Joan Armatrading
Joan ArmatradingI loved the album! Folksy, excellent voice! I have never heard of Joan Armatrading until today. It was relaxing to listen to it. I think the album is well done.

I went out on a walk this morning when this came on my playlist. This type of music is not exactly one I listen to, but went ahead and listened to it. It was percussive, repetitive. Few vocals. It came to the point where I couldn't stand it. Some people keep talking about the bass, but to be honest, I have heard better bass lines from other genres. New York, I love you , but you're bringing me down, was a song I liked. The others should have been more thought out. I will give this a 2. Nothing more, nothing less.
Fantastic voice! How come I never heard of him? I liked his music. Folk music mixed with a psychedelic rock from the late sixties.
I loved the album. Fantastic voice! Soulful, passionate! My favorite one was Back to Black.

I liked this album very much. I didn't know he sang "I can't live, if living is without you." It was really nice.
When I listen to Dylan, I think of powerful lyrics! To me he delivered. However,I do prefer his earlier work.
Reallyβ¦A fantastic album.
Dusty Springfield has this sweet, unique voice! As I was listening to it, I thought "I think I have heard this voice before." When "Son of a Preacher Man" played, I said to myself, "Yep." Fantastic album, fantastic voice. Loved it!
Bob Dylan's "Royal Albert Hall" Concert sounded really beautiful. His acoustic guitar, harmonica, and his voice projecting the lyrics were and still are, powerful. I wanted to pick up my guitar and play away; however, I desisted from the idea and listened. Some people do not like the harmonica Dylan uses in his songs. To me this is what Dylan is all about: Folksy, Americana.
Interesting album! This is the first time I have heard a Cream album. I heard "Sunshine of Your Life" before and liked it. Although psychedelic rock is not something I listen to much, this album was really good. One of the songs sounded like the song from Clapton that goes "In the white room, with dark curtains at the station." This album is a 5.
The Beach Boys went psychedelic on this album. Never heard it before. I think they tried writing music criticizing what they were living at the time. βStudent Protestβ was not my favorite song but the rest of the album was fine. I read somewhere that the art cover suggested the end of the band. At first glance, I thought the album would be a sad one. Still, great voices beautiful talent. 5
Black Sabbath was one of the most influential rock bands in my lifetime.
Excellent album! Itβs the Boss!
Cool sounds from the 70βs. Very retroβ¦I wish the singer wouldnβt try to sound like Stevie Wonder
This is the first time I have ever heard of them. Definitely a great band.
This morning I went out for a drive I listened to TLC. RnB is not my thing, but to be fair, the vocals were really good. Great instrumental arrangements, good balance on drums and percussion. It doesnβt get tiring. 4
I have heard of Alice Cooper before. From this album, I already knew "No More Mr. Nice Guy." Some of the themes I didn't really care for; however, I listened to the album through and through. 4 stars
Great album!
The Who has had a strong musical influence growing up
Great musicians, great production, terrible lyrics.
It was good while I was pulling out the weeds. When I was done I rated the album a 1.
This is a great album! Nile Rodgers and Bernard Williams are fantastic musicians and producers. Love the songs!
This is the first time I will listen to an Elvis Costello album. His music is not bad at all. I sat and listened. Interesting. 4
Not for me.
I only liked Tainted Love. The rest of the songs I didnβt care for much.
Beautiful voice!
She was an incredible piano player. A person who loved Bach. A brilliant woman.
Excellent album!Truly a classic! 5
This band had potential. I wish the distortion was less, and that the reverb didnβt sound like one was in the bathroom. I think itβs a 3.
He is a legend. I have never heard this album before, but David Bowie always had style and class. 5
This album was just terrific! I loved this album back then. Still love it to this day. 5
Great album back then, great album today.
I have never heard this artist before. This is the first time I do. I listened to all of the tracks. Did he compose all of these songs? I think if he would have had someone prepare the arrangements, he would have had better success.
Excellent album!
Great album! Catchy music!
The instruments played in this album were fine. The musicians did their part. So who was the weakest link? In my view it was the singer. I had trouble understanding what he was singing. He was mumbling. He needed to enunciate the lyrics more. Overall, it was okay. Itβs not something I would want to listen to again. 3
This is album number 45, and this is the second album from the Rolling Stones I am listening to. The first one was Beggar's Banquet. I understand that after BB, came Let it Bleed. I took the time to listen to the album from the beginning to its last song. This is the first time I have listened to this album, and really liked its bluesy feeling. I have heard "Gimme Shelter", "Honky Tonk Woman", and "You Can't Always Get What You Want-" all classic rock songs. I believe in all it was a really well made album. I liked it. 5
This is the second album I have listened to by Primal Scream. I don't particularly like their music, but this one was better than the first album I heard, Screamadelica.
This is the first time I have listened to an entire Elvis Presley album. I have heard some of the songs before such as "Blue Suede Shoes" "Blue Moon" and "Tutti Frutti" but not the record. I loved it. Superb album from 1956. Superb in 2025. 5
Iβm not a fan of this genre, but I listened to this album and it was good. 4
Catchy rhythm, no foul language, very percussive, jazzy! Great job!
I have listened to the entire album. This is a really neat record. My favorite songs- God Only Knows and Wouldn't it Be Nice. I have listened to those before and love it as much as I love it today.
I have no idea what I am listening to. It is insanely repetitive. This reminds me of a day I was watching television and there was this abrupt intermission. "We will be back shortly" and played this type of music again for an hour. Not my cup of tea. I really did not get the concept. 1
Excellent album! Ozzy Osbourne (RIP) Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. Legendary lineup for a great band that opened the door for many metal fans. 5/5
Fantastic album! Loved it from beginning to end. 5/5
Love the Brazilian, African, and Caribbean rhythms!

This is the first time I ever heard the full album. I have heard βLetβs Get it Onβ before. It doesnβt surprise me if the World population increased due to this song! As far as the rest of this album? Smooth, great voice, fantastic production. 5/5
