Meh. I give the album a 2.5/5. Just wasn't my jam. Sounds like a Goth inspired 80s wannabe funk album. There is a reason these guys didn't go the distance.

Sleeper album and artist. I really enjoyed this! Super easy listening, especially if you like the 90s. It's a solid 4.

Classic reggae. I liked it, but it wasn't my favorite I've ever heard.
Judas Priest

Classic ultimate rock album. Always a goodie. Solid 4 just because there are others I enjoy more.
Emerson, Lake & Palmer

Janelle Monáe

I really enjoyed this album. Janelle's voice is gorgeous. She has a cool vibe as well. There were 3 songs I could have done without. That's the reason for the 4 stars.
Alice Cooper
5/5
Great album! I knew a gre songs already but never heard the album all the way through. Will for sure listen again. Reminds me of my older brother while we were growing up.

Nostalgia bumped this one up for me. I remember my older siblings listening to Smashing Pumpkins; this album in particular. Vocals are there, drums are great, and it's just a well rounded 90's sound in my opinion. Solid 4!
Fred Neil
3/5
While I appreciate the music, and knew a song or two, the album was a 3 for me. Maybe it's bc Dylan is what folk should sound like to me but this didn't give me the same feeling as BD.
Van Morrison

Wow... this is probably the worst album I have ever listened to in my life. I couldn't listen all the way through. Got to the 3rd to last track and decided to save my ears the immense pain of listening to the Butthole Surfers. Cool band name, horrible sound. I'd give 0 stars if I could because even 1 is too generous.
Snoop Dogg
4/5
I knew a few songs off of the album but never listened in its entirety. I really enjoyed the og rap and can see the influence Snoop has had on others. Solid 4 and I would definitely listen to it again.

It's a classic that I had the pleasure of listening to growing up. My mom was 40 when she had me and I got to enjoy a broad range of music due to that. Love how they harmonize together. One of the greatest duos out there.
Lambchop
3/5
3 stars for the great voice. 2 stars for the album. I couldn't get into it. Some songs were ok, the others just felt sad and not like there was much variety. Probably wouldn't listen to Lambchop again.

Ok, first, this is a hell of a long album. Like, can we just not. 3 hours? No thanks. I listened to an hours worth. It's alright. Nothing that I'd be down to listen to again or all the way through ever unless I was forced to. High two, not worth a 3 for me.

What was this? lol I think I might have a shot at making it if this band could. This was just an oddity, and not a delightful one. The lyrics were a bit hysterical where they just rhymed random shit. The band sounded drunk mixing random sounds together and giving it the green light. Sadly a 1 star for me. Def not an album anyone needs to listen to in this lifetime. Maybe the next.
