Really enjoyed the music though I found the mix kind of distracting where the majority of the instrumentation was coming from the left and the majority of the vocals from the right. It seemed like they were playing too hard with the stereo idea and that little shift might work but I found this shift so dramatic as to be distracting. I listened via headphones which also may have heightened the effect over the type of amplification that might have been used to playback this music in the era it was made.
Listened to the album a second time not using headphones and the effect worked out much better though I still found it to be more pronounced than necessary.
