Go Girl Crazy by The Dictators

A fun album that doesn’t take itself seriously

Rings Around The World by Super Furry Animals
Nov 15 2025

Road to Vulcan whatever was good definitely quieter than the next two. But the next two are really good. The album seems like it keeps getting better. A touch sensitive is a weird song. The album spans so many genres. Highlights are songs 2,3,4 and juxtaposed. Also maybe run Christian run. Overall, a really great album! 🐴

It's Blitz! by Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Nov 18 2025

dull life was the best song, overall the album is okay. Also yeah yeah yeahs is a dumb band name.

C'est Chic by CHIC
Nov 19 2025

I didn’t really care for it.

Freak Out! by The Mothers Of Invention
Nov 20 2025

Interesting to listen to. But not something I would ever play. Also it does not sound like it was released in 1966

Lust For Life by Iggy Pop
Nov 22 2025

Iggy Pop’s Lust for Life is a lively, swagger-filled record that still holds a certain charm decades after its release, but it’s not without its shortcomings. The album bursts out of the gate with its iconic title track—an undeniably infectious rhythm and one of Pop’s most recognizable vocal performances. It sets a high bar, though, that the rest of the album doesn’t always match. Tracks like “The Passenger” showcase Pop at his most compelling: cool, detached, and effortlessly memorable. Songs such as “Some Weird Sin” also highlight the strong chemistry between Iggy and David Bowie, whose influence shapes much of the album’s energy. But several cuts feel less inspired, drifting into repetitive riffs or lyrical ideas that don’t fully take off. The album’s raw production, while part of its identity, occasionally works against it, making some moments feel thinner or more rushed than they should. Overall, Lust for Life is a solid record with standout highs, but its inconsistency holds it back from being a start-to-finish classic. It’s energetic, influential, and at times brilliant—just not flawless.

Nov 25 2025

I came back to this album after listening to some of the other hip hip / rap albums, which I enjoyed. After re-listening to this album I enjoyed it much more, and now I’m wondering why I didn’t like it in the first place

Nov 27 2025

A low four, it had some songs that just dragged on, but it was great otherwise

Play by Moby
Feb 02 2026

My first five of the list! While it does have some songs that could be cut, it has so many great songs, and even the B-tracks are worth listening to.

OK Computer by Radiohead
Feb 03 2026

Come on, it’s Radiohead

Smash by The Offspring
Feb 05 2026

Ridiculous album cover. Sounds like rock, but there is nothing that really makes it stand out, but not bad. Also weird inclusion of the five-ish minutes of silence in the last track

Feb 09 2026

First four song are great, but then nothing really stood out from the rest of the album. Still good though

The Gershwin Songbook by Ella Fitzgerald
Feb 28 2026
