I must give the queen of soul her due RESPECT. The album opens with that track, probably her most famous song. She has an amazing voice but her music is just not my style
I’m familiar with some of cream songs. There was one on this album that I recognized. I must say I don’t think this would’ve been my favorite album of theirs.
Finally an album I have heard before and actually had the cd at one point. Great REM album with the classic jam, It’s the end of the world…

This just really isn’t my style. I will be honest, I couldn’t even listen to the album in its entirety. I did think it was cool that at the very beginning they announced that the show was going to be recorded…funny how far we have come with live performances

Awesome album, brings back memories…such a good time when this album came out. I was a fan of RHCP before this, I remember my first taste was watching the movie thrashin’ and seeing them perform Blackeyed Blonde. (Great song, not on this album). I think this album was what really propelled them into the fame level they are in today
