Halfway through the album; don’t know what the fuss is about. Most of the songs just sound the same to me. It’s definitely not bad, just monotonous. Just finished the album, my opinion hasn’t changed. I actually want to like it, looking at all the positive reviews, but I just don’t. Maybe I need to listen to this album more to get into it. I’ll give it a solid 2/5.

Wonderful Rainbow by Lightning Bolt

Never heard of lightning bolt, I have no idea what to expect going into this listening experience. I’ve listened to a few songs by now. It feels like something interesting has to come every song, but the instrumentals stay the same throughout most songs. It’s definitely a very interesting album. I like some of the instrumentals, but most of the time this is just straight up noise pollution. Genuinely felt like this album was never ending.
