Enjoy every song on album!
Didn’t really listen to The Who in younger years but a few of their songs I really enjoyed and recognized. Good live album and definitely has the rock/band sound of 70’s for teen youth.
Not so much a music album, more like talking style poetic lyrics. Songs out of tune really because it came across more like talking vs singing.
Good album, fun songs to listen to. Blonde is a category all on her own & band is great!
Good album to listen to when doing chores. Most of the songs are hard to sit still for.
Vocals sound a lot like Willie Nelson but music has a more bluesy undertone.
4+ First time hearing this album and really like DW’s singing style and the different music notes on this Album.
Last song on album good because it’s most instrumental.
Contemplative, reflective album
Too many recordings on this album. No lyrics, only statements to a good beat. What comes to mind is singer had a hard, troubled, unhappy life. Not an album a parent, grandparent, brother or sister would be bragging about.
A unique individual and such a distinct voice. An icon.
Rock, Techno sounds. R&B, Rap vibes. Wide variety of sounds.
Beautiful voice, soulful stories sung through music.
Enjoyed band and brass instruments with no lyrics.
Early morning listening to album, has a coffee house type vibe.
Good storytelling songs that would be great for long road trips.
Bluesy, political topics of the 70’s, racial.
Beautiful somewhat smoky voice and band is great. Nightclub Smoke filled room vibe
Enjoy the sound and vocals from Pet Shop Boys
Wood be a great rap album if less N & P used
Great tracks for debut album.
Uplifting lyrics, good vocals
Very long classical piano album
As Austin Powers would say…”yeah baby”
So great that I got to hear this album! The cover is deceiving as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The music and lyrics are very mellow and flow very easily.
Enjoyed this album, great vocals and band notes.
Classic Rock ‘n Roll band. Had no idea all these great songs were on 1 album.
Another great album and band from the 90’s!
Lyrics are a bit of a downer, melancholy-ish. Music sounds like it could be (maybe is), in the background of few movies.
Great techno-type sound, very little lyrics. Good for movie soundtracks, exercise workouts, dance clubs.
Not a fan of this style of singing. This is more talking-style and some notes sounded off. Definitely times of the 70’s, but not rock-n-roll.
Neil Young has such a distinct voice. Few iconic 70’s songs on the album that never age.
Too much anger, not really music.
Background music is good. With the lyrics included, the album appears to be best for those in mourning.
Songs sound too much alike
Great album, unique sound and can understand lyrics
Great jazz band, no lyrics & easy listening
Good band, 80’s somewhat fast paste music that was/is probably used in clubs
Synthesized pop music, futuristic sounding
Pleasant album with such a wide variety of musical notes, classical, few rap like songs, instrumental.
Contemplative, type with vibes of country music.
Fast pace music that all sounds alike.
Great outdoor background music to listen too
Nice easy listening, great musical notes.
Too many F bombs, good rage album.
High-end dance club music, very sultry.
Beautiful album, easy to listen to.
Techno dance club type album, not very many lyrics. Last song has notes of middle eastern music.
One of the greatest theme tracks, like how the album begins and ends with theme track. Album has great music notes on all tracks except song 10, that one didn’t fit the music style for this album.
Album cover doesn’t match the type of music that comes to mind. Each song is so different, middle eastern notes, Indian, a few tracks that sound a bit rappish.
There’s no other band like ABBA. Such pure music.
Musical note brat, vocal is some raspy
Good beat, some explicit language
Artwork on album fits the music
Circus type sound in beginning of songs and changed to darker notes.
Good album, story telling in the lyrics and background music choice is great.
Brilliant choice of instruments! Great band and album for originality!
Relaxing music, no vocals.

Great 1st album for 1960’s rock’n roll, with bluesy notes.
Words are clear and can be understood, story-like telling album.
Heard of this band but never listened to them, great album and enjoyed the variety of music. Sweet Sweet is great.
One of the most beautiful albums I’ve heard. The musical notes are well done and voice is beautiful!

Upbeat album, le freak is such a masterpiece!
Variety of sounds, pop, funk and rap.
Nice bluesy southern rock album.
How did I not hear this album before now!?
Such a beautiful voice! Album cover not so beautiful.
Not really a rap listener, but this is one of the best rap bands I’ve heard.
Such a distinct voice. Dolly could sing any song and have it come through with such emotion. Title of album, song is so powerful!
Song tunes are all very similar.
Fun album to listen too, definitely can tell it’s an album of the late 60’s. Enjoyed the foreign language vocals.
Punkish futuristic sounds for 1980 album.
Such a beautiful, soulful singer. The powerful emotion in his voice and lyrics. He deserves the title of king.
Such a great 80’s rock album.
Precursor to screamo music?
San Francisco Symphony Orchestra makes this album great. Not a huge Metallica fan but this album is worth listening too!
Album cover doesn’t match voice of singer.
Like the funk factor in this album.
Enjoyed the freshness and gospel-like sound of her voice. Loved Son of a Preacher Man!
Enjoyed the variety of music notes and styles. Wide variety and not mundane.
Love the album cover. Great heavy metal-rock album.
Somewhat techno with tracks all being very similar with beat. Too many songs on the album - 53!!!
Listening Notes: Too much screaming. A few of the instrumental tracks were refreshing to the ears.
Psychedelic sounds of the 60's album, groovy baby!
Like the variety of music on this album
Beautiful voice and lovely album.

Great album for road trips!
Beautiful voice, different genre than the albums listened to so far.
The best Elton John album recorded.
Rock-n-Roll at its finest!
So many great songs on this album.
First time hearing Jeff Beck and such a unique voice Rod Stewart has. Great guitar riffs.
Really enjoyed the cultural notes of this album, very curious to what the words translate into English, adds a mysterious element to the album.
Harmonica is nice but talk like singing tone is awful.
Mellow songs, melancholy with spiritual sounds
Piano notes off, too much randomness on instruments being played.
Songs are too much like talking with music in background, difficult to understand what song is. Out of tune, no melody at all.
Enjoyed the bands upbeat musical notes and rhythm.
Love the album cover. Enjoyed the mellowness of the music and similar Paul McCartney-like sounds on some of the songs.
Too much screaming in a few songs and hard to understand what is said in the lyrics.
Such a beautiful voice and album. Enjoyed the cultural language sung in this album, very sweet sounds.
This should be on the list of 1001 albums not to listen too. He says niggahs and bitches so many f’n times… geez!
Music variety is wild, enjoyed the variety of notes
Like the music beat and edginess of songs
Songs sound too much alike
Such a distinct singer, great rock n roll band.
Not a big fan of Bob Dylan’s style of singing but this album is the best one he has produced.
Beautiful, soulful singer, J’ai fait tout is a mysteriously lovely song
Interesting sound, alternative music for the 80’s, makes me want to listen to more albums from this band.
The more I listen to Bob Dylan, the more I like him.

What an icon, beautiful voice, backup vocals and band
Good album if going through a break-up. Enjoyed the music style, indie, blues, country vibes.
Too much yelling, not music really.
So much rage, fits the title of album
So poetic, if a book could sing, this is album comes across that way.
One of the greatest disco voices of the 70’s. Tracks 9-12 great for exercising.
Such fenominal music from only 3 band members.
Type of album where music and voice of Mark Hollis draws you in to another dimension.
5 stars just for novelty alone!
The more I hear of his albums, the more I enjoy the poetic style of his songs.
Album explores a different dimension
What a refreshing album, very much enjoyed the upbeat music of the Irish! Never heard of this band and not what I was expecting based on the name of the album.
