This makes me incredibly interested to see what the next 1000 albums are gonna be. Always had an appreciation for Winehouse, and this only gives me a greater appreciation for her. Such a soulful ass voice.
As a general rule the ambient sections were killer and the upbeat sections were.. not my cup of tea. Definitely a middle of the road album for me, not one I'll be going to again save a few songs, but not an offensive album to my ears by any stretch.
Great album, haven't heard it in years so definitely worth a re-listen
Miles from Nowhere is immediately going into the Playlist. Didn't resonate too strongly with me otherwise but that's purely opinion. Decent album.
Loved a few tracks on this, a few I didn't love.
Incredible album. Cannot wait to revisit this one.
Such a unique album, nothing immediately stood out but I didn't feel the need to skip a single song. I should definitely give it some more listens in the future.
Such an incredible album. Don't even know what else to say. Always been one of my all time favorites.
This is definitely good musically but the vocal delivery bothers me and most of the songs don't catch me quite enough to make up for it. Definitely not one I'll be going back to any time soon.
Not even halfway through this and I've already added it to my library. Don't know how I've never heard this before but some absolute heat is on this record.
Such a beautiful album. She Talks to Angels will always be one of my favorites of all time.
Nothing on this album really grabs me but I don't hate any of it either. Will probably come back to it at another time when I'm looking for something different than my every day stuff.
Classic record. Honestly want this one on vinyl.
Haven't heard this whole album start to finish in like, 10 years. Definitely a great collection of tunes.
This album honestly didn't do too much for me at all.
Very cool album. Never been much of a fan of industrial rock but I can definitely hear why this is a revered album.
Definitely an album I want to revisit. Jane's Addiction is one of those groups I've always liked but have never listened to their whole discography. Loved the feel of this record though.
Such a chill album, can't believe I'd never heard it before.
This is incredible. Once I got used to the vocals and 80s sound, I was absolutely rocking. Not one that I probably ever would have even thought to try based on my current preferences, but unbelievably glad I did. I could see myself revisiting certain moments on this album very regularly. Hoping this might be a gateway into me appreciating a different style of music.
A cool album for sure. Think it would resonate strongly with me if it was in English but that's only because trying to decipher lyrics is a huge part of my listening experience. Musically though, a very good time and completely inoffensive.
Classic record, love throwing this one on during road trips with my friends
Always loved this one. Sultans of Swing is one of my all time favorites.
I Can appreciate this album as being good for what it is but also have a hard time listening to it for very long. Just not my preferred style of music.
This might be an album I should come back to when I feel like hearing something with that classic 80s sound. It's the only thing that is keeping me from really loving it and that's probably only because that's not where my head is right now.
This might be in my top 10 favorite albums of all time. Absolute fucking heat from start to finish.
Love this album. Love Rage's attitude in these early records.
Such a cool record with so many cool instrumental parts. A great listen.
Never cared for this album as much as Hotel California but still a solid set of tracks nonetheless
Love love love this one.
This was a great collection of Dylan tunes. Have always appreciated him and his work, not necessarily my all time favorite but I still f with it.
Ice T is a GOAT. His rapping is so hard-core, raw, and badass, and his metal shit is also top notch.
This is in my top 10 favorite albums of all time. Can't wait to give this one a spin on the player when I get a chance to later ✌🏻
One of my all time favorite grunge albums. I have this artwork hanging on the wall of my apartment.
Another timeless record. Love the instrumentation on this more than most other Oldfield records
Such a killer record. Always worth coming back to this one.
Never cared too much for Megadeth. I've tried and tried but they just do not strike a chord with me. Maybe someday.
This honestly might be my favorite Nirvana record. So many gems on this one.
Beautiful record. Love Coltrane.
Modern classic. RIP Chester.
I'm convinced Zappa's brain must've naturally produced too much DMT or something. He didn't need to use them to get it. For someone who not only didn't use, but despised psychedelic drugs and its entire culture, he truly made some of the greatest psychedelic music this world has ever seen, and this unique work is absolutely no exception. "What's there to live foooorr"
Not even gonna listen to this today because not only do I know every song, but I have heard them all so many times I'm about tired of them. Undeniably an incredible and jamming album nonetheless.
Classic psychedelic record. Always love giving this one a spin.
Not feeling this one tbh.
One of my favorite zeppelin records. Never loved them as much as most do but I can still appreciate what they did for music.
Beautiful album. Most of my favorite artists wouldn't exist if it weren't for this band and this record.
Things I really like about this but vocals don't resonate with me.
Easily my favorite ACDC record.
Banger after banger on this bad boy. One I would like to add to my collection.
Ice Cube is such an icon. This record f*cks.
Always been a casual fan of Badu but this is the first time I've ever listened to one of her records front to back. And holy shit I'm so glad I did. Such a great one to put on when you're winding down.
Gonna have to go back to this bad boy. Such a wild ride.
Wanna go back to this one again, feels like it needs more listens.
Only on the first song and I'm so intrigued. This just has such a raw feel.
Always love a good jazz record
Ground breaking record. Always been one of my all time favorite rap records.
Always hear something new in this every time I listen. One of the greatest albums of all time, and one of the most important albums in my favorite style of music, prog.
I don't LOVE the vocals but this goes REALLY hard
Can understand why this is liked but I just don't, really.
Fantastic record. Honestly not even close to the best Genesis record though. These guys were on fire in the early 70s.
Good stuff here.
