Having never heard of Fela Kuti, I went into this album with some trepidation. However this turned out to be one of the best albums that I have heard so far on the 1001 albums.
Great fusion of funk and jazz and traditional African rhythms. Throw in Ginger Baker on drums and this is a fantastic album.

I wondered what the hell was going on when I heard the first couple of songs on the album. All in all thia was pretty decent
I heard of this band about a month ago, when I went down a youtube rabbit hole. I don think this is a true psycheldelic album, but rather a mix of surf and garage rock with some psyshedelic flashes.
Over all a good album with some great songs. I do wonder what was being passed around to consider adding an electric jug into the mix🤷♂️

I found this to be an interesting Album. An interesting juxtaposition of music, noise and spoken word, albeit unsettling and confronting at times. I probably won't listen to it again, but I am glad that the generator drops these oddities into the mix as they all influence another artist down the line and move music forward in new ways.

I have never really listened to Coldplay, aprt from the insesant radio play that they recieved when they first broke onto the charts. After listening to only 5 songs on this album, I stand by that decision.
