Really enjoyed the music though I found the mix kind of distracting where the majority of the instrumentation was coming from the left and the majority of the vocals from the right. It seemed like they were playing too hard with the stereo idea and that little shift might work but I found this shift so dramatic as to be distracting. I listened via headphones which also may have heightened the effect over the type of amplification that might have been used to playback this music in the era it was made. Listened to the album a second time not using headphones and the effect worked out much better though I still found it to be more pronounced than necessary.
not for me
A nostalgic album for me
Mr Blue Sky such a timeless classic.
Fun
Some classics here though on the whole I find the Talking Heads a bit grating
Actually found this really fun
Roll over Beethoven is such a jam
Some jams, some wak
really fun
reminds of norah jones
some fun mariachi jams
pretty nice actually
i mean the album cover says no but the music says yes
great jazz
man i dislike modern-day kanye but it's hard not to love this record
meh
it's fine
some bangers but mostly not to my taste
great fun like irish rock
Who'll stop the rain is a classic. Some other fun classic stuff.
kind of like a daft punk precursor?
I do find the mixes for the beatles kind of weird with headphones where the L/R audio is totally wack
The more alt-rock style songs vibe with me, the more hard-rock / metal songs I could do without.
fun album
i mean take on me is classic but otherwise didn't find it all that interesting
Definitely don't understand this type of music, maybe you had to be there.
very mellow
actually really fun
Zen meditation music like from a massage parlor
Also has a sort of zen meditation vibe to it but with more vocals
Absolute banger
