RushGreat classic prog album. Ayn Rand sucks.
Great classic prog album. Ayn Rand sucks.
Not usually my style of music, but I greatly appreciated the arrangements and song writing with such a fun concept for an album. Will revisit.
Enjoyed every second. Don't have a deep knowledge of rap so hearing an albums considered one of the best in the genre was a pleasure.
One of my favorite albums from my childhood. Happy to listen to it again.
I've been a huge fan of 60s and 70s music most of my life but have a few albums I've embarrassingly missed out on. This was one of them. Really enjoyed it.
Was skeptical when I got this album despite loving what I've heard of Bowie just because as rockstars get older sometimes they lose that creative spark. This isn't the case with Bowie. Album was filled with fun and experimental sounds. Enjoyed it a great deal with the exception of a few songs.
I consider myself a CCR fan, but I don't feel like time was kind to this album, which I don't fault the band for. There's classics here but the bluesy songs feel ruined by bad dive bar bands over time. "Ooby Dooby" is just plain annoying. And "I Heard It Through The Grapevine" doesn't earn it's 11 minute runtime.
Amazing album.
Great classic rock. Lots of energetic songs. Still don't care for "Smoke on the Water".
Great classic prog album. Ayn Rand sucks.
Perfect prog pop album
There's a reason why this is considered one of the greatest albums ever.
Was not familiar with Michael before this. Enjoyed this quite a bit. A lot of Marvin Gaye and Bill Withers type sounds with Michael's own voice to it. Lots of good ambient sounds too.
Love every second. Great classic punk album.
I understand how it could be revolutionary at the time, but this album has definitely shown its age. As a fan of garage rock, it's fun hearing these early years.
I can get why someone would like this album, but not me. Songs could use to either be cut in half or removed completed. It's an incredibly long, boring, and self-indulgent album about betraying your best friend. There's some great sounds and musician work here, though.
Fun mix of psychedelic and early alternative/grunge.
Not my thing at all.
Not a metal guy, but I was keep getting more and more into it as it kept going. Really gave me a new appreciation for the genre.
I'm a Wu-Tang guy now.
Liked a few songs and a lot of the solos, but I just can't get into Hetfield's vocal style.
Not much to say other than it's a new favorite instrumental album
Fantastic guitar work
Wasn't my favorite but respect what it did for the genre
Really loved all the jazz samples and beats, but some lyrics have aged poorly.
A little too melodramatic for me, but some great instrumentation.
