Bat Out Of Hell
Meat LoafThree great songs and some filler. The vocals are superb

Eh. Not my cup of tea.
Never a fan of rap or hip hop but these guys meld rock into Rap and every song just works.
Should not be on any list.
One of the best albums of any era.
Boring.
I get why this album is considered one of the top 1001 albums but when you dig into it and listen to it, there aren’t that many strong songs. I almost feel like it’s 50% music and 50% filler
This album is a great example of what ABBA was all about. Great lyrics, harmonies and catchy little songs that stay with you for a long time.
Seminal album by one of the greatest rock and roll bands ever. Varying influences throughout and a must have record. Def a dessert island disc. The greatest rock and roll picture on the cover.
Not my favorite record at all. Never liked these guys
Don’t get me wrong, I think Jack White is an incredible guitarist and I love Meg White on drums but I think this album is a bit overrated
Excellent album from beginning to end.
AC/DC at their best.
I won't apologize for loving Billy Joel's music. Yes, there is some real crap in their but his catalogue is as strong as almost every individual artist in history. This album is filled with catchy, sing to yourself numbers. the stories are always real to me and that is where he sets himself apart.
Annie Lennox has one of the voices in recent memory. Great slbum
Let me preface this with the fact that I am a huge Who fan. Have been for 50 years. With that being said, this is one of the best live albums ever recorded. Period. The live version of My Generation stands apart from all live recordings of any song ever. The sheer power of the band is felt through every note. I like the original version. The deluxe edition is pretty cool but there really aren't additional songs that hold up to the original pressing.
She is talented. I just never got all the hoopla about this album. Sue me
The last Doors album while Morrison was alive. I love this album because it is a more stripped down version of the band. Morrison's vocals are top shelf and the blues undertones are all over this album. Not their best but damn close.
Along with Warren Zevon, Harry Nilsson was that genius that died way before his time. He was eclectic, absurd and infinitely enjoyable
Possibly the greatest album ever recorded. Better than Sgt Peppers
Morrissey and the Smiths separate or together can bring down a baby shower or a Bar Mitzva.
If it hasn't been said before, I will say it again, this one of the greatest albums ever recorded. I am def a Who fan and have loved the band for over 55 years so I may be a touch biased but I think I am probably spot on. This album showed the greatest of the band. Entwisle has never been better, stronger but yet subdued. Keith Moon was every bit the monster on drums. Daltry was at the peak. Maybe the grestest rock scream ever. Townshend was amazing. His singing, guitar playing, use of synthesizers and experimental sounds. The writing was proabaly as good as ever.
Beautiful voice for sure but how many times can you listen to songs about breaking up or terrible boyfriends. She’s Taylor Swift with a much better voice
No doubt in my mind that this is Dylan’s best album. It has every element that made Dylan special, the story telling. The heartache. The crisp writing. One of the best albums ever recorded and even though I am no Dylan lover, I will go to my grave believing it.
