It's certainly of a time. My overriding view is it's no Gran Central records production.

Enjoyed this album more than I thought it would, it flowed well and resonated even on first listen. The mid tracks stood out - What Is this Feeling, Old Time Lovin' and I've Never Found A Girl. Left me wanting to listen to it again, incredible given it is almost 50 years old.
All a bit new wave for me, hopping between styles and sax overload. I can see why people would be impressed with the album without potentially actually liking it. Lemon Firebrigade grabbed me for a bit.
New wave, combining rock and dance music. There's bits to like but it's a largely noisy and chaotic sound, perhaps better suited to the time. Quite liked the rockier 'Hero Worship'.
I liked it. It's good background music for when I am working. Funny that the first track is 20mins and the rest somewhat normal length.
I was giving this a pass, because this is how this type of music sounded in the 90s. And then I got to 'Be Sweet' - the lyrics had me cracking up. It’s a break up album that I didn’t feel.
There are parts of the album that are very good and it's certainly well produced, but there are some massive horrors in there, which perhaps point to a troubled mind. I liked Monster and So Appalled.
I like this album, particularly Drowned World / Substitute for Love and Swim. I also like the upbeat dance music. Not very consistent throughout.
I used quite like Wilco, but I'm not keen on this album. I don't find it very easy listening and in places quite jarring. The best album I own of theirs is 'Kicking Television, Live in Chicago', which is a sort of best of.
Elvis Presley always feels a little mysterious to me, as he was unfortunately dead before I was born, but had such an impact on bringing a fusion of genres to the masses, Undoubtedly one of the most significant albums in the history of contemporary music, setting the scene for rockabilly. Blue Moon sounds so good.
What stands out most for me is the bands potential and out of this world ability. It doesn't all quite hang together, but it's a hint of incredible tracks to come. Walk this way, never tires and Big Tench Inch Record for a change of style caught my attention.
It’s an album packed full of covers we are all aware of. I struggle with too much funkiness and the unique sound and constant organ grow wearing on me.
I really liked it. The singer has a distinctive voice, that I can hear in my head at any time. So Young and Animal Nitrate are blinders, and Sleeping Pills also.
Nice, good album. I like the opening track 'Golden Age' and always been a fan of 'Lost Cause'. Like many albums I would suggest there are too many tracks.
Fantastic. Incredible album, consistent throughout and packed with hits. Love Springsteens work.
It's certainly of a time. My overriding view is it's no Gran Central records production.
Excellent album, really liked it.
Classic. This zips me straight back to the end of Sixth Form and early Uni. Brilliant album, which has stood the test of time.
Decent background album.
Excellent. Some brilliant tracks that I hadn't heard before.
Couple of belters, but don't need to listen to the full album.
