Sonic Youth, an American rock band active from 1981 to - During their major label career from 1990 to 1999, Sonic Youth released several influential albums, including "Goo" in 1990, which became their best-selling record, and "Dirty" in
- Their music incorporated elements of alternative rock, with collaborations and influences noted from figures such as Chuck D and Ian MacKaye. They were key tastemakers in the alternative scene, collaborating with Spike Jonze and contributing to cultural phenomena like the Lollapalooza festival and an episode of "The Simpsons." Artistically, they were known for their innovative use of multiple unconventional guitar tunings, using cheap guitars and various objects to create experimental sounds
Not my cup of tea but Zealots is amazing. I don't know if with Ready of Not Enya was mad.
Siouxsie and the Banshees are one of the best bands ever. I loved discovering the bass in Voodoo Dolly and enjoying Spellbound again.
Although it's not my favorite Siouxsie and the Banshees album, it's still particularly good.
It has some very good songs, but it doesn't quite satisfy me completely. "Vicious" and "Walk On the Wild Side" are good. Something's missing for the album as a whole to feel truly wonderful.
It's a good album, but it's not spectacular. There are albums with better songs. Although L.A. Woman is definitely worth checking out.
Wow, I almost didn't finish it. Outer Space and Caramel are the only good ones. The rest made me hate the album. It feels like listening to Rufus Wainwright's grandfather, but with a bigger depression and not nearly as many good melodies. At some point, I liked two other songs. I'm seriously considering unliking it just because it's so annoying to my ears.
An album perfect for a vampiric afternoon. I don't think there was one particular song that stood out to me; however, as a whole it creates a pretty cool atmosphere.
A great album, balanced, with a production of orchestral and classical overtones. Especially Something For The Weekend, Middle Class Heroes and In And Out In Paris And London

It's an excellent album to start the day with, but I don't find a single song truly memorable. Perhaps the first track is impressive, but it didn't strike me as extraordinary.
Spirit was a highly regarded rock band that achieved modest commercial success, charting 11 albums in the U.S. between 1968 and
1977. Founded in Los Angeles in 1967 by musicians who had a mixture of rock, pop, folk, blues, classical, and jazz backgrounds, and who ranged in age from 16 to 44, the group had an eclectic musical style in keeping with the early days of progressive rock; they were as likely to play a folk ballad featuring fingerpicked acoustic guitar, a jazz instrumental full of imaginative improvisation, or a driving rhythm tune dominated by acid rock electric guitar playing.
"Animal Zoo" is probably my favorite. Overall, a good album. "Rougher Road" and "Red Light Roll On" were also good tracks.
I definitely can't handle hardcore
A fantastic acoustic album. Perfect for enjoying in the rain. "Nebraska," "State Trooper," "Open All Night," wow!
This is an excellent album. "That Lady" and "Sunshine (Go Away Today)" are excellent, but the album as a whole is fantastic.
Pretty weird, not my cup of tea. I think ambient music can be better.
A good album, not an excellent album. Nothing to highlight
I don't love Elvis Costello's voice, but I can say that "Busy Bodies"' guitars saved the album.
Too much noise for my taste, although I'll stick with "Sprawl"
I'm going to hell, but I can't stand this man's voice.
Great album to start listening to darker rock. A must-have.
Nothing amazing, although it works to have in the background when you study.
I already liked the song "Threads," but listening to the whole album is overwhelming. After two songs, you just say: enough is enough!
This is a fantastic album. What a great discovery. Isaac Hayes, born in '42, made soul music incredibly sexy. His album Black Moses is also worth checking out. From this album, "Walk On By" and "By The Time I Get to Phoenix" are wow.
Aside from "Road," I don't think this album has anything else to offer. It's fine as background music.
Nothink to remark. A decent Dance album. That's it.
