My favorite Aerosmith album. Every track drips rock n roll swagger. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 62/115
The only decent song on here is last night. The rest is garbage. 1001 album worthy: no - 83/151
There’s a lot going on in this album, it’s supposed to be a story but I can’t tell you what it’s about. It sounds like someone put a bunch of TV channels in a bucket, mixed them up and then rapped over it. It wasn’t for me 1001 album worthy: No - 11/21
I know this is supposed to be a classic album. When I first heard it around the time it came out, it was something different. Being from a small town, we didn’t get to hear a lot of music like this. Now the whole album sounds like the same song. Meh 1001 album worthy: No - 1/2
This debut is blistering. Every single track is jammin. Classic 1001 album worthy: Yes - 44/78
I didn’t hate listening to this album. It’s enjoyable all the way through. I dig the horns and Ray’s urgency on “Let the Good Times Roll”. Would be great background music at a fall or holiday party or an evening wooing your lady. 1001 album worthy: 1/1
I know this is supposed to be a classic album. When I first heard it around the time it came out, it was something different. Being from a small town, we didn’t get to hear a lot of music like this. Now the whole album sounds like the same song. Meh 1001 album worthy: No - 1/2

Fantastic album. March of the pigs, Mr self destruct. Hurt, Closer. 1001 album worthy: Yes- 3/4
If Jet, Oasis, Green Day, and Weezer had a baby, I imagine this is what it would sound like. It’s sorta pop, sorta punk, just not for me. 1001 album worthy: No - 3/5
As a casual fan, this album didn’t change that. It’s a decent listen, if you’re looking for something different. Growing up during the time when MTV was on fire (when they aired actual music videos) I was exposed to Once in a Lifetime. Houses in Motion was a sleeper track for me. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 4/6
Dull piano, slow, boring songs. Voice is cool. I found myself wanting this album to be over. If I had to choose either listening to this album or being held down in a fire ant bed, I’d pick the fire ant bed. 1001 album worthy: No - 4/7
Blistering raw classic Metallica album! Blackened, And justice for all, One, Harvester of Sorrow, shortest straw all jams. 1001 album worthy: Absolutely - 5/8

If you can imagine eating a plain rice cake for every meal for a month is what listening to this album was like. 1001 album worthy: No - 6/12
Surprisingly, I enjoyed this album. Willow, champagne problems, ‘‘tis the damn season are the better songs, but the sleeper is no body, no crime. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 7/13
Video game back ground music. Not real interesting. 1001 album worthy: No - 7/14
Not a huge jazz fan, but I enjoyed this album. Lots of awesome horns and spicy tunes. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 8/15

Nothing really jumped out and grabbed me. Very middle of the road. 1001 album worthy: Sure - 10/19
“Classic” rap album. As a young man when it came out it was fresh and new for the time. As an older man, some of it feels like “why am I listening to this” 1001 album worthy: yes - 11/20
There’s a lot going on in this album, it’s supposed to be a story but I can’t tell you what it’s about. It sounds like someone put a bunch of TV channels in a bucket, mixed them up and then rapped over it. It wasn’t for me 1001 album worthy: No - 11/21

I don’t understand the appeal. Terrible 1001 album worthy: No - 21/36
This album is considered top 100 best by Apple Music. This album is a bunch of synth garbage. Radiohead had one decent song. It’s not on this album. How do people listen to this crap? How do you actually actively listen to this? How do you be present in this? It’s absolute trash. No stars if I could give it that. 1001 album worthy: Hell no - 21/37
Fantastic album! Cool cover art! 1001 album worthy: Yes - 22/38

Amazing jazz album. Very cool and relaxing 1001 album worthy: Yes - 25/44
Superb live album. Fantastic sound. Well done 1001 album worthy: Yes 26/45
Originally, this album was gonna get 1 star, just because you can’t give it 0. But in between the Beck like singing, there are cool instrumentals that give you a break from his boring voice. Bewilder leads into Fall in a River, which actually sounds like they threw a mic into a river, so that was kinda cool. Then, This Song has some neat production trick that makes your ears itch, followed by Bewilderbeast, another vocal less break from the plain singing. 1001 album worthy: Sure - 27/46
Great metal album! Wheels of Confusion, Changes, Supernaut, and Snowblind are jams! 1001 album worthy: Yes - 28/47
Sounds like The Cure music, with a young Bruce Springsteen. Pass
This was not some Beyoncé sound a like crap album. Janelle is a really talented singer. The music has some cool jazz / R&B elements to it. Thought I would hate it. It wasn’t bad at all 1001 album worthy: Yes - 29/49
Absolutely sucked. No stars 1001 album worthy: No - 29/50
Radiohead sucks and so does this album. I swore I’d never listen to another Radiohead album after Kid A Dogshit. It’s not a top 100, they aren’t saving rock n roll. They are overrated. Ok Dogshit Computer. Zero stars if I could rate it that 1001 album worthy: No - 29/51
Not my thing. It all sounded the same. 1001 album worthy: No - 29/52
I was surprised that there were so many covers. Decent album 1001 album worthy: Yeah - 30/53

It was alright 1001 album worthy: No - 31/55
Decent Beck album. E-Pro is probably the best song on here. 1001 album worthy: No - 31/56
Pretty interesting concept for an album, meeting of old and young players on old songs. Good album. Awesome musicianship. Terrible cover art 1001 album worthy: Yes - 32/57
When My Name Is was released, I really thought he would be a one hit wonder, like right said Fred. Boy was I wrong. And I’m glad, cause he has some stone cold jams. This album isn’t my favorite though and it’s alright. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 33/58
49 minutes of meh. Decent background music 1001 album worthy: No - 33/59
Classic! This album never disappoints 1001 album worthy: Yes - 34/60
If you like boom sha wow na wow music repeating the same 5 words, this is for you. I listened to this on hydrocodine and thought it was amazing. On a later listen, it was annoying. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 35/61
Classic album with excellent jams. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 36/62

Shit 1001 album worthy: No - 37/64
This album “gave me hope that was a disappointment” An alright start to a terribly boring album. Dollar store Enya. I fought so hard to stay awake thru incredibly long boring, sound alike songs. 1001 album worthy: No - 37/65
Classic metal album. I resisted it when it first came out. But eventually couldn’t evade its “power”. It hits hard. Great from front to back 1001 album worthy: Yes - 38/66
The musicianship is top shelf, but this just didn’t tickle my fancy. It’s just TOO Genesis, I reckon. 1001 album worthy: No - 38/67
Listening to this album, I didn’t feel the overwhelming urge to save the world, or to house the homeless. I just wanted to bang my head to some simple fun punk music. No more, no less, just a carefree good time. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 39/ 68
It’s not bad. Nothing I would write home about. But it wasn’t like I was wishing it was over 1001 album worthy: No - 39/69
It was nice to hear something other than common typical gangster rap. Reminded me of early 80’s rap, before NWA. Did I need to hear this before I die? Nah. Music is good. Lots of positive lyrics. Not bad 1001 album worthy: No - 39/70
Was a lot better than I expected. The best being Rockets are Red & Bulletin Proof Cupid 1001 album worthy: Yes - 40/71
Blistering 70’s metal. Speed King and Child in Time are legit. There’s not a bad song on the album 1001 album worthy: Yes - 41/72

If you like albums where you drop acid and rave in an abandoned Circle K for 3 days, this is for you. It was ok, your typical Temu Moby music. 1001 album worthy: No - 42/74
Human Behavior, Venus as a boy and There’s more to life than this was interesting. I enjoyed those. The rest was not bad. Definitely better than Vunicura 1001 album worthy: Yes - 43/75
This was ok, most of the songs are longer than necessary. If you’re wishing that the Artic Monkeys and Oasis had a baby, and it was raised by The Beatles, this is the album for you. But not for me 1001 album worthy: No - 43/76
This album sucked so bad. Jeez, who picks these turds. No memorable songs. And boring as slugs slinking across trailer siding. 1001 album worthy: No - 43/77
This debut is blistering. Every single track is jammin. Classic 1001 album worthy: Yes - 44/78
Smooth & funky jazz with Sade singing over it. Nothing bad about this album 1001 album worthy: Yes - 45/79
This album sounds like she recorded it lying right where the cover picture was taken. A bunch of mediocre songs with her singing over them. Don’t get me wrong, she has a great voice, just a boring album 1001 album worthy: No - 45/80
Solid rock album. Enjoyed nearly all of it 1001 album worthy: Yes - 46/81
The music is cool on the first few songs. The bass is nice and heavy. Then you get to poptones and it sounds like everyone just played a different song while Lydon yells poptones. His “singing” is shit. The rest of the album is unremarkable 1001 album worthy: No - 46/82
3 really good songs. The rest is meh 1001 album worthy: Yes - 47/83

Echo and the bunnymen suck. Period. Who put them/this album on the list. Jesus, this is a suckfest 1001 album worthy: No - 49/87
Decent jazz album 1001 album worthy: No - 49/88
Joni Mitchell is like licorice. I really want to like her music, but I just don’t. Her phrasing is weird to me, like her voice outruns the music. Like she’s trying to fit 87 words into one phrase. If this album existed without her voice, then cool, I could dig it. And props to her for succeeding as a singer songwriter with an impressive catalog. But bless her heart, her voice is awful. And the album cover looks like she’s one of those old bitchy ladies that says “hey peasant, you washed my car with Dawn and not with my 487 dollar car soap.” 1001 album worthy: No - 49/89
Good jazz album. It’s kinda 70s funk/jazz blend feel. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 50/90
The last 2 songs Underbelly and Empty Nest are the only 2 remotely worth listening to. The rest of them, ugh. Some of them are a warbling repetitive mess. Did I have to hear this before I died. No. Who the hell picks these album 1001 album worthy: No - 50/91
This album is a feeling. Jazzy nightclub vibe with Waits crooning over the top. Unique. Very cool 1001 album worthy: Yes - 51/92
Folksy, whiney, boring snoozathon. Cover art is cool though. 1001 album worthy: No - 51/93

Typical punk album (yawn) 1001 album worthy: No - 52/100
This album has a great sound. Very good. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 53/101
The announcements are annoying, interrupting the flow of the album. Buy maybe necessary to paint the picture of the excitement of the crowd and the atmosphere. Then I read where a lot of it was recreated in the studio. Still a cool album though. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 54/102
Typical classic country album. No surprises. It’s good. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 55/103
Wasn’t a hard listen. It’s a decent album 1001 album worthy: Nah - 55/104

Based on the name, I thought this would be a blistering punk band. This wasn’t bad at all. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 57/106
I would have loved this if I had heard it when it was released. This was a pleasant surprise. Very good. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 58/107

It’s not that good 1001 album worthy - no - 61/113
Ugh. Like all EC & A albums, this one sucks too. “Elvis Costello’s third album is fueled by wonderfully harnessed emotions…” Bullcrap! He sounds like Bruce Springsteen with a cold, dipped in cold molasses. Good Lord, who likes this crap? “She’ll be the ooooone” ugh Zero stars 1001 album worthy: hell no - 61/114
My favorite Aerosmith album. Every track drips rock n roll swagger. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 62/115
Sleepy Montgomery Ward jazz 1001 album worthy: no - 62/116
Great album. Life on Mars, Changes, and Oh You Pretty Things are superb 1001 album worthy: yes - 63/117
Good album, even though the chorus to The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonight is annoying af. Drive is dope. Everybody Hurts will tear your heart out. New Orleans instr. is cool. As is Man on the Moon. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 64/118
44 minutes of my life I wish I had back. I’d rather walk barefooted on sweet gum balls than to listen to this drivel. 1001 album worthy: No - 64/119
I didn’t like this album. Some of the “sound effects” were a bit much 1001 album worthy: no - 64/120
Djed was interesting. The rest was boring 1001 album worthy: no - 64/121
This album was alright. “Rid of Me” was cool, especially the “lick my legs, I’m on fire!” Scream at the end. “50 Foot Queenie” was not bad. The rest is just alright. 1001 album worthy: yes - 65/122
This album is awesome musically. The music is very interesting, but I found myself wishing for a different singer. 1001 album worthy: yes - 66/123
This is a fantastic blues album. I could have done without “The Blues had a baby..” but the rest of this album is dope! 1001 album worthy: yes - 67/124
This was definitely better than The Songs of… “Everybody Knows, Jazz Police, Tower of Song, & First We Take Manhattan are all pretty cool. His voice is haunting. 1001 album worthy: yes - 68/125
Let me save you some time… Boom pa-pap pa pap “punk to funk” x 47 “Throw your hands in the air” x 14 “Michael Jackson, Tina Turner” Bip bip pap ba bip pa pap 1001 album worthy: bip pa pap “hell no” x10 - 68/126
Reading Wikipedia, his friends say at the end of his life, he often had a blank stare…which is exactly what I had while listening to this album. It just didn’t do it for me. 1001 album worthy: no - 68/127
This album is overall pretty jammin. I could have done without the shitty Born to be Wild cover. Still, a great rock album. 1001 album worthy: yes - 69/128
It all sounded the same and this is the 3rd!! Leonard Cohen album. I’m not a fan of his early works. 1001 album worthy: no - 69/129
Smashmouth meets Limp Biskit with some Naughty by Nature and House of Pain sprinkled on top. Nah, I’m good. 1001 album worthy: NO - 69/130
This is a fantastic sound album all the way through. At 34 minutes, the album is just right. 1001 album worthy: yes - 70/131
This album was really good. Her voice is so powerful and haunting. I like the way “Feel..” builds. “Emperor’s & Compares…” are the stars. Her voice is so wicked on the closer “I Do Not Want..” 1001 album worthy: 71/132
Absolutely boring. The end. 1001 album worthy: NOPE - 71/133
I didn’t feel the whole “concept” of this album. “Side 2”…or the second half I enjoyed better than the first. “Hazy Shade of Winter” is the only one I’ll add to my playlist. It’s the star of this album. Mrs Robinson is pretty good. “Voices of old people” was pointless and annoying. 1001 album worthy: yes - 72/134
This whole album, top to bottom, is fantastic. Exquisite. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 73/135
This album surprised me. I thought it would be a run of the mill standard country album. There are some great songs and styles on here. Some sound like Bob Dylan, some like Glen Campbell and even a cool cover of “Stand by Me” with some bongo action. Fantastic album
I’m not a big Bruce fan, and I really wanted to hate this. I didn’t. There’s some great songs with some killer harmonica. 1001 album worthy: yes 75/137
I didn’t like this at all. The classroom segments add nothing to the recording and I found myself just wanting to hear her stretch out and just sing. She’s a great singer. I wish there was some different music. 1001 album worthy: no - 75/138
This album is excellent. All of the tracks, except EXP are great, but the diamonds here are: Spanish Magic Castle, Little Wing, If 6 was 9 and Castles Made of Sand. The cover art is also wicked. 1001 album worthy: Yes - 76/139
This is a cool album. Sounds like it could have been recorded today. Sky saw sounds really cool. May revisit this later. 1001 album worthy: yes - 77/140
This album is just “meh”. Lust for Life is alright as is The Passenger. Turn Blue is not bad. I would have been ok never hearing it. 1001 album worthy: No - 77/141

SHEIN version of Oasis. Dollar General Stone Roses. Sucked. O stars 1001 album worthy: no - 79/144

I didn’t hate it like I thought I would. It’s a decent album. Cool harmonies on The River. 1001 album worthy: yes - 81/145
Cool album artwork, musics not bad, but this dudes singing is shit 1001 album worthy: no - 81/146
She has a smooth, silky, comforting voice. Not a huge fan of the soft pop music, but they have a couple of decent songs. It was weird hearing them doing Reason to Believe. The brother seems like a tool. 1001 album worthy: Nah - 81/147
This album is dogshit 1001 album worthy: no 81/148
Very interesting jazz album: Fantastic! The Man with the Golden Arm jams! 1001 album worthy: yes - 82/149
It’s not for me. I’ve never enjoyed The Cure. Lullaby is interesting. 1001 album worthy: yeah - 83/150
The only decent song on here is last night. The rest is garbage. 1001 album worthy: no - 83/151
This album is absolutely amazing. From the cool intro/outro bible verse reading in “The Man comes Around” to the cool covers of “Bridge, Face, and Desperado” it is just fantastic. “Personal Jesus” has a swagger to it that’s just badass. The cover of “Hurt” is exquisite! 1001 album worthy: yes - 84/152
I could take or leave this album. Aside from “Mothers Little Helper and Under my Thumb” the rest is forgettable. 1001 album worthy: no - 84/153
Growing up hearing The Weight and Up on Cripple Creek I thought I would enjoy this album a lot more than I did. It moves along very slow. I will probably revisit it at some point to make sure I’m not just in a funky mood. 1001 album worthy: yeah - 85/154
22 minutes of the same song 9 times. I felt nothing when I listened to this. I didn’t feel threatened, not even minorly. 1001 album worthy: no - 85/155
I was rejoicing when this album ended. It was so long and boring. 1001 album worthy: no - 85/156
I love the crunchy guitar. This was a good album. 1001 album worthy: yes - 86/157
Sure this 1957 live album sounds great and she’s a great singer. There are times when she doesn’t know the words and so she sings “I do t know the words, I hope you still like this song…doo bee doo doo boo” , or whatever. It was long and sorta boring. 1001 album worthy: nah - 86/158
This album is dogshit. The kinda dogshit where your beloved pit bull chewed up a tennis ball, swallowed it, then when he took a shit, the turds had fluorescent yellow patches in it. That’s this album. 1001 album worthy: not at all - 86/159
This album was just alright. Not bad, not good.”Toonerville Trolley” is weird as hell. Cool ass name for a band though. 1001 album worthy: sure - 87/160
I enjoyed this album. “Boogie on Reggae Woman and You Ain’t Done Nuthin” are jams. 1001 album worthy: yes - 88/161
Pretty cool album. “Set..” is pretty funky and interesting. “Business” is made me tense, it’s kinda creepy, which is also cool. “The Big Bamboozle” is a jammin song, love those horns. Overall other than “Vermillion Kisses” and “Dirty Barry”, this is a really good album. 1002 album worthy: Yes - 89/162
Ugh…I already hate this album and I’m 2 tracks in. Verdict: This album is dog shit. This album made me wanna quit. I didn’t want to get on here and spit, it’s all whim and no wit, useless as a boar’s tit. Seriously though, sounds the fucking same all the way through. It’s fn boring, annoying and uninspired. Thank you Lord that I don’t have to listen to this again! 1001 album worthy: No - 89/163
Beep boop beep boop “trans-Europe express” this album sucks. It made me want to cut my ears off with the looking glass. 1001 album worthy: Ugh, naw bruh - 89/164
This is one of those albums I can put on and listen to all 17 tracks, start to finish. As a young man, I was captivated by “Under the Bridge” and “Give it Away” and would often skip through “breaking the Girl” or “I Could Have Lied”. I find myself enjoying the 2 latter tracks more now. I love the intensity of “Suck my Kiss” and “The Greeting Song”. “Funky Monks, Naked in the Rain & Apache Rose Peacock have a cool, funky swagger to them. As does “Sir Psycho” but the lyrics get a bit much . Fantastic album!! 1001 album worthy: Yes - 90/165
This is a mediocre album. No standouts, no epiphanies, just meh, it’s alright. Background noise 1001 album worthy: No - 90/166
This whole album is awesome. I remember when it was released and heard it on the radio, i thought oh that’s a cool sounding new rock band. Boy was I shocked! Paul Revere is the best song on here, followed by No Sleep, Brass Monkey, She’s crafty, and The Nee Style. Even the rest of The tracks have grown on me over the years. I can listen to it all the way through and it still sounds different and fresh today. The cover is iconic as well. 1001 album worthy: yes - 91/167
This album is dog shit. The title is a lie and the cover is dumb. Worst.band.name.ever. 1001 album worthy: no - 91/168
This album is a masterpiece. The harmonies are absolutely sick, the music is killer and the cover art is iconic. 1001 album worthy: yes 92/169
I don’t like electronic music, but this was pretty dope. I may revisit it in the future. 1001 album worthy: yes - 93/170
This album should be called Yawnfest of 1955. Boring crooner shit over sappy strings. Hated every second of it. 1001 album worthy: no - 93/171
