This is quite boring background music. I'm sure the guitar playing is very difficult but judging purely on how it makes me feel, it doesn't do anything. Songs are really long and just keep going, not sure what he's trying to do with them. Intro to money for nothing bangs though

Loved this when it came out and still sounds amazing. Such a journey

Don't Stand Me Down by Dexys Midnight Runners

Maybe this is one of those albums that you have to listen to loads of times to really get it, and listen intently. On a couple of listens across one day I get the sense there is something interesting there, but I am not investing a lot of time to concentrate on it. I had not heard dexys much before, but I was a fan of Dogs Die in Hot Cars and now I realise how much they were inspired by dexys
