3 Feet High and Rising
De La SoulAn amazing debut album. Bringing fresh air to a style often too limited. Funny, emotional, exciting. The hip hop album to recommend to someone who don't like hip hop.

The consolidation of The Verve as one of the strongest british bands. After their previous interesting, but maybe too dark albums, they make a step forward to a more alternative rock oriented audience. Full of major hits and strong attitude it is certainly an iconic album of the 90s
While their previous work is still my favourite, in this album you will find the greatness of Pulp at their max. Elegance, accuracy, sense of humor and intelligence mixed together with melodic pop. One of the most important albums in UK music history.
Nice hip hop album. Lots of swearing, MF and guns.
Grunge was a blown up mind at the time, but it has not aged that well, let's face it. However, Dirt will remain as one of the most iconic albums in the 90s. Still captivating and emotional.
I have not heard the album, so I can rate only based on reviews, sorry
The soundtrack of a generation. No grunge, no indie rock, no Radiohead would exist without them.
An absolut classic to define a decade of alternative rock. REM at its finest moment, a flawless album that resist the passing of time.
This album burned down the world of music when it came out. Strange beauty, original sounds, elegant and crazy. What The Sugarcubes initiated, Bjork expanded to the limit. Hypnotic and classy.
Never before a band name matched the music they play. What you see is what you get
Amazing album, not a single bad song in it. Masterpiece classic!
I discovered this album very late in time, but it amazes me how fresh it sounds. Really brings you to a landscape both physically and emotionally.
Probably the best album ever made. That simple, that honest.
Best hip hop album for non hip hop lovers.
A record that surpasses the grunge boundaries. Sounds fresh and direct.
Remarquable album by a very special band, however, not as brilliant and influential as their debut album.
Cult classic!
A masterpiece
Life after Nirvana wasn't that bad. Still a great album to revisit.
Good album, but not his best.
The Stones at their best, a golden age far much better than their later career from the 80s on.
The first album is still the best. Pure talent that sent rock and roll to the world. But not only, this album shows the versality and brilliance of a unique artist.
An album showing the maturity of the band. Recommended.
Arguably my favourite album of all time. This band and this record changed my life, and I can't be more grateful.
A definition of a masterpiece. An album that closed to perfection a musical universe. Inventive, original and timeless.
The Beatles in form, not perfect but almost.
I love this album starting with the cover
Not my favourite album from him, jut still a great achievement!!
Hypnotic, moody, dreamy, psychedelic, comforting... and all the adjectives you can imagine fits in this album. A timeless masterpiece
My favourite album of Bowie. Still unbeatable from start to end. Sounds modern, catchy and fascinating still today, since 1972. If you can only listen to 1 Bowie Album then pick this one.
Being a masterpiece in all it's extension, it is not my favourite album from The Beatles. Still million times better than anything written in years.
An exceptional album, however still below my favourites The Bends and OK Computer.
