Black Holes and Revelations
MuseI remember really loving this album when it came out. That being said, this was exhausting to listen to. Definitely a band that does not subscribe to less is more.

Enjoyable, if a little slow for my personal test. Nice palate cleanser compared to Muse yesterday. Gotta love “River” I don’t imagine this is an album I will be revisiting.
The Weight is a great song, and I found myself enjoying this entire album. I really enjoyed the instrumentation. Got to love organ in rock music.
An iconic album. That being said, not a huge Bruce fan.
I love the story behind this album, and as it started I loved the sound. That being said, can’t imagine listening to it again.
I mean come on. It’s Tiny Dancer
I come back to this album at least a couple of times a year. This is high school for me. I never became one of those folks to follows every album Pearl Jam does, but this album will always be great to me.
I wanted to like this movie more than I did. Kick, Push was a breath of fresh air in my admittedly narrow experience in hip hop. That being said, I am not a fan of the more is more style of production on this album.
Another album I wanted to like more than I did. I generally like her singing voice, but overall I thought it was a dull album. Early on I thought to myself that this sounded similar to some Taylor Swift at points, and sure enough, same producer.
I liked some of it, but in the end the “soundtrack to a movie that doesn’t exist” experiment doesn’t work.
I could listen to this all day.
If a single RATM song pops up on a playlist, I enjoy it. Give me an entire albums worth and it just becomes monotonous.
I missed out on Sleater-Kinney in the 90’s (somehow it wasn’t listened to a bunch in the frat house) but have started listening to them as they’ve been putting out new albums. Gotta say I’m a fan.
I recognize how one of a kind Missy Elliot is, and The Rain is a great song with a great video. Beyond that, not an album I’m going to throw on again.
I am trying to determine if I actively dislike this album, or if am just indifferent to it. Seems like a 1 if that is my thought process.
It’s stayed in my head all weekend long.
Probably a classic, but Talking Heads really doesn’t do it for me
Amazing
Meh
Nevermind never really did it for me, but I always loved this album.
Not bad, not great
When you talk to people who grew up with iTunes and Spotify and talk about what things were like back when we bought albums, this is one of the albums I think about. You hear one song on the radio or MTV, you like it, then you have to decide, do I want to spend $15 for the album with a chance the rest of the album is no good. Like this one! Luckily I never bought it. However, when I was in college the Cardigans came through town and I went to see them. I was thoroughly unimpressed. Luckily for me, then we opening for Beck, who was amazing.
Not as bad as I thought it might be, but won’t go back.
I listened to this as it was intended to be listened to: through my speakerphone speaker while drafting a letter in my office.
Meh
Really enjoyed this one
I have a lot of nostalgia for this album. When I got my first CD player this was one of the three albums I bought (I’m sure one of the other two will be on this list, and the other one won’t.) As the years went on I became less and less interested in 90s Aerosmith, so when this came up I was sure I wouldn’t like it. But to my surprise, it was the same banger 13 year old me got for Christmas.
Moderately unenjoyable background music which surprises me since I like many of their contemporaries
Yeah, I really didn’t care for this one
Two double albums in a row and they couldn’t be more different. Loved it!
I wanted to like it more
I absolutely love this album
