Decent, no real standout tracks, but overall, an enjoyable listen. Opening song "Marcus Garvey" probably the best. Solid 3.
Background music, nothing memorable about it, not my kind of thing. 2
Wasn't really looking forward to this, a Nick Cave double album sounds like a bit of a chore. But I enjoyed both, one after the other. First album is loud and sleazy rock, the second is quieter with some touches of soul. A strong 3 for me.
Classic 80s synth pop, Human League were one of the best of that genre. Lots of it sounds a bit dated and cheesy now but the melodies and hooks are still strong.
Nothing against metal but this is fairly boring and repetitive. Would have given it a 2 but took a point off for them including a rubbish ballad near the end.
Great voice, 70's singer/songwriter vibe. Feels like one that needs a few listens to appreciate it.
Fantastic album. Was only familiar with the singles before this, but every track is strong, from first to last. Can't fault it.
Stylistically all over the place. It misses the mark more often than it hits. Bohemian Rhapsody is an obvious classic but the rest of it ranges from mediocre to complete tripe.
Not Bowie's best.
