1001 Albums Summary

3/10. Favorite track: Optimistic I can obviously feel the quality however the pure instrumentals aren't my taste and this album is like 80% pure instrumentals.

7/10 While not an album that's going on my main playlist, I still had a great time with it. The vibes fill me with nostalgia for things I grew up with that may have shared a similar sound like Tom & Jerry and even Fallout: New Vegas. Will most likely revisit.

6/10. Fav Track - It's The End Of The World As We Know It The first album where I already had some listening experience with two of the songs, which needed little to be enjoyable. The rest of the album had a similar sound but only really peaked one or two more times for me.

5/10. Very fun sound. Wild song titles

5/10 Will need to give a re-listen at some point because I'm behind right now. The one quick listen I gave it was alright but not too memorable.

7/10. Fav Track - Break on Through Some top notch dad rock

7/10. Fav Track - Rip This Joint The Rolling Stones made one of my favorite songs of all time so it's very unsurprising that I enjoyed the sound they provide throughout this album.

7/10. Fav Track - Every Breath You Take / King Of Pain there's a little black spot on the sun todayyyyy

2/10 Probably my least favorite album so far.

9/10. Fav Tracks - Turn To Stone, Jungle, Summer and Lightning, Mr Blue Sky What an absolute ray of sunshine this album is.

3/10. Fav Track - Living in Another World Sadly another style that just isn't my favorite, regardless of the clear talent displayed. They did fuck the absolute shit outta that harmonica though.

7/10 Fav Tracks - Concrete Jungle, Stop That Train, 400 Years Was already a Marley fan so no surprise the king of reggae has a banger album.

6/10 Fav Tracks - Father to Son, Seven Seas Of Rhye While only a couple songs made it to my playlist I'll never not enjoy some Queen.

4/10. Fav Track - While You See A Chance I listened to this one twice because honestly I wasn't sure how I felt after the first go. I have a good time listening but it always comes down to "Do I want to include any of this in my main playlist" and unfortunately I didn't.

4/10. Fav Track - Walt Whitman's Niece Enjoyable at times however quite dull at others.

10/10. Fav Tracks - All of them THIS IS WHAT I STARTED THIS JOURNEY HOPING FOR. Probably some of the best classic/hard rock of ALL TIME.

10/10. Fav Track - All of them The first full album on this list that I've already listened to. Don't need to tell you that RATM is top tier.

5/10. Fav Track - Segredo Fun electronic beats at best, elevator music at worst.

10/10. Fav Tracks - All of them I'm just getting spoiled recently because another hardcore classic is now in the books.

3/10. Fav Track - Lust For Life I really like the title track but that's about it, the sounds are nice but nothing pops beyond that first track. One song specifically I really didn't like.

7/10. Fav Tracks - Golden Years, Wild is the Wind The first of what I can only assume with be multiple Bowie albums. I was not disappointed.

10/10 Insane first rap album on this adventure.

6/10. Fav Tracks - Message in a Bottle Fun sound however I much preferred "Synchronicity" from The Police. Message in a Bottle and some others are obviously classics however I think the risks they take in later projects absolutely pay off more than this album.

6/10 This album is so weird, and on one hand that makes me appreciate it more, because some songs were pretty enjoyable. On the other side of that coin this album is full of one minute songs that go from frantic, over the top song to frantic, over the top song. Switching from metal sounding songs to songs that could pass as modern day lo-fi. Like I said, it's weird.

4/10 Clearly talented, clearly important, not my type of music.
