Very challenging. I almost bailed half-way through "Albatross," but I stuck it out. It does get better; the band is pretty awesome, especially Wobble's bass, and I got used to Lydon's vocals. On the whole, though, it just wasn't for me. Favorite tracks were "Swan Lake" and the instrumentals.
Pretty great. Hill is the standout, and I wish she had been featured more. The skits are annoying, but not enough to drag it down.
Fun pop punk. Some of it sounds kind of samey, but I enjoyed it.
Growing up my parents often had the classic rock station on, and several tracks from this album were in heavy rotation, so this is pretty nostalgic. "Hells Bells" and the title song are my favorites here. I found Johnson's voice a little grating after a while, and the kinda predatory lyrics of "Let Me Put My Love Into You" made me uncomfortable.
Cool, earnest, and relevant still today. I could have done without the religious content, but it was delivered in such a genuine and smooth way it didn't bother me in the end.
After this and PiL's Metal Box, I have come to accept that I do not care for John Lydon's vocals. This wasn't enjoyable for me at all, so I didn't listen all the way through.
Fine, but I find Morrissey's vocal delivery is often sleepy and lacking in variation.
Easily a 5, my first one. Weird, fun, and genre-hopping, with exquisite vocals and instrumentation.
If the other tracks were anything like "Faith Healer," I would agree that this might be an album worth listening to before you die, but they are definitely not. Dreadful.

I find EC's voice a little grating sometimes, to be honest. He was kind enough to take a picture with my mom when we ran into him once at a music festival, though, so I can't help but be a little fond of him.
