Not a big rap fan but that shit is dope.
Used to play jazz drums in high school, this took me way back.
Reminds me a lot of Pink Floyd.
I’m not really into blues, didn’t love this.
Old school classic rock. Kinda like Led Zeppelin only not as good.
Several classics on this album. Not altogether bad. Sounds like classic 70's rock music.
Really weird but not terrible.
Super cool, did not know Nick Cave existed. Will look into further.
Beautiful album. Liked it a lot.
There is a song with some really obnoxious snoring going on very much in the foreground. It's awful. Poor songwriting. There is a reason I've never heard of this band.
Say heck no to techno. I'm sorry, I want to love DP, but I just can't get into it.
Country is not really my thing, but this wasn't too bad. Maybe its just old country I can get on board with. This new country crap pisses me off so bad.
It was kinda good, did not suck as bad as I thought it would.
Lots of fun, takes me back to the 80s.
There's a reason David Bowie is awesome, and this album is one of those reasons.
Are you reeling in the years?
What's with all the farting noises? Otherwise quite funky.
This was really weird in a great way. I can't believe I've never heard of this band.
I didn't love this album when I was a kid, but there are really so many great songs on it. Not sure what my beef was, but this thing is great.
I keep hearing more and more Johnny Cash and I like it a little more every listen.
I've heard about this guy for a long time. Super chill music, better than I thought it would be.
Super great. Takes me back to my teenage years.
Really weird and dark and I could hardly tell if it was music. Not sure if I will revisit this one.
Honestly, pretty cool stuff. Chill to listen to while working because I can't understand any of the lyrics.
Love me some jazz, heard some stuff that other folks have covered, and the original is just as awesome.
This deserves another listen to, but for now, I must move on.
There are some classics on here. Didn't even know this existed. I should listen to more.
I'm learning to really appreciate what this guy has done in the rap world.
Great stuff. RIP Neal Peart.
A few solid bangers here, but the drumming is so basic and uninteresting.
Really great. A little weird. Never heard of them before but I could see getting into this band.
It's the Beatles, are you serious?
Never head of them. This needs a relisten.
Not really my thing but ok.
Some classic tunes on here. Didn't hate it.
Never knew he existed. Very relaxing.
Fun enough. Will have to give this a second listen at some point.
Like Thursday before Thursday learned how to write songs.
I get it, they're famous, and highly influential in the days of early folk rock, but it was kinda meh.
OMG this is so bad. I hate Meat Loaf so much. If I never hear another ML song ever again it will be too soon. How to I give this (-) points? I assume this is something that you would have to have grown up with to even consider as something worth listening to again. Please 1001 Albums Generator, do not feed me anymore of this trash.
Very good album. I've heard some of these songs before but never attributed them to the YYYs. Will have to give another listen sometime.
Really good stuff, chill, relaxing, can easily work while listening.
Grew up listening to MJ and gotta say there are some bangers on here. Takes me way back.
A classic album, beautiful blues tunes, great background music.
Some classics on here and I can see why they call this the birth of modern metal.
Super interesting and diverse. Adding to my listen-again list.
Not really my jams but I hear the influences. I get why people at the time thought it was great.
Weird, in a cool 80s way.
Who doesn't love Radiohead? Nobody, that's who.
An Oasis alternative with some Nada Surf/Fastball thrown in. Not terrible, but kinda generic.
You can call me Al. 'nuff said.
Classic blues rock going way, way back.
Meh. The Boss doesn't quite do it for me.
Surprisingly I really liked this.
Y'all y'all it's a SABOTAGE!
Super good, what a great find by the album generator.
I rarely listen to country music, but this is was pretty great.
So weird but only strengthens my appreciation for all the weird stuff Radiohead has done.
Never heard of Brian Eno before, but this is pretty wack.
Super weird and I didn't hate it.
Better than I thought it would be. Gave it several listens all the way through and it got better each time.
Different. I wouldn't say it was all that and a bag of chips, but it was something, and for that I'll give it 3 stars.
I don't really get into this stuff, but its neat to hear all their influence sin the 60 years since.
Kind of a trip and I didn't hate it.
This was so excellent and weird and I loved it. Can't believe I'd never heard of it before.
Never heard of them but its pretty great jamz.
So fuggin weird, I don't know how this got recommended.
Got some real bangers here, but I'm not really a Metallica fan.
I'm just not a metal guy, but I can see how this is sort of the quintessential metal album of the 90s.
Pretty wild listen. I see why people liked it so much.
Pretty standard fare 80s brit pop.
I forgo how many super great songs there were on this album.
Weerd, and it wasn't really that great.
I can’t say I had ever heard any Willie Nelson before, and I don’t usually get into country music, but this was pretty great. Will definitely listen to again.
Was a great album when I first heard it 20 years ago. It has aged well.
Other than the one song, most everything on this album is pretty ho-hum.
Honestly, some of the sounds on this record are downright obnoxious. Was listening to it at work and then heard a bunch of screeching sounds and was like WTF turn that off.
Holy crap whoever put that on a list of any kind was straight smoking crack. If that's music then I'm Prince. This was so bad, the idea that anybody has ever listened to it is ridiculous, and the spins on spotify are proof of this.
I like Pink Floyd, but this was a bit weird, even for them.
Awful, random sounds that vaguely remind me of riffs off other oddly random crappy sounds. The fact that this guy ever had a music career makes me hurt.
How did this end up on the list!?!?!?! It was not great, but amazingly, not a one star vote either.
Imagine having the nutsack to call you band ... THE Band.
Some classics on here. So 1980s.
Everything about this is a masterpiece.
I get it, they had one song that just slaps. But much of the rest of this was just annoying AF.
Never heard of her before but really great music, even if this is something I don't usually listen to.
So great. You can just sit and listen and really soak in it, or let it play in the background and be super productive.
I've only ever heard of this guy, and there's a reason why. It's shit.
Irritating if you're trying to get something done. Maybe totally awesome if you're on drugs, but I didn't test that theory.
