1001 Albums Summary

It's Credence. I enjoyed the album, having heard a couple songs from it before.

This album has so many hits. A classic.

I'm a huge Rush fan, so I'm biased, but this was a great listen that brought me back to my high school days. Also, over half of the album is one song, which I think is awesome.

I'm a big Arcade Fire fan and enjoyed listening to Neon Bible again. It doesn't beat out The Suburbs as my favorite AF album, but it's great.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this one. A couple of the songs were bangers, but the rest weren't my cup of tea. Overall pretty strong.

I guess I just don't like reggae. Sorry Bob.

Yes has some classics, but none of them are on this album in my opinion.

A fun album with some cool songs. Hey Ya is one of my favorite songs of all time so I'll bump it up a bit for that.

I'm enjoying the dreamy folksy nature of this first song. I thought about it a bit more and realized that I didn't really enjoy my time with the album. I kept checking to see if I was on the last song yet, and the entire thing is only ~35 minutes long. Oof.

I enjoyed parts of it, but it just kinda dragged on for me. I do really love some Paul Simon songs but unfortunately none of the ones on this album stood out.

Immediate impressions upon seeing the album: wow, I know a lot of these songs! Some bangers in here, but some stinkers as well.

Some songs were good, but I don't think this style of dance music is for me.

I enjoy songs where he isn't rapping. Some good stuff in here that's overshadowed by songs I wasn't particularly fond of.

🤘 Got a little repetitive towards the middle, but it's Metallica. Master of Puppets alone makes this album worth it.

I got a few songs in and realized I was actively disliking every song so I stopped.

I know all the usual Sabbath songs so it was fun to listen to a bunch that I'd never heard before. I can definitely see why they're so influential.

I've listened to and enjoyed Massive Attack before, but this was not the same style of music that I'm used to hearing from them.

Chicago and Casino Pulaski Day are so good. The rest is good too! I enjoyed the album overall.

I have to say that I Want You to Want Me and Surrender do a lot of heavy lifting for this one.

If I was there watching this live, I would be about 85% more into it. So much riffing and jazz-y stuff that had me slightly bored listening in the car.

I've enjoyed some Sigur Ros before and this was no different. Good relaxing/working music.

This was one of the strangest albums I've ever listened to.

There are other Maiden songs I like more, but this was pretty good.

Some part were a little plodding, but when this album hits, it HITS.

I've just never been a huge Zeppelin fan. There are a couple good songs in here (and Stairway is a classic) but not really my thing.
