Not as bad as I thought it would be, but probably won't listen to it regularly. Too many fade outs at end of songs. Like...a lot.
Some of the songs were a little too out there for me, but I totally get the hype behind her. Absolutely has bangers I would listen to again. I have know about Bjork my entire life, but this is the first time I have listened to an entire album by her.
Excellent album; little funky, very soulful. Will be listening to again!
Great production on a beautiful album. Slow burn at times, but overall excellent!
One if the best to do it. Excellent album front to back.
Cool album, but not my jam. I like certain eras of Genesis, but this one is not for me.
Have never listened to a country album front to back before. Very fun and the songs are short and to the point. Really fun album!
Turns out I dig Motorhead. No t a big live album fan, but great album overall.
Great album. Never realized how religious the album was. Beautiful album structure with songs flowing into the next. Awesome listen
Beautiful album. Big fan, never knew I needed this in my life.
Classic for a reason. I have come to love his later work far more, but great tunes and good fun.
Love this band. Not my favorite album of theirs, but overall a great listen.
Love Nick Cave's early stuff, but this one is a but too slow for my tastes. Objectively good album, but probably won't be in a rush to listen to again.
Some good songs, but really not for me.
Excellent album. Need to spend more time with it to digest it all, but I really dug it.
Classic album with some great songs. Helpless is a perfect Neil Young song.
Cool album, but I really have no standard of salsa music so not sure how to rate it.
Great album, truly a legend
These guys are clearly talented af, but its not my type of music.
Pretty dang good! Perfect 90s sound and lots of great songs. Turns out I like this band a bit more than I thought.
This made me realize that I like Elvis Costello maybe only in small doses. Lots of good songs though.
Really fun album. Had never heard before, but am definitely a fan!
Full of hits. Had fun with it, but not an album I would revisit a whole lot.
True classic. Have always known about DLS, but never listened to an album in full. Huge fan!
Like them in small doses, but a whole album was too much for me.
Phenomenal album. Always enjoyed the band, but this made me appreciate them even more
Beautiful songs, albeit a little overblown at times.
Didn't understand a single word, but the music is beautiful. Cool listen!
I might not be cool enough to get this one, but it's what I'd expect for a Eno and David Byrne album
Dug the music, didn't care for the vocals much.
Absolute classic. Couple songs dont do it for me, but overall a masterpiece.
Amazing album. Beautiful vocals and just a great listen all around.
Only knew the single Alright. Loved the rest of the album. Took me way too long to realize how great they are.
Dope beats and objectively good music, but not really something I'd revisit.
Kinda country, kinda folky. Fun listen.
Love 'Take On Me', but a whole album was too much for me.
Great band, pretty good album. Like Leisure and their later work a bit more
Epic and amazing. Long live Black Sabbath
Some really good songs, but a bit overblown for my tastes.
I really enjoyed this album. George is wildly talented and this one shows it. Good mix of pop anthems and softer songs.
Modern classic by the masters of their craft.
Honestly...I liked this way more than I thought I would. A little too much symphonic passages as the album went on, but not at all what I expected from the Bee Gees.
Huge fan. Elephant is my favorite of theirs, but this one is full of classics
Beautiful production. Amazing album front to back. Love the full band sound he introduced on this album.
Love New Order, but wasn't familiar with this one. Love them even more now. No notes.
Ya know...I dont dislike the pepper boys, but about half this album kinda throws off the vibe of the rest of it.
Absolute masterpiece. Long album, but didn't feel drawn out or boring once. Wonderful listen.
I adored this album. Yeah, its weird, she's out there, but her song structures, use of percussion and ear for hooks made for a very enjoyable listen.
Two of their best songs with a bunch of filler sandwiched in between. Was not familiar with Country Honk so that was kind of interesting to hear. Idk why, but the Stones appeal to me less as I get older. Not a bad album, just not one I'd lean on when I'm in the mood for them.
Wowowow. Can't believe I have never heard this and its crazy to think that this came out in the 70s. Seminal album in the history of hardcore punk. Have to be in the right mood to put this on, but damn, what an album it is.
I really want to like this band more than I do. The instrumentation is excellent, but I cannot get into the vocals for some reason. Still a classic for a reason.
Badass album. Had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised with an album full of post punk goodness.
Really fun album. The bass and guitar work pulled me in. Apparently I like disco now. Big fan!
Absolute perfection. Everyday People had to be one of the best songs ever written.
I was 18 when this came out, but only remember the band by name and was wondering how I missed it. After listening, I totally see why it passed me by. Definitely not something I would have appreciated at the time. Even now, after listening, I get why it might have been a big deal, but a whole album of this is too much for me. Some funky , groovy songs, but I think I would appreciate them more if a song or two were sprinkled amongst a playlist.
Liked it more than I thought. A lot of reggae blends together for me, but this had some standout tracks. Fun listen.
