Highway to Hell by AC/DC

These guys love sex! Get what you pay for with AC/DC it's generic hard rock but someone's gotta do it. If you want blood (you got it) is a brilliant tune!

The Clash by The Clash

Keep it up lads it'll get better

Highway to Hell by AC/DC
Feb 17 2026

These guys love sex! Get what you pay for with AC/DC it's generic hard rock but someone's gotta do it. If you want blood (you got it) is a brilliant tune!

Duck Rock by Malcolm McLaren
Feb 19 2026

basically a compilation album of a bunch of random types of music so he can pretend he predicted it. Sounds like a mike myers rap album (Not a bad thing!)

m b v by My Bloody Valentine
Feb 20 2026

Enjoyed! bloody noise but if thats what the kids are into then who am I to say no. Will check more out

Unknown Pleasures by Joy Division
Feb 23 2026

A few genuinely brilliant songs on this. Highlights are Disorder, Day of the Lords and New Dawn Fades. My only beef is so many of the songs on this sound exactly the same. Actually had to keep checking the name of the song to make sure it was a new one. Iconic album cover too, so many middle aged blokes with this t-shirt. RIP Ian Curtis.

Dirt by Alice In Chains
Feb 24 2026

Favourites: Them Bones and God Smack

Feb 25 2026

Guitar does undeniably rip on brighton rock. Rest is forgettable, mid band honestly. Brian May is an astrophysicist! YAY SCIENCE! fuckin normie nerd music

Closer by Joy Division
Feb 26 2026

Ian Curtis is like a robot that became conscious and allowed to start a band but everyones mean to him and he's really upset about it twenty four hours was my favourite song

I’m a Lonesome Fugitive by Merle Haggard
Feb 27 2026

Nice easy listening. lots of this style of country sound the same to me which isn't a bad thing. Cool that he actually went to jail AND saw Johnny Cash in San Quentin. You couldn't be called Merle Haggard and NOT be a country artist

Rock 'N Soul by Solomon Burke
Mar 03 2026

sounds good but realistically not gonna listen again

Mar 04 2026

I listened to this once before on a bus from edinburgh to dundee. The worst person you know loves this album. Great if you want to listen to a 19 year old with way too much ego ramble about clubbing, fighting and pulling girls. Cant deny it does sound class though

Marcus Garvey by Burning Spear
Mar 06 2026

Could be the hardest album cover so far

Night Life by Ray Price
Mar 12 2026

Another fairly generic country album. He did heartaches by the number which is a goated fallout soung

Olympia 64 by Jacques Brel
Mar 13 2026

Sounds good but not my thing. Wouldn't mind it playing in the background at a cafe

In Rainbows by Radiohead
Mar 17 2026

Not my favourite Radiohead album but absolute fire. All I need, Jigsaw falling into place and Weird Fishes are personal highlights.

Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield
Mar 20 2026

Didn't hate it but certainly not something I should be giving more than a 1 for

At Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash
Mar 24 2026

Iconic and a great vibe. Would definitely chuck on again but probably not enough songs that stick out for me

London Calling by The Clash
Mar 25 2026

Cant believe I've never listened to this before it's awesome. Highlights are Death or Glory and Lost in the Supermarket. The title track is an all-timer but its been ruined by appearing too much in films and adverts. Surely this is the one thing these guys were trying to avoid. Found this list: https://letterboxd.com/the23rdjoker/list/movies-where-they-use-london-calling-by-the/

21 by Adele
Mar 26 2026

What a voice and at least 3 generational tunes. Insane for 21 years old. Middle part is fairly forgettable

Off The Wall by Michael Jackson
Mar 27 2026

Favourite tracks: Rock with you, Off the Wall and It's the falling in Love. Weird to think that Michael Jackson wasn't always the massive deal he is now.

Apr 09 2026

Dad of the year over here. Bet he thinks he's so cute in that album cover the wank. A few good songs to be fair to him

Apr 10 2026

Lots of the songs on their own aren't good but they're a fun listen and I like the concept of the album. Should've gone with Original Pirate Material, a vastly superior album

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Apr 13 2026

Listened a few times before. First half is amazing but second is a bit forgettable. Iron Man was apparently originally called Iron Bloke

Hunky Dory by David Bowie
Apr 14 2026

My usual torment of not being able to really get into Bowie. I'm sure one day he'll click but his voice just grates me a bit and I don't really know what he's on about half the time. Changes is one of the greatest songs ever made

All Hope Is Gone by Slipknot
Apr 15 2026

Sometimes sounds cool but mostly just sauceless

Born In The U.S.A. by Bruce Springsteen
Apr 16 2026
