Didn’t even know about this collective. Loved the production, the samples and the genuine love for life that comes out of these tracks!

Hated it when growing up (was on the Nirvana camp). But it’s a good rock record with an excellent singer

I was respecting Stooges from afar but never actually listened to any of their records. This was a pleasant surprise: raw, unhinged and powerful.

Generic Indy

Their most commercial work so far turned out to also be their best. Production is warmer and the record has some of their strongest songs ‘Personal Jesus’, ‘Enjoy the silence’, ‘Policy of truth’

The androgynous vocals give this record an edge. There is also ambition in the compositions but the music is very much of this era.

Historical significance but thin as a record.
