Good album over all.

Nothing stands out as impressive. Still a solid talent making a solid album.

I never listened to funk before. Great tunes, fun music.

Not my cup of tea, but still a good almbum

The Sigourney Weaver song makes this 4 stars.

Would have been 2 but their version of whipping post was alright.

For some reason I thought Mr. Cohen was going to, I don't know, maybe sing. Not do 10 spoken word tracks with light music in the background. How anyone thinks this is his best work is beyond me. It is repetitive, and almost any other album of his would have made a better selection for a must listen list.

Aptly named as this is a mother fucking tragedy calling some of the tracks music.

This was an average country album. Nothing special.

Seriously not into freeform jazz

Surprisingly less obnoxious than I thought it was going to be. I liked some songs. Only real complaint is the length. Maybe save some of the songs to add in as filler on a later album when you need more songs. Just too much all at once if you are not specifically trying to tell a story through the music.

Why am I not listening to one of the good albums that The Beach Boys made? Some ok songs, but I expect more from this band. Not their best work.

Classic old school rap, turned me into a kid again.

I keep having to say this about albums included on this list. Making random noises with things is not avant garde music making, it is noise. If you can take those random sounds and make them into something that sounds like anything other than random noise then you may have made music. Until then keep it out of my ears.

The 15 minute altar call at the end of the album, was a bit jarring after having sung a sing about bashing a woman's head in, chucking her in a river, and then being upset that he wound up in Jail. The rest of the album was ok so 3 stars because I am in a sharing mood.
