emotions throughout the songs. A few of these songs are pretty basic in structure which usually is negative but in this case it works in its favour to bring out the ambience and the solos. Very good rock but not my favourite of all time
Beautiful album. The solo is the most emotional solo ever made
