A few songs start off pretty messy. After that, I understand the comparisons to Jim Morrison. The songs changing pace are reminiscent of the Doors. Musically it’s a solid album. I don’t hear anything ground breaking.

Unique vocals always solid musicians.

Strong musicians reminiscent of early 20th century country music

Styling remind me of the Doors. Musically I don't hear anything exceptional.

I like the driving guitar. Easy to see how Jimi Hendrix influenced them. I enjoyed it so much I bought it.

Some songs can get repetitive

I understand why the title is shleep. Yhe songs are so slow I had to concentrate to not fall asleep

While I'm not a fan of gospel influenced country music, they do it well.

When there are melodies in a song they are repetitive to the point of boring.

Has the style that became the signature of the 80s

B-real's nasal lyrics are still unique today. The fact they were the first popular rap group to incorporate Spanish in their lyrics is another industry change.

I Karen has an incredible voice. But I don't see the arrangements as something unique.

Musically very on point for that era's pop sound. Unfortunately to me that sounds is repetitive and boring.

I am not a Bob Dylan fan. He was a decent lyricist. The proof being how many covers of his songs are popular. But I cannot get past his nasal voice. This album was no exception.
