1001 Albums Summary

Interesting listen. Did not think I would enjoy but I would listen to it again.

First half of the album is stagnant, but the second half brings it around and adds some fun. Not much change in energy in the album. Time of the season saves it.

Funky, but sounds like McCartney. Not surprised I enjoyed it.

Boring. Nothing too great about the album. Fine if they come on but don't feel like songs to sing along to.

Felt like they had 8 songs and flipped coins to choose order, but good and a couple great songs.

I listened to the whole things, and I should get a participation trophy for that. The songs ran together into one long song. I know there are people that like this music, it just isn't me.

It was an interesting album. It was not terrible Not an album that I would listen to again.

That is one of the most annoying ways to start an album I have ever heard. It just felt like they were trying too hard to be alternative. There were some parts that I really wish had been whole songs, but they veered back into cooky sounds. Felt like they could have integrated their sounds more into the songs.

Pretty fun album with a couple really fun and popular songs.

This felt more like an album than revolver. It did not have as many of the big hits, but I enjoyed the flow and I was surprised when I was almost done listening to the album.

What a silly album. The drums were great, but the rest was bleh at best. Makes the drumming seem less than when the rest of the parts aren't great. Just not something you would choose to put on in the background or to listen to actively.

Better than the last Bowie album. It is good, but I would not choose to listen to this album, but would enjoy the songs if they came on the radio.

It was not the best version of Gorillaz. It was fine. It helped create a huge music genre.

This album makes you feel lost in a dream. I almost forgot I was listening to the album. It sounds good and there is nothing wrong with it, but it is not an album you ask to listen to unless you need some background music.

Minus the first and last songs, I enjoyed it, but those two were basically half the album so can't score it too high.

Organized noise. I would like it if I was working out in a gym, but that is probably the only time.
