I think there’s something to be said for artists making choices that aren’t pleasing to the ear. I am grateful for the 2010s maximalist freaky indie but i don’t think I’ll return to this one bc it’s too one note

This album feels like a Time Machine to April 2020 when I went on long walks and had a root beer float every day, but it also feels like a memory from the first listen. It’s like an awakening of a memory from your soul because it’s always been inside of you. And the dynamics and surprises never fail to move me. Good morning!!!!
