When an album starts out with a track that repeats ‘where time becomes a loop’ for nearly TWO MINUTES, you know you’re in for a banger of an album 🙄. Hot garbage.

Absolute hot garbage. I have no fuckin idea why you ‘need’ to listen to this album before you die other than to realize music this bad does indeed, actually exist.
Tired of all the Brit pop on this list
It’s David Bowie
I remember hearing Eyeless on the radio for the first time in the truck with my cousin and asking him if the drummer had 10 arms..close he said, six. My love affair with the band began that day and has continued since.

In my collection, least favorite Jimi album despite some standout tracks.
In my collection. Fantastic album with many standout tracks and a great overall sound to it.
Added to my collection. Very chill and conscious lyrically.
Not too familiar with his stuff but a solid record overall.
Not a big fan of the album. 2.5/5 stars. Living End & Billy Talent are better in my opinion.
Not really my cup of tea. Inoffensive coffee house rock I suppose.
Pretty solid 60s psychedelic rock.
Very chill music. Reminds me of Chris Isaac. Would listen to again.
It’s David Bowie
In my collection already
Good folk music
Pretty solid, a few singles I recognize from the album.
Great album with a ton of killer tracks. In my collection already.
An all time classic by the king of pop, already in my collection.
Interesting sounds. Never listed to before
Smack my bitch up
It was good
Garbage
It was okay.
Pretty tripped out
Great debut album
Pretty tripped out actually and I ended up listening to a handful of the songs more than once
Great album
Very good. Soulful and melodic, gives me a Janis Joplin vibe.
Good funk

Good stuff
The cure sucks and this album did nothing to change my mind.
Solid country
Jesus don’t want me for a sunbeam
Good musically and the concept behind the album was great but the singer wasn’t my favorite.
2.5 stars
Bangin
Very similar to mighty mighty bosstones
I found it very boring
Already in my collection. Great album and Morello is a stud on guitar.
Greatest metal album of all time.
Another banger of an all time great metal album.
3.5 stars
Banger!
Pretty groovy, many tracks sounds like they could’ve been lifted off an Austin Powers soundtrack.
3.5 stars, not the album of theirs I would have picked but solid nonetheless.

One of the best albums ever.
It was wild.
It was wild.
Boring. Generic. Shouldn’t be on the list.
One of the best debut albums of all time. One of the best hard rock albums of all time with many iconic songs that almost everyone on the planet knows.
Dope as hell.

Not their best but a solid sendoff for Joey.
3.5 stars pretty solid
Very light & ethereal sounding. Easy to get high to.
Pretty solid. You can see the influence on Radiohead they had.
Great album
Pretty solid. You can see the influence on Radiohead they had.
Pretty solid psychedelic rock. Surprised I’ve never heard of the band before.
Great African music. She has a very good voice.
Already in my collection. Obviously a banger of an album.
The only reason I had heard of this guy was cuz he used to pork Mandy Moore. This is a fantastic album and I’m not what you would call an alt-country fan at all.
Not bad. Had some alright tracks.
Solid album.
3.5 stars. These guys have a good overall sound.
2.5 stars
Pretty solid English punk. Couple standout tracks such as there she goes and timeless melody and way out.
Great pop album. Solid from start to finish.
Phenomenal album from top to bottom. One of the best bands of the 70s at the top of their game.
Sweet it’s jazz
Solid Swedish pop.
Banger and mash
Eric Clapton is a guitar god.
Surprisingly good, added to my collection.
A banger of an album. RIP Neal Peart.
Okay
Banger after banger
Pretty solid.
added to my collection
Amazing soulful voice.
Not my bag
Solid album
Solid album by Bobby D
Solid Brit-pop/pink.
Groovy.
One of the best albums ever created. From top to bottom banger after banger.
Great debut album.
Great voice
Solid debut album.
These guys are where it’s at. Pioneers of electronic music.
Solid post punk album. Bummer Ian offed himself
Solid album with a mellow sound from start to finish.
One of his best. From open to close not a bad track on the album.
You don’t get to be one of the quintessential rock bands of history by releasing boring albums.
Kinda boring.
America’s Beatles
Very good.
Decent electronica album.
He sucks bad. Like anyone could do this shit
The album of the day the day my mother passed away. Pretty chill vibes & groove overall.
Kinda boring
Great album. Very moody and good lyrically.
Great jazz album.
Solid heavy metal
About as boring as the movie.
Classic country
Porno music
Jdhsg
One of the most important rock albums ever made, completely changing the trajectory of the band. An almost ethereal listen from start to finish.
Not my bag.
2.5 stars. Chill but forgettable
Greatest thrash metal album of all time.
One of the best albums of its era
One of the best albums of its era
I think this author just puts random stuff down as this album sucks and in no way needs to be listened to before you die.
Such a unique voice and a tragic loss.
Really solid glam/electric/guitar rock.
Great live album
Morrissey is an insufferable twat.
Mostly an album of covers but pretty solid.
A classic.
Very good.
I didn’t really care for this type of music as a teen when it released but upon release as an adult, I really enjoyed a number of tracks.
Eruption.. ‘nuff said.
Very solid album.
Musically, they had some decent stuff but I wasn’t a fan of the vocals and many of their songs just sounded like noise.
One of the best double albums of all time.
Solid classic rock.
Great album.
It was fun
Boring British garb.
I don’t speak French but had a solid sound to him.
One of the best alternative albums of all time.
An all time banger. RIP Lemmy.
Great debut album.
Inarguably one of the best debut albums of all time, regardless of genre.
Solid
Eh
What’s love got to do with it
Good stuff
Pretty mellow & groovy.
Solid electronic album
Not bad
Not my cup of tea besides a couple of singles.
It was not good
Very solid. Can hear the Bowie influence throughout.
This shit sucked. My god it was boring as hell. Sometimes I think this author has no idea WTF he’s talking about. This in NO way needs to be heard before you die.
2.5 stars
He’s just not my thing
3.5 stars
A very solid metal album from the 'Deth
Musically very good
Not his best work but still solid.
VERY repetitive. While I’m not huge into electronic music, I’ve been exposed to and enjoyed plenty of it. This was 3 hours of the same beeps and boops over and over and is the FIRST album through 568 reviewed so far that I could not finish. Miss me with that nearly 3 hour run time holy fuck, learn to shorten your shit.
Such a great album.
One of the best albums ever made.
Classic album. Not quite as good as highway 61 but great nonetheless.
Excellent album. Listened to it 3 times throughout the day.
Solid outing by CCR
Such an incredible talent with such a unique and powerful voice. Taken from us way too soon.
3.5 stars
An all time banger. Peak form between this and Chaos AD
Very chill. I got stoned and enjoyed the ride.
Pretty solid album.
Gave me an Oasis vibe
Tired of all the Brit pop on this list
Very chill music
A quarter century old and still sounds fresh and modern as can be.
Pretty solid
It’s like if Trump was a musician instead of whatever he is.
A really solid album. Would listen to again.
God Morrissey sucks. STOP making me listen to his albums, they’re not good!
An all time classic
Banger after banger
Very long and repetitive
Oof
Dude sucks bad. Not sure how him or Waits have a career.
Horrible. Many tracks didn’t even have lyrics, just noise on top of electronic noise “. When there were ‘lyrics’ it was spoken word garbage
I’m just not a fan of Steely Dan. I find them incredibly boring.
Dollar store Beatles
Pretty solid album surprisingly
Solid debut album
A great debut album. She’s still as gorgeous as she was back then too
Probably their best album
Not too bad
Great sounds throughout. Ginger Baker is a great drummer.
A landmark hip-hop album whose cost to reproduce today would be astronomical due to the amounts of samples. I didn’t really care for it too much as a kid which just further iterates the point that kids are dumb.
God this shit was SO boring. I really don’t understand why he’s a thing .
Not their best but John Bonham’s still otherworldly on the drums.
Pretty solid
Eh.
Back before U2 sucked
Solid stuff by The Godfather of grunge
Great album with top notch production and awesome beats throughout.
Fairly solid
Eh. Kinda tired of inoffensive British shit making the list.
Pretty solid, I can see why these guys were so big in the 80’s.
It’s like if porno music was angry while high on crack cocaine. Oddly enough, I’m kinda about it.
70s Elton John was banging. Love lies Bleeding is a standout track amongst others.
Enough with the fuckin Cohen already. I get it. He was important. It still doesn’t change the fact that the dude speaks words over music as opposed to singing. Boring and not good.
2.5 stars. Not bad at all.
Reapply solid album.
This guy seems to be obsessed with generic pop. More of the same
A pretty solid album.
It was horrible drivel
Not their favorite album of mine but most bands would kill to have an album like this in their discography l.
Not bad but long
The Gallagher brothers are absolute wankers but they sure could belt out some tunes.
One of the best thrash metal albums of all times.
Not too bad. I found go to be quite listenable to.
Not my favorite album of theirs but it was the one that got me into them as a teen.
It was hot garbage.
When an album starts out with a track that repeats ‘where time becomes a loop’ for nearly TWO MINUTES, you know you’re in for a banger of an album 🙄. Hot garbage.
It’s the Loaf, what more needs to be said?
The last great muse album.
Just not a fan of Janes Addiction
An all time classic. WTC ain’t nothin to fuck wit
It was hot garbage and not for me. One songs lyrics are wa wa wa wa over and over and over.
I really don’t care for his music.
Not their best album but still full of bangers.
Did not realize he was the original writer of Cars.
Shoe gazing music is like if people were like how do we make the MOST boring, whiny and LONG music ever? Shit is insufferable.
I thought it was pretty cool for them to name their band after your mom.
Probably not a popular choice but it’s my favorite album of hers.
Great debut album. Very sad about Chester.
Jazz aint too bad to have on in the background.
I very rarely dig the international albums. It’s just hard to discern the lyrics and meanings of the songs without speaking the language. From the opening track of Chan Chan, you can tell you are in for something special. I listened to the album twice today while hanging around the house and added it to my collection.
Not what I would consider my cup of tea normally but it was very solid.
Very gay
Pretty solid 80s pop album.
Shoe gazing is the worst genre ever. Try to picture a porn star attempting to set an anal gang bang record & try to imagine the gruel that would escape her anus near the end. If you could turn that gruel into music, it’d be this shit
It must’ve sucked because it was on no services and I’m tired of trying to listen to shitty albums on YouTube with ads.
Beep boop bop
Morrissey fucking blows.
I remember hearing Eyeless on the radio for the first time in the truck with my cousin and asking him if the drummer had 10 arms..close he said, six. My love affair with the band began that day and has continued since.
Horrible
Did not listen as I could not find
As close to a perfect album as you can get. Every song from start to finish is incredible. I can’t imagine the ego it must give to know you created such a masterpiece
This album rocks. When it first came out I was in my early 20s and at first I thought I liked them ironically but they actually ended up being badass.
The last Sep album with the brothers Cavalera. What a run these guys had and one of the best metal bands of all time.
When I saw the length of the album compared to the tracks I groaned but these guys were actually really solid
One long song it seemed like but not horrid
Dear Prudence is one of, if not my favorite song ever. There’s quite a bit of filler spaced throughout but I believe if you got rid of the fillers and kept the bangers down to one disc it’d probably be the greatest album of all time. As it stands, it’s merely an incredibly great album.
Gave me a type o negative vibe, not bad.
I’ve always known about this band by name but this is the second album I’ve come across on this list & they’re a very good band.
Really solid
This shit hit hard as fuck. Definitely going into the rotation.
An instant classic from an MC who just can’t miss. Check out his album Tetsuo & Youth for a bonafide hip hop masterpiece.
Look, I understand how popular she is and how she’s the new ‘queen of pop.’ That being said I’ve just never been able to connect with her songs at all. A very boring ‘meh’ album to me.
I received a notification a couple of weeks ago that I had rated my 900th album of 1001. I have never skipped an album or song no matter how bad it’s been. I’ve listened to German noise, spoken word, foreign language, mediocre British pop and everything else. I did not think the streak would be broken and by Springsteen nonetheless. This is like how 4th album on the list, he is incredibly boring and sucks and I saw it had a run time of nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes and I noped the fuck out.
Very long.
Absolute hot garbage. I have no fuckin idea why you ‘need’ to listen to this album before you die other than to realize music this bad does indeed, actually exist.
When I first saw a three hour run time I was about to nope the fuck out but then I saw it was broken down into three 23 track albums so I listened to 1 a day. It’s at least listenable too but definitely an exercise in endurance.
I am so tired of this inoffensive generic Brit music making the list. Not to shit on the album cuz it wasn’t horrible but there is literally no reason you need to listen to this before you die.
Long as hell.
Great debit and Bonham was outta this world!
I don’t see who would find this good regardless of the decade it released in, oof.
Meh.
I’m a little less than four months older than her and this album kicked off a lifelong love affair with her.
A budget Michael Jackson.
Shit was weird and not in a good way.
When I saw 4 tracks and 1 hour and 20 minutes I groaned. The groan was warranted but at the same time it wasn’t horrible. But I was also high. So take that for what it’s worth.
