Cee Lo Green
2/5
It was better than I thought it would be. But it didn't blow me away.
Little Richard
4/5
Tuti Fruti is so good but then the album lags for a bit. It does not have bad songs after Tuti Fruit, they just aren't as good as Tuti Fruit. Was going to give it 3 stars. But then before it ends, everything just gets so good. Easily deserves a 4. A classic.
The Specials
3/5
It's good. It's special. But not amazing.
3/5
Pretty good. Don't see how it's punk from a sonic point of view.
Shack

Nothing but bangers!
Thelonious Monk
3/5
Really good. Really fucking good. But didn't blow me away.
Elliott Smith
4/5
He is very talented. 3 stars seems like an insult. But is everything that is better than good 4 stars?
Guided By Voices
3/5
It's good and fun. But everything can't be a 4.
Tom Waits
4/5
It's Tom Waits. You can't give him a 3. It's disrespect. The album was really good. So I guess everything is a 4.

5/5
It is a masterpiece
Radiohead
4/5
I've listened to this before. I wanted to give it a 3 before re-listening. Then I listened again. It's so good. Minimum a 4.

The Byrds
3/5
I thought I liked Country more than I actually do I guess. Only a 3 for me.
The Smiths
3/5
Every song is essentially the same. But when every song is really good, maybe sounding the same isn't a bad thing. It's definitely a vibe.
Charles Mingus
3/5
It's wrong to give Minugs a 2. So I need to at least do a 3. And the talent is there. But it didn't move me
Soundgarden
3/5
It's so so good. But is it 4 stars good? There is so much great music out there.
Janelle Monáe
3/5
It's so good. I was not expecting it to be this good. But other albums that have gotten a 4 are just absolutely amazing. This is super good. But not absolutely amazing. Still so good though.

The xx
3/5
It was really good. This is a strong 3. It just is not that special. But it's good.
Kings of Leon
3/5
So much better than other 3 star albums. But not as classic as the 4 stars. But it's good. But it also all sounds the same. And a bit boring. But still good.
Mudhoney
2/5
This may be the best 2. But I have rated so many things 3s that are so much better than this. This should be a 3, but in comparison, it's a 2.
Peter Gabriel

Pixies
3/5

Electric Light Orchestra
3/5
All the hits are 4s. And they are super strong 4s. But the other songs are all good, but they all sound the same.
Ananda Shankar
3/5
I really wanted to give it a 2. It's just covers without any lyrics. But damn, it is definitely better than a 2. Good background/working music.
Roni Size
2/5
It's better than a 2. It's good. But it's not at the level of other 3s.
Motörhead
3/5
It's so fun! So fast and fun!
4/5
I can definitely see how they influenced so many bands. It's an amazing album.
Radiohead
3/5
Karma Police and No Surprises are absolute gems that make the album so much better than it should be. Without them, it's a really good album. But not amazing. Those 2 songs are amazing. Other standouts like the Tourist and other songs are better than good, but not amazing. And the rest of the album is really good. But In Rainbows is so much better as a whole. But Karma Police and No Surprises are better than an individual song on In Rainbows.
Hole
4/5
This album is as good as Courtney Love is crazy. And it is fucking good!
Michael Kiwanuka
2/5
I like it a lot. But I have given so many better albums a 3 that this needs to be a 2. But still way better than Cee Lo Green.

This plays like a greatest hits album. Every song is amazing!

It clearly helped define the punk era. It is amazing.

Marty Robbins
4/5

The Rolling Stones
4/5
Paint It Black and Under my Thumb are 5 star songs. Everything else is a very solid 3 stars. Never under. But those 2 are so amazing that the whole thing is a 4.

3/5
So I enjoyed it. But everything can't be a 4.
The KLF
3/5
Really good working music to have in the background.
Jethro Tull
3/5
I really liked it. I just couldn't love it. Aqualung as a single is perfect though.
Randy Newman
2/5
Ok, let's remove all the racist shit. The songs are catchy. But they all sound the same. He is trying to be a weird sounding Billy Joel, but nothing is amazing like Billy Joel's songs. Everything is just catching but all the same.
Baaba Maal
2/5
It's good music to have in the background while you work. But in this specific genre of background music, much better exists.

3/5
So fucking good. Especially the first and last song. I want to rate it better, but I just didn't connect as much to it as I thought I would. But it's so good.
Lenny Kravitz
3/5
I wanted to give it a 2, because I have been giving so many amazing albums 3s. But I just can't give this a 2. It deserves to be a 3. Forgot how talented he was.

I actually really liked it. But everything can't be a 3 and I need to draw a line somewhere.

2/5
Not bad. Nothing special.
Beastie Boys
3/5
I really wanted to give it a 4. It's so good and it's a classic for a reason.
Nick Drake
3/5
Really good. Pink Moon is an amazing song. But the rest of the album did not blow me away. It was just good. Not amazing.
