Sound of Silver by LCD Soundsystem
Jan 22 2026

This indie classic has all the dance vibes of the early to mid, 2000s, well maintaining more refined and polished sound. This album is a'ight.

Rio by Duran Duran
Jan 23 2026

This is day 3 of this project for myself and this album is my favorite so far. I really enjoyed it immediately once I am hit with those incredible basslines which occur throughout the album. They are woven in so intricately and wonderfully and it gives a nice rhythm and pace to the entire album which is so much fun to listen to.This is the synth pop classic and yeah, I really enjoyed it

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Jan 24 2026

This is a top 10 jazz record for me. Brubeck's compositions are a masterpiece.

Deep Purple In Rock by Deep Purple
Jan 25 2026

This album rocks between psychedelic and metal in thrilling ways. Vibed with it

Jan 26 2026

Day 6. My favorite jazz musician of all time. Doesn't get better than this. I've spun this record so many times and it hits every single time. Fantastic, experimental, and just wonderful listening. Fantastic album.

Blue by Joni Mitchell
Jan 27 2026

Vulnerable, heartfelt and extremely personal. This album is an interesting look into the artist's soul. This style of music isn't what I usually listen to, but I do vibe with this record

Planet Rock: The Album by Afrika Bambaataa
Jan 28 2026

This album reminds me of my Tio's backyard. The parties my parents would dance all night to the music bumping loud on speakers. The DJ scratching at the ones and twos and every adult in my family awkwardly moving their bodies to the groove. Personallu, this album drips with nostalgia. This record was the background to me playing with my cousins running around causing trouble while my parents we're toopreoccupied to take notice. It reminds me of good times; however, I am a person who cannot separate art from its artist or I suppose I simply refuse to. And therefore, for that reason and the allegations, this alb I m a nothing for me.

Woodface by Crowded House
Jan 30 2026

First album/artist I have never heard on this list and for the life of me I can't quite figure out its inclusion. This music is bland and sounds like many from thos era. Not sure why the editors of this list felt Woodface stood out. Not for me.

Closer by Joy Division
Feb 01 2026

This album is cool, not really my favorite. But it's all right

Machine Head by Deep Purple
Feb 04 2026

I understand its importance but not my vibe

Station To Station by David Bowie
Feb 05 2026

I love Bowie and this is one of his best albums.

Buffalo Springfield Again by Buffalo Springfield
Feb 06 2026

This isn't my vibe. There are much better Neil Young songs. Just okay

Feb 07 2026

Fantastic Queen album. I am not exactly a huge fan of classic rock but this is something special. Every song is impactful and keeps the record progressing. Great stuff.

Rejoicing In The Hands by Devendra Banhart
Feb 08 2026

When I was a teenager, everyone loved this album; was never my vibe. I never understood it. There are so many better albums from similar artists of the era. And I really don't understand why this album was picked over any of those in its genre.

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Feb 09 2026

This album is ahead of its time, birthing folk punk far before it became a genre. Always a classic in my mind. Happy for its inclusion on this list.

Brothers In Arms by Dire Straits
Feb 10 2026

Yeah, rough to get through. Not a fan

I Should Coco by Supergrass
Feb 11 2026

Going into this, I thought I'd never heard Supergrass but knew what they would sound like, in part due to their name. However, when the album started, I was surprised by the sound. I was listening to an extremely kinetic indie rock band with fast guitars and energetic drums. Then Alright played and I realized I had heard thos song and band before but didn't realize it was them. This album is a fun listen and definitely through my assumptions out the window. Liked this a lot.

Being There by Wilco
Feb 12 2026

I was bored. V bored

What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
Feb 13 2026

This an incredible album from a timeless artist. It's message is still as important as when the album was made. Love it.

Feb 14 2026

It is fine. I just don't care about it.

Suzanne Vega by Suzanne Vega
Feb 16 2026

FreshingI had never listened to her work apart from the big hit and I was impressed enjoyed it thoroughly

Back In Black by AC/DC
Feb 17 2026

I've never listened to a full AC/DC album. This album had every single hit I've ever heard from them. For AC/DC or just classic rock fans this has to be your holy grail. It was coo. More tolerable than I expected

Surf's Up by The Beach Boys
Feb 18 2026

I have never heard of this album or any of the tracks on it. This is not the Beach Boys I knew. This is a reinvention and it works. This album is filled with social messages and it works.

Wild Is The Wind by Nina Simone
Feb 19 2026

Beautiful album. Other reviews have put it more eloquently. A real gem in this list genereator

That's The Way Of The World by Earth, Wind & Fire
Feb 20 2026

Just a plain fun album. Like it a lot. Even the songs that aren't timeless hits are fantastic.

Skylarking by XTC
Feb 23 2026

Dear God is an incredible song. XTC is such an interesting band. I've listened to their 70s stuff prior and enjoyed it and was surprised to see how much they reinvented themselves in 7 year's. Great album from an underrated band.

Violator by Depeche Mode
Feb 24 2026

At San Quentin by Johnny Cash
Feb 28 2026

This live album is incredible. The energy from the crowd, Cash's charm, equals a rule engaging listening experience as he goes through a mix of his catalog. Great stuff.

En-Tact by The Shamen
Mar 01 2026

I was in some sort of 90s-rave-hellscape while enduring this undanceable trash. No more please

Home Is Where The Music Is by Hugh Masekela
Mar 03 2026

I had never listened to Hugh before. And am now upset that I hadn't started listening to him earlier. This is a great album for any jazz head out there
