Enjoyable album. Group new to me
This is the first record for an artist that I had not listened to before. I am pretty sure I saw his name before but had never listened. His style of indie pop mixed with an overwhelming sadness reminds me a lot of Elliot Smith. Apparently he played a tribute gig for him at some point. Overall I thought this record was good with a lot of interesting sounds that I wasn’t expecting. It is a bit long-winded however. Favorite track: Another Pearl Least favorite track: Say It Again
I like the flow of the album. Overall pretty delightful.

What a record.
Rather unusual thing, but not at all bad.
An often good, occasionally great cross section of where indie rock was coming from and going at the turn of the millennium, featuring one of the best songs ever, "Once Around The Block," right smack dab in the middle.
Arrangements were great but vocal style was something I didn’t care for.
It's not really what I go for but it not bad to put on in the background if I'm working or cleaning the house. Very low key but well done. It does bring across the feel of early 2000's music to me.
Pleasant surprise. Full album not as depressing as first song.

He's like an Elliott Smith who can sing, which is nice, but there's not a lot here that grabs the attention in a positive way. Just okay. Best track: The Shining

Singer songwriter mixed with a little 90s grunge. I own "One Plus One is One" but never looked past that. This is great (closer to a 3.5) but there's some fat that could've been trimmed. Favorite tracks: "Fall in a River", "Another Pearl", "Disillusion"
1999: Everybody's Stalking, Once Around The Block
Liked first 5 songs then the transition was just completely off, not cohesive, at the 9th song it got better. 10-13 were not good. The rest of the album was nice.
This was alright, I don't really have a strong opinion about this album.
Not quite my tempo.
Very peaceful album that has an awesome flow.
